What do you like best about Amazing Charts EHR?
pricing. The pricing is very cost-effective for small offices, this is really the best and easiest software to use and implement in a small medical office. The templates also help speed up charting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Amazing Charts EHR?
nickel and dime charges for 3rd party integration. The crashing, program crashes at least once a day, its done this to us for over 5 years even with overly required hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazing Charts EHR?
Updating the program is extremely inconvenient and cannot be reasonably done during clinic hours. Program can be very buggy at times and often crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works but outdated"
What do you like best about Amazing Charts EHR?
It does what it needs to in terms of basic scheduling. It does have other functionalities in terms of billing capabilities as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Amazing Charts EHR?
It doesn't have as many functionalities as some newer programs. Or, if it does, finding them is not user-friendly. Definitely takes a bit of time to learn how to use the program from colleagues, otherwise I would be completely lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel like you have to click a lot of buttons to find the information you need. It had a couple glitches over the years I used it also- none that I can remember off the top of my head though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
