Iris saves our team tens of hours of manual work throughout the RFP process. The onboarding was quick, and the AI is constantly learning and improving its responses over time. The qualification metrics have been a great way to understand product fit, set expectations, and allocate resources appropriately across the deal. Streamlined RFP Process with Iris
I appreciate that Iris helps us with bandwidth constraints when responding to RFPs and RFIs by having pre-approved answers in our knowledge base, which cuts down the effort by over half. I like that if I re-write an answer, Iris logs the new answer for future submissions, which is very useful. This feature allows us to create a pre-approved template for novel questions, reducing time spent searching through old bids or duplicating efforts. Also, the initial setup of Iris was very easy, which was great for our team.
