**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

I like how quick and easy it is to search for patients and identify which ones have signed up for the patient portal. I can upload documents for patients to view and integrate them into their portal easily. The process takes just one click from Office Practicum when scanning documents. I also like how InteliChart connects to my daily schedule with Office Practicum, allowing me to determine which patients have or have not signed up and remind them to do so when they check in. It helps manage security risks by letting patients access their information with very limited security risk, avoiding the need to email protected health information.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

The PIN feature does not work the best when patients are signing up for the portal. I don't like the fact that we have to send them a pin first in order for them to sign up. And that email we send has about only 48 hours until it is no longer valid. It becomes very frustrating.

**What problems is InteliChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InteliChart makes it quick and easy to search for patients, identify portal sign-ups, upload documents, and enhance security by preventing email risks. Integration with Office Practicum helps manage schedules and encourages patient portal sign-up.

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

Ease of use. We have heard great feedback from our patients regarding how accessible everything is to navigate. When we log on ourselves to assist patients or to send invites, everything is such a smooth process.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

InteliChart can be a bit challenging within a pediatric clinic setting. We have had to get creative with our work around for parental access once the patients reach the age of consent in our state. It would be helpful if there  were a simplified process of access, or a way to track age groups and access more consistently.

**What problems is InteliChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are newer to using many of the features of InteliChart. Strong benefits would revolve around the abilities that InteliChart allows, such as the intake process, as well as the features for access to those who speak languages other than English

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

I like how everything goes into their chart and it does not make more work for us. It helps us not tie up our personal emails and it is a better way to communicate to the patient. There's also less work on all the employees with saving and printing etc.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

Setting up access for multiple people in the portal is really tough, especially in cases like divorced families where both parents want access to a child's chart. It's a lot of extra steps that could be easier. Also, the initial setup was very difficult, though it's gotten easier over the years.

**What problems is InteliChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InteliChart to keep personal emails separate and communicate better with patients. I also like that everything integrates into the chart, reducing work with saving and printing.

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

I am very excited about all the new and upcoming upgrades to InteliChart, and I'm definitely planning to add more services to our account. I'm particularly looking forward to the patient recall feature, which will follow-up with patients who need well visits and help them self-schedule via text. I think this will save a lot of time and reduce the front desk's time spent on the phone. Currently, all of our appointments are scheduled via phone call, and we don't have any self-scheduling options, so this feature is expected to cut down the time it takes to get patients scheduled and enhance patient compliance with well visits.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

I think InteliChart's layout from the practice side could be improved. The layout is not necessarily very user-friendly. Learning the product itself is time-consuming.

**What problems is InteliChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InteliChart to send forms and information to patients and look forward to patient recall features that can save time by allowing self-scheduling, reducing phone calls, and improving patient compliance.

I use InteliChart for the portal, and it makes it easier to connect with patients. I love that it's easy to set up and very smooth to use. I also value its user-friendly nature. The recommendation score is a perfect 10, which reflects my satisfaction.

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

I really like how InteliChart serves as a great portal, offering patients the freedom to access any information they might need, from their visit summaries to messages from their provider. It's particularly useful for facilitating communication with the practice regarding all details of their visits. I also found the initial setup to be very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

At times labs don't populate over. It would be beneficial if the IT department could monitor this. Patients often call the office stating that the portal isn't showing information that should populate and be integrated from the patients' charts into the portal. It would benefit the office and the patients if there was a way to monitor maybe a flagging issue to the IT department or to those who manage the InteliChart on their side.

InteliChart lets patients access their visit summaries and messages from providers, enhancing communication about their visits.

They work with the providers so well to make sure that it functions like we want.  They have been easy to work with and our patients love it.  I like all the features that they offer balances via text, demand messaging, appointment reminders, etc.  To have one platform that does so many things it great.

Some of the features that are shown during webinars are not always in production and it isn't made clear that they are not yet in general release.

Getting forms and information before the scheduled appointments.  Being able to send communication to specific patients based on diagnosis.  The ease of communicating with our patient.

I like that InteliChart is very user-friendly and helps us assist patients in viewing a lot of information. I appreciate that patients can send messages to their care team, and overall, the communication feature is awesome.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

I'd like it to be more customizable, especially for adolescents. I wish there was a way to pick and choose what we're able to release, like sensitive material. We're still working through kinks all the time with the configuration.

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

We have been using Intelichart for over 4 years now at our Clinic and it has been great! Patients and staff love it! Patients love the ability to be able to schedule appointments, request refills or message their providers directly without the hassle of having to call the clinic and being placed on hold. There are always enhancements and new features being added. It has improved our patient no shows dramatically with the the appointment reminders and on demand messages. We recently added personalized insights option for our portal users and we have had great feedback from patients that use it, they love the recommendations it provides. Also, anytime we have a question or need assistance on anything Intelichart is always so quick and helpful to respond.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

There are many modules you need to learn how to use but Intelichart is always great on answering any questions or doubts.

**What problems is InteliChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we have an enhancement request for Intelichart to use the date format to US when patients have their settings to spanish and it gives the mexico date format which sometimes causes confusion. Also, I frequestly requested an ehancement for non portal users to also receive email notifications for when a change has been made to their appointment such as appointment reschedule, cancellation, etc.

I like that InteliChart calls patients for us, which means I don’t have to manually call patients anymore.

I find the interface with the EHR and related functionality lacking. The initial setup was difficult, very involved, and lengthy.

InteliChart handles appointment reminders and calls patients for me, so I don't have to manually contact them.

It is such a user friendly platform. It allows me to access information easily without switching between different platforms. The tools are valuable for operation efficiently  and ease of integration.

Mobile app feature is not that affective like desktop version and expanding report options and better customer support.

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

They are always very helpful, and try to fix things as quickly as possible.  They also have new things coming out, that integrate with their other products perfectly.  It is easy to use and when implementing things also comes easy.  We use their products everyday.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

Sometimes updates can breaks things.  But support usually fixes whatever issues that come up quickly.

**What problems is InteliChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps send notification reminders for all of our appointments, and it helps make requesting appointments or answering questions very easy for our patients.  We are also about to launch intake which will make checking in and making co payments easier and faster.  It also helps notify patients of any emergency type changes that will affect their appointments.

Intelichart has offered convenience of integrating both our clinic staff and our patients with their amazing products from being able to use online scheduling or how easy the check-in process is for both staff and patients, making this a frequent resource that our patients love to use plus many other modules with Intelichart that we have implemented in our clinic including Patient Activate, Patient Notify, and Patient Survey.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

The dislike about Intelichart would be having to go from one module to another like enterprise or practice portal, it takes more time but once its learned the process runs smoothly and customer service does a great job when subbiting a ticket for troublue shotting

It is helping us with the integration of adding forms to our patients charts It will benefit us as it will be time saving for both clinic staff and patients

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

Setting up forms for the patient to complete when certain appointments have been selected has been a time saver. Our staff loves the fact that we can personalize our reminders based on the appointment types as well. We have had far less complaints from patients who use this portal than any other one.

Nothing yet. Anytime we have issues the support team is quick to assist.

Pt activate is helping us keep track patients and creating ways to reach out to certain groups.

Using InteliChart as a user and as a clinic allows me to see what is put into a portal. 

I feel that InteliChart does listen to their clients and the patients using the system to improve its functionality.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

As a clinic user I dislike that there are so many add on products. 
That some of the items that are add ons, should be a part of the product for all to use. 
Not everything needs to be separated out.

They have helped solve several problems we have run into with the base product.

I like the Patient Notify application  and the ability to send forms to patient prior to their visit to complete and the information provided automatically populates in their chart.

On Demand Notifications do not go out to the patients until the next day.

Intelichart set up was easy to do.  Modifications are also easy to make.  Staff love the check in process and patients like that they are spending less time waiting.

Nothing I love it.  It has been extremely helpful.

Organized training and implementation. Customer support is outstanding. Solutions are continuously added or improved. They listend to client feedback to improve their products. Fully integrated with our EHR.

The implimentation learning curve can be difficult for end users, but that is to be expected with any new product.

Bottlenecking at the front desk has been reduced. Patients have more control over when they schedule, which increases our visits. Appointment notification is uncomplicated.

I like the enrollment process for the patients. I like that they are automically sent a link after they are seen. I also like that we are able to send forms to our patients.

Not everything maps into our EMR when patinets complete forms. So some of the manul mapping leaves room for error. I also do not like in the practice portal that when you are mapping the self-registered patients there's not a back button, you alwasy ahve to click on dashboard.

Getting almost immedicate acces to the patients health information to them. Also being able to commuite quicker to our patients and getting information to them sooner.

Multiple areas of Intelichart to like---from giving the end-user full customization to what is displayed on the Patient's portal to the Support staff who promptly provide information related to any questions/issues that may get brought up. 

It's also comforting to know that Intelichart stays current with all the necessary accreditation, especially as the Cures Act constantly evolves in adding new data elements.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

The Enhancement Request department can be slow to respond to new ideas submitted for consideration for future upgrades.  Without knowing how these are reviewed, I can't necessarily fault the team responsible for reviewing these "recommendations" since they are constantly working to improve the core aspect of Intelichart for both the patient and clinical staff who support the Practice Portal. It would be nice to have some transparency or an option where other Intelichart clients can see other practice enhancement requests to see if there might be broad support for implementing enhancements

**What problems is InteliChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no specific problems, but having the luxury to meet with a dedicated Account representative to go over potential added features is a big plus. Having monthly calls where we can discuss our existing workflow to see if there are any options INtelichart can provide to improve that workflow is a perk.

**What do you like best about InteliChart?**

Notifications for Appointment Reminders, the ability to message your care team as a patient, the ability to request a med refill as a patient, and the ability to create certain types of campaigns. We also find the eHealth solution has been very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about InteliChart?**

The population builder within the Patient Activate Solution has been extremely underwhelming. There are many population filters that we have requested since we went live and none of them have been added via the Product team. Also - all of our enhancement requests have not been selected and performed.

Appointment Reminders, Patients have access to their own charts and patient plans and patients being able to request appointments without calling into the call centers.
