For the approval queue, i wish there was an option to see the emails or customer information it will be sent to. I have to manually click into each order to double check the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the customizable designs categorized by different occasions. Also like that recipients get to choose what type of gift card they want and that there's no fee charged for purchasing these. - have to resend at least once on multiple occasions for the recipient to get it (I was told the first time I asked customer service that it might be due to a glitch in the system but I don't think that's the case as it happens more often than it should)

- can't do different money values for one order, so I have to break up orders sometimes
