Allows me to access schedules, charts, and important information easily in one place

The interface can be confusing at times (clicking on a patient name only appears on top)

Allows us to easily manage electronic medical records and share information across providers

Allscripts really listens to clients, and that’s important in a technology partner.

Challenge with limited skilled resources, fragmented solutions and expensive third-party contractors.

**What do you like best about Altera Digital Health - TouchWorks?**

It did what it was supposed to do. I found it difficult to put orders in. But reviewing the chart was super easy, was it was easy to scan items into the chart as well.

**What do you dislike about Altera Digital Health - TouchWorks?**

Putting orders in was confusing to me. Also, sending prescriptions to pharmacies. It just seemed like it was the long way around doing things.

**What problems is Altera Digital Health - TouchWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer use Allscripts, I moved to a different profession and no longer have use for it.
