Overall it's very good software for supply chain, it provides the required agility to the industry, and that's how it helps you to stay ahead of your competitors. **What do you dislike about Kinaxis?** There are a few things that I dislike like it's not a user-friendly tool, secondly, you will only get to know more if you are in the industry, people outside PMO don't know much about it. **What problems is Kinaxis solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the purpose of large excel sheets that were used in the industry for keeping things planned and organized, it helps to forecast things and learn from them. All financial problems can be solved as well. They have fulfil our expectations perfectly. We are able to simulate changes the supply chain, demand structure, planning factors and determine the impacts within minutes. **What do you dislike about Kinaxis?** There is bit of a lurning curve to be an advanced usera within the tool.
