With the complexity of our schedule in our facility, Indeavor has automated what used to be a home grown system. When we onboard new supervisors, we rely on our other supervisors to show them how to use the system. Few and far between. This would greatly decrease the amount of time it takes to cover shifts in Workloud. I've suggested this to our Indeavor contacts but haven't gotten them on board with the importance and just how much a time saver this would be. **What problems is Indeavor Schedule solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have an algorithm that runs the day for us to add any needed Overtime thru a simple process. By automating this it greatly reduces the amount of time it would take if this was done manually. ### 9. I like the ability to lock employees to a specific job. I like that it is live with changes. I like that employees can see there schedule on the app. **What do you dislike about Indeavor Schedule?** I dont like having to work on one person at a time. For Layoff or modifications. I wish I could drag a person for a change from 2pm shift to 10pm shift. I now delete the person then have to re add, lots of steps. It also allows me to schedule someone at 10pm tonight then the next day at 6am which should not be allowed. I would like to see locked employees in the job area. I would like a report that tells me in a mass change/layoff situation who I need to call for layoff or changes. **What problems is Indeavor Schedule solving and how is that benefiting you?** When managment drops the correct demands it makes Indeavor run as it should. Also to export reports you do have alot of options to customize them. I also enjoy the fact that there is a mobile app for employees to download and be able to interact more with their schedule. **What do you dislike about Indeavor Schedule?** I dislike that there are some items that are not possible, there are some reports we wished we could optain such as adding senority numbers to qualificaiton reports. I also wished that employees could confirm their schedule on the mobile app to let the HR team know that they have checked it. **What problems is Indeavor Schedule solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to house all of our absences on Indeavor which is great becuase we can run reports from one location when needed, however I dont like the fact that all of management has access to this, because all of management has access to see the leaves for employees HR is limited on what codes we can enter for employees. So that we dont vioalte any policies we then need to be vauge with the reasons why employees are out. I wish we could add restrictions to what management could see and only let HR see it. ### 11. One of the feature is on the problem solving which greatly promote fairness in choosing people to go on overtime with capability to put restriction based on their skills and availability. **What do you dislike about Indeavor Schedule?** At this point in time, Indeavor is not yet integrated with SAP TM and is giving us double work in terms of scheduling.
