The pricing is very cost-effective for small offices, this is really the best and easiest software to use and implement in a small medical office. The templates also help speed up charting. **What do you dislike about Amazing Charts EHR?** nickel and dime charges for 3rd party integration. The crashing, program crashes at least once a day, its done this to us for over 5 years even with overly required hardware. **What problems is Amazing Charts EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paper chart storage, we scan everything into the system. Making it easy to pull up patient charts without running to the file cabinet. Business performance has increased 5%. ### 3. Search function is useful and efficient. **What do you dislike about Amazing Charts EHR?** Updating the program is extremely inconvenient and cannot be reasonably done during clinic hours. Program can be very buggy at times and often crashes. **What problems is Amazing Charts EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily using it to manage patient charts and information. It does have other functionalities in terms of billing capabilities as well. **What do you dislike about Amazing Charts EHR?** It doesn't have as many functionalities as some newer programs. Or, if it does, finding them is not user-friendly. Definitely takes a bit of time to learn how to use the program from colleagues, otherwise I would be completely lost. **Recommendations to others considering Amazing Charts EHR:** Research other options before committing, make sure it has all the capabilities you're looking for. It’s an older program and I’m sure there are many updated newer programs with similar or the same functions. **What problems is Amazing Charts EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously used it for scheduling, have since moved to another program which has much more functionality. It had a couple glitches over the years I used it also- none that I can remember off the top of my head though **Recommendations to others considering Amazing Charts EHR:** it is a little glitch prone and could be a little more seamless but otherwise I think it is a great emr system **What problems is Amazing Charts EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** entering patient information and documents into emr for an urgent care. ### 7.
