"Simple and Easily Customizable Delivery for Effective Incentives"

What do you like best about Giftogram?

I like that you can easily upload a CV file with names and emails and have prize draw winners or employees receive their gift the same day, or whichever day you wish they receive it. I like that you can customize the message and that the recipient gets to choose from a variety of gift cards, so everyone is happy. It's truly so easy to use on the back-end and yet so customizable - the best of both worlds. My organization sends out many surveys every month, with the majority of them having an incentive, and this is our favourite tool to use by far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

I wish there were more options for what gift cards the recipients can receive and I wish the information on which gift cards are available in my country (Canada) was more easily accessible. Only when I received a giftogram myself did I realize that all the brand listed on the website were not actually all available in my country. This is not super clear. I also wish I could pay in CAD since the exchange rate is not great right now... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Giftogram?

I like the customizable designs categorized by different occasions. Also like that recipients get to choose what type of gift card they want and that there's no fee charged for purchasing these. It is easy to use and pretty straight forward once everything is set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

- have to resend at least once on multiple occasions for the recipient to get it (I was told the first time I asked customer service that it might be due to a glitch in the system but I don't think that's the case as it happens more often than it should)

- can't do different money values for one order, so I have to break up orders sometimes

- takes time to process, so I have to wait until it processes to message recipients about it being in their inbox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
