Poka is a complete and efficient solution, allowing you to digitize your work instructions, your forms, but also to define tasks and track your current incidents.
One of the big strengths of the solution is that each of these features interacts with the others. There is real thought behind the design of Poka, allowing it to meet a real business need.
Another strong point is that the solution evolves regularly, and in a very good direction.
Poka has also been designed to be used by everyone. Which makes the solution really easy to use and accessible to everyone.
The support has always been very responsive when I needed it, I can only congratulate them for that.

If I had to mention a negative point it would be the impossibility of using the solution offline, especially for forms that can be useful in areas not covered by the internet.

We are a 24/7 company with 4 shifts. Poka makes it easy to see what happens on the night shift and your days off. Poka is great to see other issues that may not have been verbally passed down, or are not from your department. I use it every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think I would change the filter system to have a default view of "issues" first. (Might just be how we have it set up on our end). The log can be a bit cluttered with everything we use it for, but I can still get caught up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very intuitive and easy to understand. It has many features that connects to each other in smart ways. It allows you to get a better understanding of the production in the factory and ability to handle issues and learn from them. Implementation can be done seamlessly and with a low amount of effort is it is done gradually. The API´s is easily accessible and can integrate to any other tool. What I like about POKA is giving the operators a voice. I have been on both sides and I understand the fustration as an operator when you report issues and no one believes you and or no one follows through. It holds the salary team accountable as well. If issues are documented on the POKA system the salary team can not say they did not know about the issue. Easy forms to complete instead of paper copies. The dislikes I might have is the "Search" on forms. Key Words when typed in and looking for information.
Example: We have a shift form that is to be completed each 8 hours. The supervisors are required to document issues and how issues are fix on shift. Poka is a system that makes sharing information within production easy and fun. We can follow progress on machine problems. Have handhovers between shifts to make sure the right information is shared, POKA has the ability to create a standard for what is needed wich is perfect for handovers. The system is also very broad and instruction and sulutions on machine problems can be displayed in the system. The accessability is the NO1 positive. We use it every day. We had difficulties organizing training certifications and keeping the skill matrix of the entire production team up to date, and Poka provided an easily manageable solution. A critical issue with the tool that needs to be addressed is access control. Currently, someone who needs to edit forms in Brazil can access all forms globally, and the same applies to training. Poka pulls our manufacturing site out of the 20th century and into the modern world of instant, paperless communication and information. Poka's capabilities are vast and answers the needs of our facility in many ways. Poka is a skeleton that you need to fill in to make it your own. The initial build is intensive, but there are a lot of benefits to be had on the other side.
