It helps in saving and filling documents in the right location while providing security for them. I also appreciate the web interfaces, finding them highly beneficial. I enjoy the ease of sharing and previewing documents, which saves time as I don't need to download the whole file to check something, making the preview process quicker and simpler. **What do you dislike about iManage Work?** I think iManage Work could be better if there was a lite Ask iManage version that's free or comes with the standard package. Maybe something that offers a limited pro experience to help demonstrate the product to staff. We can't add more custom fields than are available, and there's no automated workflow. I would like to have more metadata fields and a simple workflow to move documents between various document lifecycle stages. **What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use iManage Work for doc management, matter management, and case management. It's easy to use with less training needed for new users. Search for more than 250 characters is not allowed. **What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use iManage Work to organize, index, and share documents within the firm from multinational sources, accessible both in-app and online.
