"Freshsales for a call management"
4/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

We use freshsales mainly as a call management program, as our company does not use the lead-> sale type model. It has worked very well for us, and the customer service is top notch, replying to our inquiries very quickly and effectively. It is also a good way to send emails and have all agents with visibility and the ability to step in if needed. It is easy to use, and intuitive. We use it daily, at all times of year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

The only thing left desired is the ability to quickly manage leads (especially removing undesired lead or figuring out which need to be combined) Some sort of CRM management features at our pay level is what would would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Pipelines and Automation Keep Our Wholesale Sales on Track"
4/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

For our specialty gourmet wholesale co-op Harvest Ridge, Freshsales’ custom sales pipeline builder stands out as its most valuable asset, reshaping how our team nurtures local grocery buyers and seasonal pop-up partners through every ordering cycle. We handle a rotating roster of retail clients, each moving through distinct stages: initial sample request, tasting event scheduling, bulk quotation, pre-order confirmation, and recurring restock setup. The pipeline editor lets me rename stage labels and attach mandatory data fields tailored for perishable food distribution, such as cooler storage capacity and weekly shelf turnover rate. When we onboarded a new group of farm-to-table cafes ahead of autumn harvest season, I mapped out their buying journey inside Freshsales in under an hour. This tailored pipeline eliminates the confusion that came from generic sales trackers, where our team once mixed up one-time festival orders with standing weekly wholesale contracts.

I rely heavily on its native sequence automation for sending sample follow-ups and order reminders, a feature that lightens the load during our busiest harvest windows. We pre-build email sequences tied to pipeline triggers. The moment a buyer marks their sample delivery as received, Freshsales fires off a message with pricing sheets, allergen documentation and food safety certificates automatically. This removes the repetitive manual messaging our account staff once juggled between packing slips and logistics calls. Last quarter, these automated touchpoints cut the time our team spent sending check-in emails by roughly four hours each week, freeing us to focus on negotiating seasonal pricing with small-batch producers instead of drafting routine notifications.

Its embedded phone dialer and call logging functionality also brings all buyer conversations into one centralized record. Many of our retail partners prefer quick phone calls to hash out last-minute order adjustments for limited-run preserves or artisanal cheese batches. Every call I place through the tool attaches a timestamp and transcript snippet directly to that buyer’s contact card immediately after hanging up. No more scribbling notes on loose paper or scrambling to update spreadsheets after a rushed call. When a buyer calls back days later to adjust their delivery window, I can pull up our prior discussion instantly without asking them to repeat details.

An unexpected benefit we uncovered is the tag-based reporting view for seasonal product lines. We assign custom tags for product categories like stone fruit jams, grass-fed charcuterie and holiday baked goods. At the close of each selling season, I filter the dashboard by these tags to identify which buyer groups ordered each product variant. This data guided our recent vendor negotiations; we saw that neighborhood market buyers favored smaller portion sizes, so we worked with our producers to adjust batch sizes accordingly and cut down on leftover perishable inventory.

Freshsales does not sync seamlessly with our specialized cold-chain inventory platform, which means we still cross-reference stock counts separately. Even with that limitation, its flexible pipeline and trigger-driven automation create a stable foundation for our buyer relationships. Since our co-op operates without dedicated IT support, the ability to tweak sales stages and automations in-house lets us adapt quickly to shifting retail buying patterns and narrow seasonal order windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

While Freshsales helps Harvest Ridge Wholesale Co‑op track retail buyer accounts for our gourmet food lines, gaps within its reporting engine create persistent headaches whenever we analyze seasonal wholesale trends and reconcile vendor order commitments. The platform’s pre-built report templates carry rigid filtering rules that fail to separate one-off festival bulk orders from recurring standing purchase agreements, two transaction types we must isolate for perishable stock planning. When we ran our end-of-fall harvest review last month, I attempted to pull a report isolating weekly recurring cafe orders, yet the system bundled these alongside limited-edition holiday pop-up purchases automatically. Splitting these datasets required me to export the full CSV file and build custom pivot tables offline; this manual sorting task ate up more than three hours of a workday, time I had reserved to lock in pricing terms with our artisanal producers.

The workflow builder also carries restrictive limits on conditional branching, which frustrates our efforts to serve buyers with unique cold-chain requirements. Many of our retail partners maintain different cooler capacities and delivery frequency rules. I wanted to design a conditional rule that sends one set of logistics alerts for buyers receiving refrigerated dairy goods and a separate notification sequence for shelf-stable preserves. Freshsales only allows a small number of split paths within a single automation, forcing me to duplicate nearly identical workflows side by side. Maintaining these duplicate sequences means every update to our allergen paperwork or delivery notice text has to be adjusted in multiple places, raising the risk that outdated documents get sent out to our retail clients.

I have also found its native integration with form tools unreliable for our pre-order intake process. We host custom order forms on our website for retailers to submit pre-season commitments for seasonal fruit spreads and charcuterie packs. On several occasions, form submissions have failed to push buyer contact details and order preferences into Freshsales without triggering any visible error alert. Our team only catches these missed records when a buyer follows up weeks later to confirm their reservation. Since we handle time-sensitive, small-batch food production, these silent sync failures can lead us to underallocate inventory and disappoint loyal retail partners. Our team lacks dedicated IT support, so troubleshooting these intermittent sync issues falls entirely on me, pulling focus away from vendor negotiations and in-store promotion planning.

An unexpected small upside amid these frustrations emerged: these reporting and automation limitations pushed our team to create a standardized naming convention for every deal record. We now embed tags for order type, temperature requirement and delivery cadence directly within each deal title. This consistent labeling habit has made quick manual scans of our deal list far faster, even when the platform’s reporting tools cannot deliver segmented insights.

Freshsales remains usable for core contact tracking, yet these limitations force extra layers of manual oversight. We rely on this CRM to coordinate fragile, time-bound gourmet food inventory, and the lack of flexible branching logic and dependable form syncs adds avoidable administrative burden during our busiest harvest sales cycles. "Robust Territory Routing and Profile Management That Streamlines Lead Ownership"
4/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

What I like best about Freshsales is its robust territory assignment paired with centralized user profile management, which works really well alongside my ClickDimensions marketing automation stack for our Nashville industrial equipment manufacturing operation. The My Profile page lets me define each sales rep’s contact territory, direct phone lines, email and time zone settings, and these territory rules drive automated lead routing. We split our prospect base by geographic region and equipment line, so inquiries for our hydraulic fabrication gear route to one sales group, while requests for automated assembly systems go to a separate specialized team. This rule-based assignment saves me roughly three hours every week that I previously spent manually reallocating MQLs after trade show form submissions and website nurture conversions.

I tie this routing directly to our Dynamics 365 workflow. When a prospect submits a form through ClickDimensions, the lead record flows over to Freshsales first. Freshsales evaluates the territory rules and attaches the correct sales rep, then we push that enriched record back into Dynamics 365 via Zapier. That means our sales team sees not just the lead, but the assigned owner right away, with marketing engagement history from our nurture journeys already attached. I can edit profile fields for seasonal sales contractors quickly ahead of our big quarterly trade show cycles; I add their work mobile, set their territory, and they can update their own password from this same profile view, cutting down password-reset support tickets dramatically.

The built-in My Tickets queue and global search bar are another daily workhorse for me. If a sales rep flags an issue like a broken form capture sync or inconsistent lead scoring between ClickDimensions and Freshsales, they open a ticket, and I can pull it up instantly without jumping into a separate helpdesk platform. This keeps troubleshooting contained in the same CRM environment where the leads live. It’s especially helpful during busy show weeks, when I’m juggling dozens of live registration forms and monitoring incoming submissions in real time.

One unexpected benefit I’ve found is how user and territory records create clean audit trails for our CAN-SPAM and CCPA-CPRA compliance checks. Every lead assignment and outreach activity links back to a named rep profile, so when our compliance team needs to verify who collected opt-in consent for marketing emails, we can trace the record quickly. Before Freshsales, consent notes were scattered in rep personal notes and Dynamics 365 free-text fields, making privacy audits slow and risky. Now, we have a clear log of who owned each prospect record when outreach was sent, which simplifies our quarterly data retention reviews.

The profile setup also makes role offboarding safer. When a contract sales rep finishes their trade show assignment, I pull up their profile, confirm all open deals are reassigned, then deactivate their account. This prevents orphaned leads and stops former reps from accessing our prospect database after their engagement ends, supporting our least-privilege data policy.

Suggestions: My top ask is a tighter native dataverse sync with Dynamics 365 so territory and rep assignment updates flow bidirectionally without Zapier workarounds. It would also help to add custom profile fields mapped to our product line specialties, so I can filter reps by equipment expertise. Finally, built-in consent tagging fields on lead records would let us validate CAN-SPAM opt-in status without cross-referencing ClickDimensions logs separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

What I dislike most about Freshsales Classic is its fragile, one-way-only integration with Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions, paired with very bare-bones consent management tools that make CAN-SPAM and CCPA-CPRA compliance a constant manual lift for our Nashville industrial equipment manufacturing team. My workflow relies on feeding trade-show registrations and web-form submissions from ClickDimensions into Freshsales for territory routing, then pushing enriched lead records back to Dataverse, but there is no native bidirectional sync. If a sales rep updates a contact phone number, notes a follow-up call, or adjusts a lead qualification status inside Freshsales, those changes do not automatically flow back into Dynamics 365. Last quarter during our largest manufacturing trade show cycle, I spent more than five hours exporting CSV snapshots, reconciling mismatched lead IDs, and uploading updates manually into our Dynamics instance. This lag breaks our single source of truth and skews the lead-scoring models I build inside ClickDimensions, because the marketing platform never sees the latest sales-side engagement data.

The native consent and opt-out tooling is another major gap. Freshsales does not include dedicated fields to log granular marketing opt-in dates, consent source, or explicit withdrawal timestamps. When a prospect submits a CCPA-CPRA deletion request, there is no bulk purge workflow tied to a contact’s consent history. I have to hunt across leads, contacts, and archived activity logs one by one, cross-check against our ClickDimensions opt-out archive, and remove records manually. For B2B industrial leads that often sit in our nurture sequences for months, this creates real regulatory risk. If I miss a record buried in an old territory bucket, we risk sending outreach to someone who has formally opted out, which could trigger CAN-SPAM violations. The platform also lacks built-in audit trails that show exactly who modified consent status or removed a lead from a campaign list, so our compliance reviews require me to build separate spreadsheets to document every change.

User profile and role permissions are overly rigid for our seasonal trade-show staffing model. I can create user profiles and assign territories, but I cannot build a restricted report-only role for our contract sales reps. I either grant a rep full edit rights to leads, automations, and contact data, or I cannot let them view their assigned pipeline metrics at all. When we bring on temporary sales contractors for our quarterly shows, I am stuck exporting static PDF deal reports every morning, or granting them broad CRM access they do not need. That violates our least-privilege security policy and adds unnecessary exposure to our sensitive prospect and account data. The profile layout itself also lacks custom fields for tagging sales specialists by equipment line, so I cannot filter users by hydraulic systems, fabrication machinery, or automation product expertise without external spreadsheets.

Lead scoring alignment between Freshsales and our marketing stack is inconsistent too. Freshsales has its own scoring logic, but it cannot ingest the engagement signals captured by ClickDimensions, like webinar attendance, content download events, or multi-stage nurture progression. That means MQL thresholds in Freshsales do not match the scoring rules we use in Dynamics 365, and sales and marketing teams disagree constantly on what qualifies a lead for handoff. The ticket system inside Freshsales also does not tag sync failures automatically; I only discover broken mappings when a sales rep reaches out to say a trade-show lead never appeared in their queue.

Suggestions: Build native bidirectional sync with Dynamics 365 Dataverse, so Freshsales field edits flow back automatically without Zapier CSV workarounds. Add dedicated consent fields, opt-out timestamps, one-click purge workflows and immutable audit logs for CAN-SPAM and CCPA-CPRA. Introduce granular, report-only user roles for seasonal contractors, plus custom profile tags mapped to our product lines. Finally, add webhook triggers to ingest ClickDimensions engagement events directly into Freshsales lead scoring rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Pipelines and Automated Reminders Keep Our Accounting Work on Track"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

As Senior Accounting Operations & Compliance Manager at Apei Ledger Advisors, I oversee client bookkeeping projects, month-end close schedules, tax compliance reviews, and SaaS tool testing for our accounting firm. Our lean team serves dozens of SMB clients and lacks dedicated IT resources, so we rely on CRM software that can track client accounting engagements, log tax filing deadlines, and centralize communications without heavy custom setup. What I appreciate most about Freshsales is its customizable deal pipeline paired with built-in activity tracking and automated reminder workflows. The drag-and-drop pipeline builder saves me roughly five hours each week that I previously spent manually updating spreadsheets to track the status of bookkeeping onboarding and tax return projects.

We tailor Freshsales pipelines to match our accounting service offerings: new client onboarding, monthly bookkeeping retainers, quarterly tax review work, and annual tax filing engagements. Each pipeline stage carries custom fields to capture key financial details, such as business entity type, fiscal year end, and document submission deadlines. When we onboard a new restaurant client, we create a Freshsales deal and attach required task checklists for bank statement collection, ledger reconciliation setup, and tax questionnaire distribution. Every email, call note and document request lives within that deal record, so any team member can quickly review the full client history without digging through separate email threads or shared drives.

The automated reminder engine is another feature we use constantly. We configure rule-based alerts for upcoming client deadlines, such as the cutoff date for receiving receipts before month-end close or tax document submission deadlines. If a client fails to upload their bank records by the set date, Freshsales automatically generates a gentle follow-up task and notifies our client lead. This reduces missed deadlines, which is critical in accounting, where delayed client documents can create compliance risks. For our seasonal tax clients, these automated reminders cut down the number of manual follow-up emails our team writes every month.

An unexpected benefit we discovered is Freshsales’ native phone call logging and transcription feature. When our team hops on a call with a business client to discuss tax planning or ledger discrepancies, the platform automatically logs the call and generates a searchable transcript attached directly to the client record. This eliminates the need for our accounting staff to manually type detailed meeting notes after every call. During a recent consultation with a retail client who had questions about deductible business expenses, the transcript captured all commitments and action items. We could revisit the conversation later to confirm what documents the client agreed to send, preventing miscommunication that could lead to errors in their tax filings.

Freshsales centralizes our client accounting workflows, automates deadline tracking, and preserves complete communication records for compliance reference. Its flexible pipeline design adapts to our unique bookkeeping and tax service cycles, which matters greatly for a lean accounting firm without IT support. Our team spends far less time chasing down scattered client information and manually tracking project milestones, allowing us to focus more on financial reconciliation and compliance review work for our SMB customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

As Senior Accounting Operations & Compliance Manager at Apei Ledger Advisors, we use Freshsales to manage client onboarding, track tax engagements, and log communications with our SMB accounting clients. While the platform works well for basic pipeline tracking, it carries several critical limitations that create extra operational burden for our accounting practice, especially around financial document storage, custom compliance reporting, and native accounting software integration. Since our lean team has no dedicated IT staff, these gaps force us to build manual workarounds that eat into time reserved for month-end close and tax compliance reviews.

The most frustrating limitation is Freshsales’ restrictive file storage and attachment limits. Accounting work requires storing bank statements, tax forms, trial balances, and signed engagement letters, many of which are multi-page PDF files. Freshsales caps individual file sizes and imposes total storage limits tied to our user count. During a quarterly tax project for a local manufacturing client, we tried uploading their full set of year-end financial statements and supporting receipts, but the batch upload failed repeatedly once we hit our storage threshold. We ended up storing the full financial documents in Google Drive and only pasting links inside Freshsales client records. This split-file system means our team must toggle between two separate platforms to verify supporting documents, which introduces compliance risk because we cannot keep all client financial records fully contained within the CRM.

Freshsales also lacks robust custom reporting tailored for accounting service metrics. We need to build filtered reports that show active retainer clients, upcoming tax filing deadlines, and overdue client document submissions for our monthly operations review. The native report builder cannot easily calculate service retention rates or group deals by tax filing type. When preparing our firm’s monthly operational dashboard, I have to export raw CSV data from Freshsales and manually rebuild all charts and filters in Google Sheets. This manual data transformation takes roughly four hours each month, and it creates room for human error when reconciling CRM deal data against our bookkeeping records.

Another major pain point is the weak native integration with accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online and Xero. There is no built-in two-way sync between Freshsales and our accounting system. When we create a new client deal in Freshsales, we must manually recreate that client profile inside QuickBooks, and updates to client billing status do not automatically flow back into the CRM. On one occasion, a client paused their monthly bookkeeping retainer inside QuickBooks, but the status remained active in Freshsales. Our team sent out automated document reminder emails for two weeks before we caught the mismatch, which created an awkward client conversation.

An unexpected downside we found is the rigid permission structure for compliance auditing. We need to restrict access to sensitive tax data for junior team members, but Freshsales’ role settings are broad. We can only grant full record access or no access at all; there is no option to hide attached financial files while still letting staff view basic client contact and deadline information. This forces us to be extremely careful when assigning user roles, limiting which team members can help with client follow-up tasks.

Freshsales delivers solid pipeline tracking for client acquisition, but its storage caps, limited accounting-focused reporting, poor native accounting integrations, and inflexible permissions create ongoing friction for our compliance-heavy accounting workflows. For our small firm without IT support, these constraints add manual administrative work and introduce avoidable compliance risks when managing sensitive client financial data. "Poor Support, Limited Integrations and Little Visible Product Progress"
0/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

Cheaper than Hubspot and Salesforce. Replaces Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

We reported a Freshsales defect in 2025, and it remains unresolved. Despite months of correspondence, Freshworks has not provided a firm resolution date, a meaningful technical explanation, or a credible plan to fix the problem.

The response pattern has been consistently disappointing: apologize, claim the matter has been escalated, introduce another person or department, and then provide no substantive follow-up. More names are added, but nobody appears to take ownership and no solution is delivered.

The wider product experience is also concerning. Useful marketplace integrations appear limited, and there has been little visible development in the areas that matter to us. While competing CRMs are introducing practical AI integrations and expanding their ecosystems, Freshsales does not appear to be keeping pace. Our experience also raises doubts about whether existing functionality is being adequately maintained.

We continue paying for software with a known defect while receiving holding responses instead of measurable progress. Even basic questions, including what is blocking the fix, who is accountable, and when it will be resolved, remain unanswered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps Customer Inquiries Organized and the Team in Sync"
4/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

What I love most about Freshworks CRM is how it helps me keep our team connected while handling all our customer-facing furniture inquiries, and it works really nicely alongside Gather, the virtual space tool I use for our internal team events. At Urban Home Furniture Co., I’m the Office & Community Engagement Coordinator. A big part of my job is coordinating our remote and in-office staff, plus tracking customer questions, showroom appointment requests and follow-ups for our furniture line. Before Freshworks CRM, all customer messages landed in a messy shared inbox, and we’d lose track of who replied to what. Team members would respond to the same customer twice, or some messages just sat there forgotten.

I can think of a great example from our summer furniture promotion a few months ago. We had tons of people reaching out to ask about custom sofa orders, fabric samples and showroom visit bookings. Previously, all those inquiries were dumped into one email folder. I’d spend hours every day sorting messages and tagging people to reply. With Freshworks CRM, every incoming customer message turns into a ticket automatically. I assigned different categories for showroom bookings, sample requests, and product questions. The sales team and I can jump into the same ticket, add notes, and see the whole conversation history at a glance.

The contact profile feature is super handy too. When someone reaches out again, I can instantly pull up their past requests, whether they asked about dining sets or bedroom furniture. That saves our team from asking customers to repeat their details over and over. I also set up simple automations to send quick confirmation emails when someone books a showroom tour. That cuts down on repetitive typing work for me and the sales team.

On the internal side, Freshworks CRM also helps mecoordinate with our staff easily. When our sales team has a question about an upcoming client appointment, they can log notes right in the CRM. Then I can use Gather to host quick virtual check-ins with the team to review those customer requests. It creates a smooth handoff between customer support work and our team engagement activities.

For our small furniture business of 11 to 50 employees, we don’t have a big support department. Freshworks CRM keeps all customer communication organized in one spot. It stops messages from slipping through the cracks and frees up my time. Instead of spending half my day sorting emails, I get to focus on building team culture and planning fun virtual meetups for our staff in Gather. It makes my dual role of office coordinator and community lead so much easier to manage day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

There are a few things with Freshsales that slow me down, especially since I juggle customer lead tracking and team community work, and I pair it with Gather for our internal virtual events at Urban Home Furniture Co. The biggest annoyance I run into is the clunky custom workflow setup. I’ve tried building simple automations for showroom booking follow-ups and furniture sample requests, but the rule builder feels rigid. It doesn’t always trigger the alerts the way I expect, and troubleshooting those broken automations takes way more time than it should.

I hit this issue hard during our spring furniture sale back in April. I built an automation that was supposed to notify our sales team and me whenever a customer submitted a showroom visit request. I tested it a couple times and it worked fine, but once the promotion went live, half the new lead alerts never came through. We ended up missing three customer inquiries for custom dining set consultations. I spent nearly three hours digging through the workflow settings to find the error, and I still had to manually send apology emails to those customers afterward. It created unnecessary stress when I was already busy planning our monthly virtual team meetup inside Gather.

Reporting is another weak spot for our furniture business use case. The pre-built reports don’t match our needs very well. I want simple breakdowns of showroom booking conversion rates and sample request volume, but the reporting dashboard has too many irrelevant sales metrics meant for full-time sales teams. Building custom reports means picking through dozens of fields, and the visual charts aren’t easy to tweak. When leadership asks for a quick snapshot of incoming leads, I usually end up exporting the raw data and cleaning it up in Excel anyway.

I also find the contact import tool inconsistent. When I bulk upload new leads from our website inquiry forms, occasionally some contact fields get mapped incorrectly. Customer phone numbers wind up in the notes section, or furniture product interests don’t populate the right tags. That means I have to go through and fix dozens of contact entries manually after every upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Sales Pipeline, Needs Better Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

I really value Freshsales for its customizable deal pipeline builder. It lets me tailor the stages to fit our cybersecurity SaaS sales cycle, and tagging deals by contract value is a breeze. I love that I can use the native webhook capability to push real-time deal updates through Zapier into our KPI platform, giving our leadership live pipeline metrics for quarterly business reviews. Its built-in contact access logs make maintaining CCPA compliance so much easier, saving us tons of time on audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

Freshsales’ native custom reporting is fairly limited for our complex cybersecurity SaaS metrics, so I often need manual CSV exports for QBRs. Webhook syncs to our KPI platform sometimes drop deal update events without clear alerts. Also, bulk contact record exports cap out, slowing us down when pulling prospect PII logs for our quarterly CCPA compliance audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Practical CRM for Managing Leads and Customer Interactions"
5/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. What I like most about Freshsales is that it is easy to use and did not take much time to set up. The interface feels straightforward, so managing daily work is not complicated. I regularly use the contact management and lead tracking features to keep nutrition consultation inquiries and wellness program prospects organized. It helps me see who has been contacted, who needs a follow-up, and which inquiries are still active. The pipeline view is also useful because it gives a clear picture of where each opportunity stands. Instead of checking different notes or messages, I can quickly review progress and plan the next action. Another thing I like is the task and activity management. I can schedule follow-ups, add notes after discussions, and keep track of important client interactions in one place. This is helpful when handling multiple consultations and health education projects at the same time.

I also use it to maintain records of people who show interest in diet plans, wellness programs, and health awareness activities. Having contact details, communication history, and follow-up information available in one system makes day-to-day coordination easier. The email and activity tracking features are useful for monitoring ongoing conversations and ensuring that important inquiries are not missed. This helps maintain better communication and follow-up consistency during busy work schedules. The performance has been reliable during regular use. Pages load quickly, contact records open without delays, and moving between leads, activities, and pipeline stages feels smooth. Overall, it provides a good balance of features without making the system feel overly complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

I like the reporting features, but when I need a very specific view of lead activity or follow-up performance, I sometimes spend extra time adjusting filters and report settings. The information is available, though creating a highly customized view can take a little more effort. For standard reporting it works well, but for more detailed analysis I occasionally need to refine the report settings before getting the exact view I am looking for. "Cheaper Than HubSpot, but Missing Basics, Poor UI, and Weak Reporting"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

The only upside is that it is cheaper than HubSpot. I cannot think of anything good about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

The UI is horrible, no clear guides on integrations or how to connect anything, reports are not at all that detailed as in HubSpot, plus most marketing service companies include their own CRM which is actually free and much better like Instantly.

They need to upgrade everything ASAP.

Our team actually does not use this anymore, although we have paid for a year. Excel is much better for us. The very basics of ROAS, CPL/CPD are missing. There is no enforcement of reminders like there is in HubSpot, no AI features like there is in Instantly.

I don't even think that the support can help here, because the platform doesn't even have the feature set that even basic SaaS Marketing/Sales teams need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Logistics-Friendly CRM Lacks Mature Industry Interoperability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freshsales?

Freshsales adapts well to our cross-border freight sales and compliance routines. Its fully customizable sales pipeline lets us build process nodes matching actual transportation transactions, embedding verification standards for ADR dangerous goods and GDPR data governance. Integrated activity archives record all negotiation and communication details, forming traceable business records. Automated reminder functions prevent missed client follow-ups, and unified customer archives greatly streamline daily regulatory inspection preparation work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

The platform falls short on native linkage with professional logistics management systems. We have to adopt manual import and export methods to synchronize freight price and shipment data, dragging down operational efficiency. It carries no preset compliance specifications tailored to German transportation laws, forcing us to manually create custom fields to meet risk control demands. Custom audit report output is rigid, requiring repeated format adjustment before submitting official compliant documents. Multi-party collaborative deal management also brings cumbersome page navigation experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
