What I like about Follow up boss is their texting abilities; it is so easy to take care of the client with the so many features they have, from the awesome Drip campaigns to the Video text capabilities; you can set up bulk email to hit all your clients and leads at the same time, as well as you can connect your Bomb Bomb account and send videos via email. It helps me keep track of my leads and clients. The ease of implementation was as easy as talking to the onboaridng and they help me to do everything. Studied the videos and cutomer support guided me to fininsh the set up. I use follow up boss at least 2 - 3 times every day! They are constantly innovating and adding new things to their program; they just recently (a couple of months back) added the triggers to the campaigns, so if you use the assigned trigger word, you will set up the campaign you designed for your trigger for, and it will magically start. I like how organized our agents can be and how we can utilize it for our staff as well. event promo, past client outreach etc. Support is great as well, they even do month calls with our admin to make sure we are all good. While the features are premium and worth the cost, smaller teams or individual agents might find it a bit pricey compared to other options on the market. Also, in recent times, the speed of customer support has been a bit slower, maybe because of how much they are expanding and gaining new clients. Before using it, keeping track of follow-ups, lead sources, and client communications felt chaotic. With Follow Up Boss, all my leads are in one place, and the automation ensures no opportunity is missed. It distributes leads to the right agents, sends reminders for follow-ups, and even logs all communication automatically. The biggest benefit is time saved. Instead of manually tracking leads or worrying about whether I’ve followed up, the system does it for me, allowing me to focus on building relationships and closing deals. It's user friendly but if you have questions support is super responsive by phone or email. Also, assigned an account manager. One of my favorite things they do is video examples step by step from my account. The smart lists are a no brainer for efficiency snd most of all the community is incredible. What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss? We merged with a larger brokerage this year and gave up our FUB account and imported into theirs - the transition process was extremely difficult. We of course then had shared contacts with the agents in the brokerage we merged with. They could see our info we could see ours etc. I don't think a lot of people have done that - Paige Orlando has been amazing and can give you more details if needed.
