There is no wait time between adding funds and sending a gift card since I can pay for them with our company card. With other virtual gift card services, we had to deposit money and wait a week or so for those funds to be available to use, which creates an inconvenience for our recipients. It would be nice if we could edit the sender email address or somehow prevent the emails from going to spam. Giftogram is incredibly easy to set up and use. I really appreciate the wide selection of card images available, especially since they are neatly organized by category. What I like most about Giftogram is how it removes the uncertainty of choosing which gift cards to send. You simply send the digital gift card, and the recipient gets to pick what they want! Though there aren't such however few handpicked limitations are -

Choice overload – having many options is great, but some recipients get confused what to pick.

Redemption friction – extra steps ( schedule timing) can slightly reduce the “instant delight.”

Giftogram has made gift card fulfillment easy. I also love that the software requires you to select a campaign for fulfillment, because it makes reporting on purchase history much more useful and easier to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Giftogoram does experience occasional, unscheduled downtime due to bugs. That said, whenever I’ve reached out to support, I’ve received an almost immediate response along with a clear timeline for when the issue would be resolved. Also, I dislike that, to create custom catalogs - that is, groups of gift cards that recipients can choose from - submission of a support ticket is required. The service is really fast. My employees dont wait to receive their Giftcard. There are so many choices. It's a time saver and makes my employees so happy. Transactions are in USD currency. It doenst impact the amount I set in CAD but if ever it was possible to be charged in CAD, it would be a must.

Also, some places where we choose the cards are only in the US territory so we have to be careful not to choose those cards since we are in Canada. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite thing about Giftogram is how easy, quick, and efficient it is to send an e-gift card to our employees.
