
I really like how InteliChart serves as a great portal, offering patients the freedom to access any information they might need, from their visit summaries to messages from their provider. It's particularly useful for facilitating communication with the practice regarding all details of their visits. I also found the initial setup to be very user-friendly. At times labs don't populate over. It would be beneficial if the IT department could monitor this. Patients often call the office stating that the portal isn't showing information that should populate and be integrated from the patients' charts into the portal. It would benefit the office and the patients if there was a way to monitor maybe a flagging issue to the IT department or to those who manage the InteliChart on their side.
