Prior to getting started, we asked questions about how much time it would cost us to get into production, we have been proven that this can be done in 4 weeks. Thanks to the project team collaboration & AG5 support. **What do you dislike about AG5 Skills Management Software?** We haven't encountered any issues with the product nor the company or the onboarding team. The whole implementation went super smooth since you don't need to install anything - SaaS. **What problems is AG5 Skills Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have many excel files where we would try to track all the competencies/skills for our workers. Even after merging these files into one big excel file the problems still persisted - outdated, not a visual friendly UI and basically anybody can rewrite everything. Thanks to AG5 we are able to track who changed what - from removing workers to changing their competencies. Besides this we also appreciate the feature for gap monitoring which you can add to every single matrix. Also you can choose who can see certain competencies/matrixes and who cannot. Very useful is also the feature where you can set rights to each matrix user (editor, viewer) and also other rights like administrator, super-user etc. for the whole application. ### 6. Approval Process – quick and easy for both Managers and Instructors to update and approve skills, competencies, and qualifications. **What do you dislike about AG5 Skills Management Software?** Reporting – the reporting range is limited when it comes to creating high-level summary reports. **What problems is AG5 Skills Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** No-More Spreadsheets – No longer do we depend on a large number of complex spreadsheets. A Single Database – all the data is held in one place (rather than multiple spreadsheets) making in-depth interrogation easy. Instructors – can directly update the competencies of those that they have assessed. Standardisation – Development of consistent, rational requirements for each position within the company. ### 7. Until now, employee competency management takes place in several online tools and, of course, in Excel. This resulted in often incomplete, out-of-date, and frequently erroneous information. In addition, only one person could update data at the same time. The AG5 tool completely solved these problems, each manager, leader or trainer can adjust the view of the competency matrix to their needs, and the data update takes place at every point of the program. It is much easier to manage competencies and training in the company, the system sends reminders and alerts about expiry and required qualifications. Users love the software for its easy use, clean interface, and multi-language availability. AG5 is no exception, it requires us to change some processes and do concessions.
