I also love the fun designs for all the gift cards, they have designs for every occasions. I often spend too much time trying to pick my favorite one to send out! **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** The only downside is the lack of "exact" delivery times for the virtual gift cards. Most reside in Canada, but I work for an American company. I started using Giftogram as it was the only platform where I could incent associates by sending electronic gift cards that allowed me to gift in both currencies, or allows the recipient to change the currency once they receive. It also has so many choices, that there is something for everyone. It makes rewarding associates super easy in a remote environment. I've even had to use the chat feature, and it was super helpful and resolved my question super quick. I also do not like how you can't easily track or receive a refund if the user doesn't redeem the gift card. This is my fault, as I didn't set expectations about the Sender name (Giftogram), check your spam/promotional folder etc. I brought this up with Maddie and she sent me the Giftogram Support Chat link which I sent out to all customers afterwards. 99% of the cases were customer error.
