The physicians find it a little difficult to get trained, but once they are trained with Aprima, it works smoothly. Even, the emergencies are attended too in a couple of hours. Even laboratory reports or request of authorizations, diagnostic requests, medications, and additional Rx can be separated easily. Some functions are not alphabetically arranged. The H&P or nursing notes templates are difficult to change once created in system. It freezes a lot . I’m not sure if this is the program problem or the amount of people that are using it .when it freezes in the middle of giving a patient information or checking them in it makes my job harder . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
