Best software if you're still working with paper documents and wanna switch to digital ones. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2018 **What do you like best about Aprima RCM?** The physicians find it a little difficult to get trained, but once they are trained with Aprima, it works smoothly. Even, the emergencies are attended too in a couple of hours. Even laboratory reports or request of authorizations, diagnostic requests, medications, and additional Rx can be separated easily. The PQRS protocols are of utmost use to us and are easy to integrate in our systems. **What do you dislike about Aprima RCM?** Some functions are not alphabetically arranged. The H&P or nursing notes templates are difficult to change once created in system. Server is slow at times, and patient list cannot be displayed, even if it is displayed, due to slow server, it sometimes get stuck. **Recommendations to others considering Aprima RCM:** Some medical words/abbreviations cannot be inserted as A1c or CO2, please have a solution for these. **What problems is Aprima RCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** All in all, one of the best softwares for those who are adapting to digital records, but print outs are sometimes not aesthetic looking per patients and hospital guys. ### 2. I work as a medical receptionist. This program makes patient info easy to look up and save . Make payments on accounts. **What do you dislike about Aprima RCM?** It freezes a lot . I’m not sure if this is the program problem or the amount of people that are using it .when it freezes in the middle of giving a patient information or checking them in it makes my job harder . **What problems is Aprima RCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of when it freezes . The icons show active eligibility right in the screen which makes it easy to get patients in and out. Very efficient in running a practice. **What do you dislike about Aprima RCM?** Even though the icons are there to help you out, it isn't not always updated!
