Either managing projects. Or assigning tasks to team members, following up on current tasks, you name it. **What do you dislike about Hive?** So far, the only down would be the price point. It's a bit expensive but is still the best service we have used and provides all the tools we need to keep all of our projects running and on time. **What problems is Hive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Immediate communication between team members. Our business is highly reliable on phone calls with customers so employees need immediate answers for issues w/out getting into another phone call. You can easily track the progress of a task from beginning to end and see the notes and changes along the way. It also gives employers the ability to track hours in hive if they have hourly workers, which is a feature other communication services do not offer **What do you dislike about Hive?** The only thing Hive needs to work on is its mobile app. I have an Android phone and Hive on mobile is pretty much unusable due to extreme lag. I have had no issues with Hive on a desktop, but sometimes replying to a message from a mobile device would be much more convienent. You can attach notes to meetings on Google Calendar, and your team can all collaborate on the notes in Hive. Our team has tried Asana, Trello, Google Sheets, and nothing met our requirements to have a dynamic calendar with the ability to drag/drop tasks to different days while also being able to see things in a spreadsheet/table format. Hive is incredibly flexible and I love being able to have custom fields for each task. It's basically like combining a calendar with Google Sheets, which is exactly what we needed. The Hive community is great, I feel like my concerns are heard and I'm able to upvote or comment on my desired feature updates for the Hive team to work on. I know they'll keep iterating and making the product even better. **What do you dislike about Hive?** There are very few things I dislike about Hive. Really minor requests, like making the top title of a calendar tile the label, not the project name.
