This is so much easier and more personal with the option to write a message. Now, I can just jump online and reward them immediately. **What do you dislike about Tango?** Thus far, the only downside was waiting a couple of days for the first awards to go out. The portal is very easy to use and efficient, considering that some users may have a customer on the phone trying to multitask. The onboarding process was thorough, and we enjoyed having one dedicated person to hold our hand until we were ready to move on to our Success Manager. **What do you dislike about Tango?** This is specific to an ask we had with metadata. The upload new user process had minor setbacks, all of which were quickly accommodated and helped us resolve. This defeats the purpose of getting an electronic gift card. 4- Inability to add an employee ID number, while creating an incentive, for ease of tracking. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logistically, it helps us reach all of our employees, regardless of their physical building location. The integration process is easy and able to connect with our HRIS software easily. It was easy to get started, and delivering the card is quick and painless too. I enter a recipient's name and email and click send. With a stored credit card, the reward is delivered within a day or two. My personal account rep is readily available and responsive to questions. I appreciate that level of service and feel confident that we could scale up the program and get support along the way as well as troubleshoot any problems we encountered (haven't had any so far). **What do you dislike about Tango?** I'd like the reward to be delivered instantly after the credit card is charged - I wonder why the delay of a day or two between when I submit the prize and the actual delivery. I also wish the fees were lower. For a $50 Visa card prize, we pay a processing fee of $1.75 (that's 3.5%). Acceptable, but it adds up. Also I wish that one user could add team members with access to detailed billing history, so that I would not have to send an email to our finance department every time I make a charge (which happens once or twice a week). We were pleased to learn about how easy it was to use, the platform was free, and really appreciated their customer support. That makes it easy to get going. They integrate with 3rd parties, so I first used them with a different company focused on driver tracking and rewards. However, it was easy to see that Tango was powering the gift card delivery. When I had to set-up a new account for employee rewards across all employees, Tango was my first choice. Overall, I am very glad I already knew the name and enjoy how employees find the process so easy to use. They also have a nice selection of gift cards, so I have never had negative feedback from employees on options, even across 5 states. **What do you dislike about Tango?** There can be a problem with employees getting their award email caught in spam. I don't think that is a Tango issue, but users attribute that to Tango. One option to reduce this is to whitelist their domain. Additionally, while most of their interface is intuitive, it is harder to see the reward activity than I would prefer. You have to go a couple of levels deep on a view to see the change log for sending rewards and users claiming them. It is nice that the detail/audit trail is there, but I wish it was easier to find. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy to send employee rewards in a fun way for them as well. ### 16. I work in nonprofit and use it for donor stewardship. If i'm having a coffee chat, I send the recipient a gift card a few days before. It's easy to use and I can see if their gift has been redeemed. **What do you dislike about Tango?** I haven't come across any problematic features, but I only use it for a very limited and basic service. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work from home mostly, so I'm not always able to conduct in-person meetings with donors, board members, and other clients. Getting our account up and running was extremely quick, considering your account has to be approved by Tango for use. During setup, the on-boarding team was great to work with and quickly addressed any issues we had. There were no fees to setup, fund, or issue rewards from our account. From a developers perspective, we were able to have everything tested in the sandbox account and moved to production in less than 1 week. The documentation on their website is easy to understand and includes examples. **What do you dislike about Tango?** There isn't much to not like. The only thing that would make it easier for us is if there was the option to fund the account via ACH initiated on the Tango website. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our administrative staff doesn't have to go to the store and order dozens of gift cards. We are able to programatically issue gift cards without having to deal with physical cards. ### 19. It's wildly simple to use, doesn't require ongoing subscription fees and is my favorite way to reward users for their input. And it can be applied to multiple locations, not just one. **What do you dislike about Tango?** Not a lot! I would just say limited access to marketing graphics to help explain to our customers what type of gift card they're receiving, but even then the Tango team has personally helped me out in creating those for our communication/marketing efforts. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's eliminating the fees associated with issuing out other rewards/incentives. Like Visa who charges for each e-gift card we would send out to a customer. It is straight forward in what I can choose or is available to me. I can save paper since they can be emailed. I have never had to reach out to customer service for anything as of yet. They have multiple options based on food or drink(such as coffee) to choose from. Email function works fine and everyone seems to receive them in a timely manner (about 1 day turnaround at most depending on how many you are sending at once). There is an easy function to see past orders and just click a button to resend the email, allowing for changes to the email before resending as well (which is great should something have been missed). I have used and purchased multiple Tango cards for different work events, giveaways, or just employee recognition from other staff. **What do you dislike about Tango?** It would be great if you could copy and paste multiple email addresses to send to for the same card and amount with message. Amazon allows this when selecting a gift card then it changes the total based on the number of email addresses. Not a dislike but maybe an idea for a more efficient approach. This would also lead to less charges all at once/ multiple invoices. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to send an E-gift card saving time to have to pick up a gift card somewhere then mail it. Over that time, we have been able to automate a lot of it using TangoCard's API and now it's a super seamless process. I have to Google each individual conversion manually before uploading. It's a pretty mundane process, but I only have to do it for manual orders. Tango fits the bill as the recipient can choose what they want for the dollar amount you give them. It's easy as 1, 2, 3! **What do you dislike about Tango?** What would you dislike? Tango makes it so easy to give gifts to others whether it be friends and family or businesses that you want to reward. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tango allows me to supply rewards to customers that have helped me or family/friends that I cannot come up with a proper gift. ### 45. We have a lot of business restrictions which made it so difficult to complete this task. It used to take me hours to send 100 gift cards, I can do that task now in about 5 minutes with Tango ### 47. Was able to set up our profile in minutes and send out our first reward. **What do you dislike about Tango?** Nothing comes to mind :) I truly like every feature Tango offers! **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to offer an incentive reward for having companies refer us. We previously mailed out physical checks, but that was an outdated and overwhelming process. So, we decided to automate this process and give our referring clients the ability to choose a gift card of their choice! A win win for everyone. ### 48. After the initial setup, it takes a few minutes to add a new incentive to a survey. Beyond this, Tango has a straightforward user interface on the backend that allows you to send gift cards in bulk and troubleshoot distribution issues (e.g., resend gift cards, confirm delivery) and other departments in our organization have started using the tool. **What do you dislike about Tango?** The only pain point I've had while using the platform is the ease and clarity of how to fund the account. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Tango to distribute incentives for online surveys completed by our clients, both for program evaluation and research purposes. ### 49.
