I use Iris to answer client security questionnaires, and it assists with finding information through a number of documents quickly and providing consistent answers. I like the Google Chrome add-in for quick question and answers.

I love how Iris does not fabricate answers and instead, opts to say "not enough info" rather than providing incorrect information. This accuracy and honesty in response generation are crucial, especially when dealing with sensitive data or precise requirements. I find it incredibly beneficial that Iris queries our old RFPs, efficiently pulling relevant past responses and formulating answers directly from the data we have provided. This capability not only saves time but also enhances the reliability of our responses. Additionally, I really appreciate the ease of the setup process for Iris, which was very straightforward and seamless, allowing our team to begin utilizing the software with minimal delay.

I like Iris because it takes a lot of the manual effort out of doing RFPs. Being able to bulk upload a large number of questions, like a thousand, and then having it automatically provide the answers is very convenient. I appreciate how you can define different contexts, including internal documentation, and give specific instructions on how to structure the answers. The ability to regenerate with AI is also useful, especially when we needed to include additional information like docstrings. I also find the approval workflows helpful, as it allows us to assign tasks and have multiple SEs review the work, which streamlines our process. This collaboration feature helps us manage RFPs by allowing multiple SEs to contribute, making it more manageable and saving a lot of time, especially on tight deadlines.
