That is about the only thing I like about it. If it fully worked, I might feel differently. **What do you dislike about iManage Work?** We are on version 9 and it is not user friendly at all. We can't get people to actually use it because it is that bad. The support is dreadful at best and it is not uncommon at all to have them completely miss a scheduled support call. Email messages can look garbled (can't read) which renders them useless. When trying to search for something, you may not always get results (when the person next to you did). So you basically can't trust what it returns. Searching for folders is a pain. You can't easily change the name of a Workspace. We have another department that is just getting this installed and are already talking about pulling out before installation has been completed. It is a running joke here. I am actively looking for alternatives. **Recommendations to others considering iManage Work:** Really do your homework before going with this company. I would much prefer to just use an indexing program (like Lookeen or something) and keep everything on our legal share vs using this tool. Evernote Business is a great option as it also integrates with Outlook (and also supports versioning). I've used iManage for roughly 12 years and my eyes can't roll far enough back into my head when their name is mentioned. **What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only benefit is that it allows us to archive our emails. We have a retention policy at work and this allows us to archive our emails before they get deleted and to share these emails with the team. ### 3. That is the only positive that I have found. And that is not even close to worth it. **What do you dislike about iManage Work?** Everything else. Where do I begin? It has lost half of my documents, it doesn't save the latest versions of documents, it emails the wrong versions of documents, and most importantly I can't find my files when I need them. This has cost me so many hours of billable time and my work keeps piling up on me. This is the worst decision my law firm could have made, and I am seriously considering quitting my job because of this. **Recommendations to others considering iManage Work:** Don't do it **What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved nothing.
