Giftogram makes sending corporate rewards easy, I love the bulk sending feature to send out Spiff rewards to all my AEs that crush target. We are saving thousands in fees with our corporate account. The only hiccup I have with Giftogram is the delay in sending the reward. There are times when we want to use it for end-of-day spiffs, or right before lunch to reward people and cover their lunch via Door Dash card purchases, but the verification timing doesn’t allow for that. Some orders take close to two hours to process, and that can derail purchases from the platform about 25% of the time. We have had a very positive experience using Giftogram. The platform is extremely user-friendly, making it simple for both administrators and recipients to navigate. What I like best about Gift-O-Gram is how easy it makes it for us to celebrate, reward, and recognize our employees. Our staff loves the variety of gift cards they can choose from, and we love how simple the entire process is.

The customer service also really stands out. Kristin, our Customer Care Manager, is fantastic! She is always available to answer questions, walk us through processes, follow up, and make sure we have the support we need.

I haven’t had to use support offered (but I do appreciate that its available) because the interface is simple, user-friendly, and intuitive, and it seems to work well without causing much stress on my end. That alone has saved me a lot of time, since I’m not stuck waiting on support and can stay much more efficient. The use of AI chat is helpful and easy as well. I’d like to see more flexibility in how bounced gift cards are handled. Right now, when a card can’t be delivered, the amount isn’t refunded to the original credit card, which creates extra reconciliation work on our end. Honestly, the biggest win is zero guesswork.

Trying to guess what 10+ different people actually want—or buying a stack of Starbucks cards that half the team won't use—is exhausting. With Giftogram, you just send the value and they get to pick from hundreds of places (Amazon, Target, groceries, restaurants, etc.). My main complaint is that it’s still just a card at the end of the day.

As convenient as it is, digital codes can feel a little impersonal and transactional. Sometimes you want to send an actual physical gift—something tangible with an unboxing moment, like a curated treat box, quality desk gear, or flowers for a major milestone.
