It offers multiple options for hiring teams based on their individual needs and process, from preliminary screenings/assessments to live coding interviews. What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

HackerRank allows our teams to remain consistent across our interviews as though individuals conducting the interview may differ; the templates and questions will remain the same. It also removes preconceived notions from receiving feedback from previous interviewers because they can view the saved coding exercise and come to their own conclusion.
