Giftogram is incredibly easy to use, whether you're sending a single gift card or managing a large bulk order. The process is straightforward. Just enter a few details or upload a simple spreadsheet, and you're ready to go. You can send gift cards immediately or schedule them to be delivered later, which makes planning effortless. There are no additional charges and it's virtually foolproof. The platform also offers a wide variety of attractive designs for virtually any occasion. My favorite feature, though, is that recipients can choose the gift card that's most meaningful to them. Anyone who's ever received a gift card to a store or restaurant they never use knows what a difference that makes. The monthly spending cap may seem frustrating. However, we get that it's a security measure, and as long as you alert your dedicated Giftogram team in advance, they can adjust the limits. Our prior corporate gifting company had a lackluster selection of vendors (no Amazon!?!) that employees complained about. Their website was less visually appealing with no reporting options, and there was no option of sending a fun or customized eCard with the gift. They also had issues handling anything that wasn't Amex, rejecting huge scheduled Thanksgiving Thank You orders without any notice to us, causing us to start looking for a replacement gift card provider immediately. Since moving, not one scheduled or immediate Giftogram order has failed to process; they process credit and debit without issue and handled our massive replacement FixIt Thanksgiving order without delay. The platform itself is very intuitive, and any gaps in my understanding have been VERY quickly resolved by our wonderful account representative. The vendor choices are broad and grant employee's a great range of choice, and the prepaid visa/mastercard option fills in any blanks in case folks have more off-the-beaten-track taste. Its been a breeze so far - and Giftogram makes it so easy with withdrawals, recipient set up, campaign management - all of which have been facilitated by our, again, wonderful representative. We looked at a number of platforms and so far are THRILLED to have gone with Giftogram. They even have an integration option with ADP, which while we are not using currently, is great to know moving forward! Pricing is clear and fair, with no sneaky hidden costs (which frankly some other vendors did have). Nothing yet! Only issue we've had was on our end - but Giftogram was helpful in providing us with information. When we ended up having to withdraw a small portion of our original funds, Giftogram facilitated this pretty much instantly. How a vendor behaves when things are going great is always important, but it really speaks volumes to Giftograms customer service oriented mindset in how they handled things when we faced a couple hurdles - again, all on our side and not Giftograms! We've had a hiatus on our anniversary program for a while - we had been keeping a physical inventory and shipping out as needed which became SO expensive as a global company. I like being able to purchase gift cards that recipients can use at the retailer of their choice. It takes the guesswork out of deciding where to buy the gift cards in the first place. Our company has used both the digital cards that are emailed to people and the physical ones. I tend to prefer the physical cards because they feel like a more tangible gift that is something they can actually receive and hold. I also love that I can design the cards and the branding myself, so I can tailor them to a specific initiative or event I’m working on. I would love to see is the ability to send multiple transactions directly within the platform without having to upload a document. For example, if I want to send $20 to one user and $40 to another, it would be helpful if the system could ask whether I'm sending a single transaction or multiple transactions. If multiple transactions are selected, I could simply choose the first recipient and enter the amount, then add another recipient and amount, and so on. This could be done through a simple, dynamic form that allows users to add as many recipient-and-amount combinations as needed before submitting them all at once.
