I appreciate that Ellucian Colleague serves as a good base ERP, providing us with a central database for storing essential data. Ellucian tries to do too much and needs to focus on creating valuable partnerships and better integrations instead of trying to do everything. Many of the processes are clunky on the admin side, requiring repetitive actions like hitting the same buttons repeatedly to progress, which wastes time. The procedures can be streamlined to save time, like removing unnecessary steps or providing a faster way to work through a process.
