I like that Curb Hero makes it easy for people to sign in, and I experience a much higher percentage of sign-in rates with it than any other sign-in method I've tried in the past. It's easy to set up, and it pulls information straight from my MLS listing, including pictures. I can have my listing up and running in a matter of minutes, and the initial setup was extremely easy. Sometimes, people don't see the link where they need to sign in. When they scan the QR code, there's one additional step that I wish could be eliminated. I really like being able to replace the traditional paper sign-in sheet with a digital experience where visitors can quickly enter their information on their phones. Sometimes the app can feel a bit clunky, depending on service reception or Wi‑Fi. It would be helpful to have an offline mode, so I can use it without a connection and then upload everything once I’m able to reconnect to Wi‑Fi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Curb Hero for open houses in real estate, and it really helps by capturing leads more accurately and directly importing them into my CRM. The app is excellent because I can modify the prompts shown when people log in. This feature is especially valuable because being able to ask if they're working with an agent or a lender helps identify which leads are strong. I've used Curb Hero for about three years, mainly for open houses, and it's been a game changer. I love how easy it is to streamline things with Curb Hero. I can filter through open houses and see all the leads from my old ones in one place, which makes follow-ups so much easier. The app works great on my iPad and iPhone, and I appreciate the CRM-like features that let me write notes and really follow up with people, even months down the road. The data is amazing to me because it helps keep track of potential clients. Also, I don't need to worry about putting up signs since everything is digital, and setting it up was too easy. I just wish the side by side image and the QR scan code when signing in was not a tiny little QR code that you're barely able to focus on with your phone. When someone's signing in, it should show much bigger, like at least take one quarter of the screen and still showcase a beautiful photo of the listing, like it does already. I find Curb Hero amazing as a sign-in sheet and open house CRM. It's easy to set up and looks beautiful. I really like the microsite layouts and the branding options. These features help by sending a site to the signee after they register at the open house, which prompts follow-ups and leads to more engagement.
