I love how easy it is to use and being able to see all the transactions in one area - i've even had to look up all my past transactions and GiftoGram was able to send me an email with all of them in a CSV file. I like that you can customize the message and that the recipient gets to choose from a variety of gift cards, so everyone is happy. It's truly so easy to use on the back-end and yet so customizable - the best of both worlds. My organization sends out many surveys every month, with the majority of them having an incentive, and this is our favourite tool to use by far. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** I wish there were more options for what gift cards the recipients can receive and I wish the information on which gift cards are available in my country (Canada) was more easily accessible. Only when I received a giftogram myself did I realize that all the brand listed on the website were not actually all available in my country. This is not super clear. The customer service has been fantastic to work with for troubleshooting (although I very seldom have any issues). We typically use this for employee life events (engagements, marriages, sickness, babies, etc) so it is relatively frequent. Our entire company was excited about this and was thrilled to onboard this new tool. We also use this for company awards to recognize employees that are embodying our core values. I add each employee during onboarding - You can do 100% corporate branding for free - You can upload your own giftcard designs I could honestly go on and on. I'm currently at my second company that I have introduced to this wonderful platform!! Oh yeah, it supports physical cards too!! We use it all the time for birthdays, sales spifs, awards, etc. I have not used their customer support yet, but honestly I think that's a testament to how simple it is to use their platform. Implementation was pretty much register for the account and then you are ready to send giftcards. And you can fund via credit card (big win for corporate points) OR ACH/Wire. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** The only real downside I have found is that I would like to have more robust reporting. Maybe it is because we are not enterprise customers (or maybe I just haven't figured out how to do this yet), but I would like to export a report on giftcards sent per recipient per a custom timeframe. Also, sometimes there is a slight delay before the recipient receives their email (less than a few hours it seems), but I assume a real human reviews transactions. Also, not much of a downside if you are aware, but you cannot recoup giftcards that the recipients fail to redeem. I've used Rybbon/BHN rewards in the past (who's UI on the admin side was extremely clunky) but they DO let you recoup lost funds. BUT they also charged for the platform so I still find Giftogram to be superior. Just think of it as handing out a physical giftcard--you have no idea what the recipient does with it or even if they use it at all once it's left your hands. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a complete all-in-one solution to manage cash rewards for employees now. I also received good customer support when I couldn't find how to change a recipients email after it went out, but they got back to me quickly and explained it simply. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** So far, there is nothing I dislike. We love that we can give a gift knowing that the recipient will be able to choose the retailer they prefer. And, it's a bonus that they can split the amount between retailers. Additionally, we like using the campaigns feature to set up automatic gifts for reoccurring events like birthdays. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** One downside is that sometimes the interface (for senders) isn't the easiest. I've had issues logging in at times. If you get a gift card to a place you don't like, that isn't much of a reward.
