It allows you to easily track clients and take notes. Theres also an easy way to set up easy communications automatically by either email and even texting. The reporting tool is not as sophisticated as like a Salesforce would be. THe emails are also pretty basic. If you wanted a better looking email youd probably need to import contacts into something like a Mailchimp Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
