## Firstup Reviews
 ### 1. Enhanced Communication and Employee Connectivity Across the System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lyla N. | Marketing Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

What I find most helpful about FirstUp is its inclusive posting and sharing feature. Employees can easily post updates, share information, and engage by liking and commenting on posts. This functionality ensures everyone stays informed about news and system developments from any location, which is incredibly beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

The only downside to FirstUp is the challenge of getting people to adopt new technology.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create automated employee journeys over a set period or specific situations is exciting and I'm looking forward to learning more and digging into this feature.

 ### 2. Revolutionizes Healthcare Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

I believe that FirstUp is revolutionizing healthcare comms and reaching our busy healthcare providers. The user-friendly interface and easy-to-use app help a lot in getting our most crucial information out to many hospitals simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I honestly don't have too many dislikes. I think that better customization features for blocks (specifically attachments) may help in making things more accessible.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FirstUp helps to solve internal communications difficulties, specifically the issue of contacting healthcare providers that have a jam-packed schedule.

 ### 3. Awesome platform and team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna C. | Internal Communications Specialist II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Love the ease of use with the platform. I've had the opportunity to allow my creativity to thrive with developing posts. I've also love the capabilities with developing newsletters. Great team to work with.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Some of the bugs can pose challenges. My biggest issue is the fact that you can't see if another team member is in the draft. If you're unaware of this, sometimes the changes are not saved and the updated post does not go out.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and being able to target communications.

 ### 4. Streamlined collaborative communication - good marketing tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

User Interface: Navigating through the platform is mostly intuitive, and the layout makes it easy to access most tools and features it offers.

Communication features: Real-time messaging, group chats, and the ability to share files make it an excellent choice for teams.

Customization and branding: Very nice

Ease of integration with LI or other social sharing platforms.

We use this in marketing to give company wide access to easy-to-post/share promotional messages - and it does the job.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Some of the features - like setting Pins, expiry dates - are not as intuitive or easy to figure out at first.

Difficult to embed HTML/links in set messages and add natural tags for sharing on LinkedIn, for example.

Messages get lost in the stream. If you don't tag a post properly, large groups of people never even see it. Curated content by topic/theme is both a positive and negative.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Connect in marketing to prepare branded messaging for the whole organizaiton to share/promote for upcoming campaign content or webinars/events. It helps us provide useful communication materials to all collegues and drive greater awareness.

 ### 5. Implemented FirstUp in Fall 2023 and it has been a game-changer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meredith C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

The Firstup team and community that surrounds Firstup is invaluable. Firstup makes it easy to access other customers so you can share ideas on how to build out your platform and how to solve for common challenges your organization may face. As for the tool itself, so far it has already completely changed Corporate Communications throughout our organization. Frequent communicators are now empowered to drive their own comms instead of all content bottlenecking through our lean Corp Comms team. The single source publishing aspect of the tool allows our comms to stay up to date across all channels and truly reaches each employee where they want to receive their information. The list could go on about what we like best about it!

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Tool needs a flow for content creators to send a draft to a content publisher once it's ready to be delivered.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining distribution lists, single-source publishing, scheduling communications, etc. All of these benefits have freed up more time for our Corporate Communications team to focus more on communication strategy instead of day to day delivery. We're now more proactive instead of reactive.

 ### 6. Firstup is easy to use but can be extremely slow.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Copy and paste works well from most documents.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Analytics can be delayed and overall the platform is fairly slow--pages take a long time to load. Also, you do not have the opportunity to leverage HTML to manipulate content, it's all done through a design interface.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup allows us to create newsletters that are visually professional in an efficient manner.

 ### 7. Has been a good experience for sharing content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary D. | Senior Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

I love that Firstup allows you to keep your social platforms updated with relevant posts with a click of a button. It allows you to have authentic and relative material to your job. It also helps you automate the posting process so anyone would be able to understand. I haven't delt with customer support, but from whoever has I feel like they have been good! The frequency of use for this product is high and it has easy implementation and integration.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I dislike that you cannot see LinkedIn Carousel posts previewed on the main screens. I also dislike that your account isn't more cosutmized also the search function on the platform doesn't really work to help find posts. Why aren't you able to search by a hashtag.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure of any problems Firstup is currently solving and how it might benift me or my team.

 ### 8. Firstup Excels with Corporate Communications!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirk V. | Lead Data Strategist - Data & Analytics Transformation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup has been very helpful for our company to provide multiple types of communications to our employees. We have the ability to schedule notification, customize them with any rich text we would like, add pictures, send to specific channels (email, SocialChorus app, etc.), measure engagement from all channels, and view posts from an admin perspective in multiple views with the calendar view or list view. I would highly recommend Firstup for your companies communication!

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I think something Firstup can work on is aligning on the naming. Social Chorus is the app, but then Firstup is sometimes used.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup is solving the communication gap where we need to get communications out in various channels to ensure key details within our company (goals, health benefits) are communicate and it also helps with employee engagement because we need to communicate those type of events out to improve our employee engagement within our company.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Kirk - we love helping companies solve the communication gap. And what you like best about the Firstup platform helps to do just that! Thanks for leaving a kind and thoughtful review.

 ### 9. Implementing Firstup was a game changer for Butterball.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lana D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

It democratized communication for us with access to & for all employees, not just e-enabled employees.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

No SMS text capability currently in the legacy Social Chorus app. It is available on the legacy Dynamic Signal app.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our communication challenges included the following:

-Majority of team members (5,000+) are not e-enabled and don’t have easy access to information
-No way to target communications to specific groups of team members. Communication is one-way, one direction; no easy way to get feedback
-Lack of analytics makes it difficult to understand how well communications are performing, what is relevant or important to team members
-No easy way for team members (enterprise) to currently find information or services in one place
-No easy way for leadership to connect with entire workforce
-Costs increase and productivity drops due to dependency on printing
-Translating content is costly and time-consuming. Untranslated content limits understanding to specific populations and impacts engagement and inclusion

We needed an integrated solution that:
-Design for inclusion - All team members have access to information that impacts their daily lives at Butterball.
-Promotes Employee Self-Service, giving all team members access to support information and services.
-Provides analytics that give insight into the efficacy of communication content, methods and genres.
-Builds our Talent Brand by enhancing our team member experience

Ans so we implementing Firstup.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Lana - this is fantastic. Thanks for the very thoughtful review. And what a list of challenges for the Firstup platform to help you and the team tackle!

 ### 10. Firstup / Dow Connect Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

What I find most helpful about Firstup is how quickly I get responses from the team. Be it questions about the platform (capabilities, best practices) or support help, it's never a long wait for a reply. Additionally, the team is active and readily accepts/is involved in discussions about how we (Dow) would like to see the platform improved (ranging from bugs/issues we encounter to new features to make content easier to create/publish or more engaging for end-users). The Knowledge Base and Training Center made it easy for me to understand the platform, and share my knowledge/experience with new admins.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

The only downsides that come to mind regards the platform. While advanced permissions help us limit "miss-posts," I'd like to so more "controls" in the platform to help us prevent certain miss-posts (fixes regarding the email alias field (defaults to an address we don't want everyone to use)). However, this suggested feature has been part of conversations with the team and part of the "wish list" for future updates. I will add that no-one on our team has ever had a bad experience with the Firstup team.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup has and is helping us solve many problems with the platform. Whenever we notice an issue with campaign delivery/display, engagement metrics, or using the platform, the customer and support teams are quick to answer our questions and provide explanations of any fixes they've implented. This ensures problems are addressed and resolved quickly, which makes it easier for us to continue using the platform. Even when we've had high-priority fixes/support needed, the team has been swift in responding to our email and giving us the help we need.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Zach - love hearing this. Our Firstup team is always there to support our customers! And yes, the Knowledge Base and Training Center are also amazing resources. Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences.

 ### 11. My communications work is not in Kansas anymore

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica U. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Building and publishing a newsletter used to take me hours and now I can create a great looking newsletter in a matter of minutes and quickly send to a targeted audience. Firstup has taken all the pain points out of my communications work and allows me to focus on strategy, content and UX. The insights provide in-dpeth metrics that I use for making a business case in my comms consults; it helps leadership understand decisions and reccomendations.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Fistup is a robust tool and while it's intuitive to use I would caution small teams or unsupported teams to implement and launch. There are many aspects to consider when building out program infrastructure for your business and the role of project manager can easily be a full-time position.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching deskless employees and targeting audiences. For the first time, we have the capability to reach our deskless employees with the Firstup mobile app. Additionally, we can easily create dynamic audiences and send information to exactly who needs it and not an entire group of people.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Jessica - click your heels three times. "There's no company like Firstup. There's no company like Firstup. There's no company like Firstup." It's awesome that you can now reach your most critical audiences (and ones you couldn't reach before). And, as you point out, no one has to rely on the "spray and pray" model of delivering comms. You can now target audiences directly with the information they need. Thanks for sharing your insightful feedback.

 ### 12. Quick way to keep up with company news

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Training Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Our company has multiple locations. Often, I don't know what's going on in the company outside of my own building. The posts on Firstup allow me to get a window in events going on at different plants - from townhalls to retirement celebrations. It helps me feel more connected.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Interaction is limited - e.g I'm able to like posts but not comment on them. It would also be nice to be able to form subgroups to connect with other employees and arrange events; however, I think this has more to do with how the company is using the app than possible functionality.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup is helping to share company wide news at a faster pace than the quarterly newsletter did. This way, I know about an event or training that occurred almost instantly, rather than weeks or months after the fact.

 ### 13. Great product ,a bit tricky to set up

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

The backend is very powerful. It can target content any way your HR data can divide up your workforce. The design elements are flexible and good-looking. Some of the engagement tools are very helpful, like the ability to keep redelivering a piece of content to a particular user until they open it.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

If your organization is large and complex, setting up user groups in Firstup will be too. We had a hard time ironing out some issues that arose in the interface between Firstup's email sender and our systems. The support desk seems a bit underpowered and sometimes closes tickets too quickly.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged Firstup to help us communicate better with deskless colleagues.

 ### 14. Easy to use and great to reach frontlint employees!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colieg G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

What is there not to love about Firstup? I love the ease of use, it's intuitive and easy to learn. It has great customizability and keeps content unique and fresh. The insights are invaluable for internal communications and help inform strategy and next steps. And the app is a great way to reach frontline staff!

On top of a great product, there is a great support team behind it. They are quick to answer, help share best practices and are really friendly. The support team is great too! I know when I submit a ticket, it won't be a week until I hear something back. I often hear from them within the next business day.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

If I am being honest, I cannot think of any downsides to the platform or the team!

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In healthcare, it's hard to reach frontline staff and ensure the see what we write. The app, push notifications, segmentation and engagement boost really help us reach our frontline staff to ensure they get the news they need.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Colie - we love working with the healthcare community so much. And coupling that with a great Firstup experience means your employees are also enjoying a stellar employee experience. Thanks for the kudos! I'll pass those along to the team.

 ### 15. A great communication tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup gives us a modern, effective way to communicate to, and with, our employees. It is easy to use from the studio-side and for users. It also works well as our internal email platform. It allows us to schedule communication in advance and has valuable performance data.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

While support is typically fast to respond initially, it can take quite a bit of time to get an issue resolved. I am pretty sure I have open tickets from months ago, and some of them, while not major, are issues that come up routinely.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup gives us a way to communicate with employees outside of email, which is particularly helpful since a large portion of our workforce does not have an active work email address. It helps to justify the importance of internal communications by giving measurable results.

 ### 16. Great for company culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mecca-Amirah J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

It's been a pleasure to watch our global community grow and become excited on our Firstup platform. Being able to watch and participate in our communities posts, helps me feel like I'm part of the greater story of our company.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

There's small features that could help improve the experience-- like an embedded RSS feed to pull in social media, an advocacy and reward program, and more guidelines for inclusivity

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline workflow for communication

 ### 17. Internal Communications Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup is the best internal communications platform I have run into. The ability to customize to our internal brand needs and reach all of our employees in different group segments at once is extremely valuable to our overall internal communications goals. The platform's ability to reach some of our most mobile team members via an app, Teams integration, and email has been extremely beneficial. The team is great, super involved, and helpful along the way.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

The metrics capabilities, readability, and accuracy could be improved.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup has the ability to reach every section of our audience because of its versatility in communication methods.

 ### 18. Great for delivering non critical information, but challenging for critical need to know.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

I like the ability to prioritize various content based on the audience, topic and targeting options.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

It is difficult to organize and segment content consitently resulting in an overwhelming amount of content for the end user.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First up allows us to link to large amounts of content and prioritize how we deploy updates based on a variety of factors. The ability to post all of our content in one location with a more streamlined process has been great. Targeting and other forms of organization can still be challenging since we primarly link to other documents or resources.

 ### 19. Fantastic Employee Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

We love the ability to have different topics, or channels, to really create content to share with employees that are relevant to them.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I wish there was more company brand opportunities on the platform

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two way communication with our employees! Relevant content sharing. Event updates. Corporate Communications. The uses are endless and we are so thankful to be able to use this tech instead of sending multiple emails a day.

 ### 20. Exceptional Service with a Customer-Centric Approach!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camille A. | Communications Strategist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

FirsUp sets a new standard for customer service. Their platform is user-friendly, and they actively listen and implement feedback provided by their clients. The support team is extremely responsive and having a dedicated customer success representative to guide you through how to achieve your goals is a game changer. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a service provider that truly values its clients.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

The onboarding process might be a bit overwhelming for users unfamiliar with similar platforms. Streamlining the initial setup and offering more comprehensive tutorials could greatly improve the overall user experience. FirstUp has a strong foundation, and providing some templated resources for companies would undoubtedly enhance its appeal and usability for a broader range of users.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FirstUp provides our team members with two-way communications and a place where they can engage with others across all of our five markets. FirsUp is also helping us streamline the different platforms we use to communicate by having everything found in place.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Camille - we like setting standards. And our standard are vey high. Thank you for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review about your Firstup experience.

 ### 21. Best ever external partner who really gets our work world

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin M. K. | Board Secretary, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

What I like best about FirstUp is the customer service with a partner in strategy and product development team that's always trying to improve and listens to customers. I just got off a virtual meeting with a product development team yesterday, who reached out to ask if we would give them feedback on new features they were working on. Beyond that, FirstUp was a game changer for us in Employee Communications in terms of being able to publish once and push it to email, text notification and our Sharepoint intranet -- and also being able to measure effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

There's a ton of metrics but it needs someone who is knowledgeable about data mining and has the time to get the most out of it. New improvements just came through that look much more intuitive and visual.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Half the computers in our workplace are shared and fully 60%+ of our workforce doesn't sit at a desk and another 20% of our workforce never read email. We needed a better way to reach them that didn't require redoing content 3-4 times for different kinds of viewers.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Erin - thank you for your fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear how Firstup has streamlined your employee communications across various platforms and how our team's dedication to continuous improvement and customer feedback has positively impacted your experience. We really appreciate your insights and are excited to keep evolving with your needs in mind.

 ### 22. More than bells and whistles: Revolutionize your comms and amplify strategic programs!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup is relatively easy to implement and use, and provides efficiences when integrated with existing legacy data programs. When used strategically, you get far more business impact than simply sharing content -- you position communications as a powerful/key strategic partner to drive enterprise outcomes like never before (driving sales, saving money, educating/celebrating associates, and more!). With Firstup, you quickly expand comms to deskless associates wherever they may be. Embracing new ways of working with business units/programs and perhaps learning some new skills equips your comms/engagement team for great success! The Firstup team were attentive and helpful, providing support at every step.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I'm a believer in the power of Firstup. Integrating an associate recognition program would be a huge win. And I'd love to see the company provide more information around the use of their product for educating and retaining talent, such as a longitudinal study (makes the pitch to business leaders even more powerful). The company collects an enormous amount of data, and I'd like to see a simlified approach to customized, concise reporting. Overall, I'm thrilled with the platform, relationship, and business impact. Money well spent.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup solved our problem of efficient, fun, engaging, strategic communications with deskless associates, which represented the vast majority of associates. We used the tool beyond the standard sharing of information -- it was the key driver to expand communication and drive the most important goals of our various business units (marketing, merchandising, talent development, finance, asset protection, store operations). This strategic work and the resulting two-way sharing of information resulted in millions of dollars in new sales and various cost savings, reallocation of marketing/advertising dollars better spent, and increased sign up for certain promotions. Associates gained the ability to celebrate wins with each other and promote friendly competition among teams across the country. Peer-to-peer recognition soared in this new community.

 ### 23. Easy to use platform which makes sharing content easy and accessible to all

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

I think that the Custome Success team is the best thing about first up. I have found that all of the employees at first up are so helpful and easy to work with. If we have a requirement, or need any information their responses are incredibly fast, and they alwqays deliver aexactly what we are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

My least favourite thing about Firstup, is that we have some feedback on how we think the platform can be improved/enhanced, or if there are features that we would like to see, this gets passed along to the products team, and then that is typically the last that we hear about what we would like to see improved.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup provides a platform where our colleagues can find all our social media content, and then easily share the content onto their Social Media accounts. This eliminates the issue of users having to find their own content, and then having to organically create posts on their accounts, which in turn makes them less active on Social Media, because this requires time, which is limited with our colleagues. Fistup enables our colleagues to be more active on social media, because of it's simplicity and availability.

 ### 24. Early Implementer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

It's great to stay in touch with others throughout our organization and segment appropriately.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Quarterly implementation is a dissatisfier. We also want to be able to name campaigns differently than titles and send test emails that include preview of video on links before publishing.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helpful for targeting our communications.

 ### 25. Firstup is a great partner for your internal communication needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Where do I begin? The product is easy to use resulting in increased productivity. The people are top notch - ALL OF THEM! They are always looking for ways to improve.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

While they are future focused, there is still room for improvement when it comes to fine tuning the current platform and customer requests.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Producing content in a central location and then pushing out via multiple channels.

 ### 26. Longtime program manager/user of the platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Strong product; customer service; prioritization of always improving; listening to our product ideas and suggestions to hopefully take into consideration for ultimate customer satisfaction. IT response rate and action has been great too!

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

There isn't a whole lot of dislike but if I had to answer, I'd say that from a customer side, there could be a stronger feedback loop on new product updates. We share feedback with our rep, but beyond that, we don't always have visibility into what efforts might be being made to improve or correct bugs we find, though not to say we don't see improvement over the course of time. On that note, when building the new product updates, if it's not being done already, a Comms professional on a panel for testing would be beneficial. When we do have feedback on new product updates, it's usually around something that is very niche to a Comms pro.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup is allowing us to communicate with our entire employee base in a way they want to be reached; has closed gaps in access, with our frontline employees as one example. It has been beneficial in the last several years in getting important messages to our employees and ensuring the message has been received. Prior, we had no way of tracking emails, knowing what's been read, etc. We've also been able to decentralize communications giving regional team members an opportunity to communicate in the best way for their audience while allowing us the visibility to all global communications across the company.

 ### 27. Firstup, a great partner for internal comms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John N. | Manager, internal communications and digital engagement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

From sourcing, to implemetation, features of the platform and working with our team, Firstup has been a great partner to have. Their team couldn't be more helpful in setting up the platform and then working with you to make it a success. They help make it easy.

The team is also great at taking feedback to make improvements and is constantly looking for new features to help you deliver communications to the right people, at the right times in the right ways. The platform has transformed the way we communicate with employees.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

There are no downsides to using it, but you do have to design internal governance. While I know each organization is different, having some out of the box examples/templates for how to structure your program may be helpful.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us better reach our employees and prove it to stakeholders.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> John - Thank you for your fantastic review! It's great to hear how well Firstup is working for you, from setup to everyday use. We're really proud of our team for being so helpful and always ready to listen and improve. Your kind words mean a lot to us.

Also, your suggestion about providing governance templates is super helpful. We totally get that it could make things easier, and we're definitely going to look into it.

We love hearing that Firstup is making a difference in how you reach your employees and show results to stakeholders. Your success is what drives us, and we can't wait to keep evolving and growing with you. Thanks again for being with us on this journey!

 ### 28. Great networking conference!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaitlyn M. | Social & Digital Media Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup offers an excellent tool for employee communications. The tool is easy to use, intuitive, and the customer service has been great.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I wish the insights and analytics section was a little bit more intuitive. It's challenging to understand the data I'm looking at and find the reports I need.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement - it is the first time my company has had the ability to reach employees via an app and also in such an easy, always-on format. We used to rely solely on emails.

 ### 29. Robust Platform that's Scalable + Approachable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup is a scalable, user-friendly platform that meets organizations where they are at on the internal comms maturity spectrum and meets their needs as they grow and evolve. The technology is backed by an incredible support team and knowledgeable experts at Firstup - they get internal comms and that's rare. The platform has so much to offer, one could easily get overwhelmed if they're not familiar with tech, but the best part is that you don't have to do it all at once. As an administrator, you get to choose what you turn on and when it gets deployed to your company.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

It's a robust platform, and I love the data and reports available. Because the data is so robust, I find that my clients using Firstup find it most helpful when I'm able to come in from the outside, dig into the data and deliver a simplified dashboard and actionable insights based on how I interpret the data sets available.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies, streamlines and centralizes internal comms channels, and connect deskless workers to the organization, even if they don't have a company email address.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Love hearing that you find Firstup to be a robust platform that meets organizations' needs as they grow and evolve. Scalable and robust is a killer combo. And we understand the importance of data and reports, and we're constantly working to enhance the platform's capabilities to provide actionable insights. Thank you Lindsay!

 ### 30. Internal Communications Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamra K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Enables:
- decentralized communications publishing
- targeting relevant audiences
- mobile app to reach frontline employees
Implementation was a little overwhelming for a mostly one-person effort, but we took it slow and implemented it to our complete satisfaction. Customer support is excellent. We use the system multiple times daily for quick and professional communications. There are so many features, but you can scale back to use basic functionality until you/your publishers are ready for more advanced capabilities. A bit overwhelming to learn how to use at first, but I always promise new publishers that by their third campaign, they will find it easy to use and love the professionalism of their output.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

This isn't a downside of the system, as much of a consideration - some of the time you will save on supporting writing, editing, and publishing will be diverted to training and supporting the decentralized publishers and the platform overall.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very small corporate communications team, and do not have the resources to support writing, editing and publishing for all our global locations. Firstup enables us to decentralize publishing in a way that also enables better insight into and collaboration with local teams (usually HR) that generally are the point people for local communications.

The ability to use the mobile app to reach frontline workers, the insights and reporting capabilities, and the ability to target specific audiences were the key features that made us choose Firstup.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Tamra - we like changing the game for organizations. And decentralizing communications is a powerful part of the Firstup platform. Thanks for sharing your insights!

 ### 31. Makes communicating internally pretty seamless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Internal Communications Senior Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Easy to use interface makes the process of providing an intranet to large employee base pretty easy

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I wish reporting was easier to customize to what I needed

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuts down on using Outlook or Sharepoint as an internal site for receiving and distributing information

 ### 32. It was great to hear how others use Firstup for the employee journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deann M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

I like the ease of use and how I can recycle stories.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I wish it were easier to insert multiple photos into a story, like a slideshow

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching those who aren't at a desktop or laptop all day.

 ### 33. Exciting communication platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Love the various delivery options for communications. Also love how social-media like it is.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

The publishing platform and the insightsmetrics user experience needs to be improved.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because there are new ways now to reach our employees outside of email, it is reducing our reliance on email for all comms. It's also given us a way to potentially reach our non s&c employees for access to communications and company information, which we were unable to do previously.

 ### 34. Nice platform for social selling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Our firm uses Firstup's platform that gives us the ability to have ready-to-share content for socail networks at the click of a button. The platform allows you to see what your colleagues are sharing, what posts gain the most traction, and where you receive your top engagement within your own networks.

It has benefited our ability to both amplify and track our social selling efeforts more effectively.

From what I unerstand, the team at Firstup has been great to wor with.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

As we do not utilize many of the offeings of Firstup there is nothing at this time that I dislike.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We benefit from the efforts of our colleagues sharing our firm's content. Firstup has a solution that makes this effort simplified, streamlined, and all around easier to generate momentum.

 ### 35. Engaged User Experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

I like our success managers and the opportunity to cross-pollinate content across several platforms. I also really like the community site. It offers a lot of great ideas.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I dislike the lack of communications regarding platform changes. I understand there will be updates but upgrades where it changes the look and feel of the platform should be communicated before they go into effect, not day of. I also dislike the lack of options to revert back to previous upgrades. Since this upgrade our commenting engagement has gone down drastically but there is no option to revert back to our previous version. I also dislike the lengthy issues tracker process. We've been going back and fourth for over 5 months about one issue and a solution has yet to be found.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a more modern space for the enterprise internet.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experiences with our success managers and the community site. We understand the frustration with the lack of communication regarding platform changes and the challenges in reverting back to previous upgrades.

We are actively working to improve our communication process and provide more flexibility in reverting back to previous versions. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to enhance your experience with Firstup.

 ### 36. Firstup is THE Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

The insights that allow us to measure our communications is what makes this the ideal platform for us. It's easy to use, and allows us to understand engagement and our employee base easily.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

There can be a learning curve with folks thataren't familiar with the platform

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the lack of one centralized platform that can measure insights, reach all employees and provide a community for employees.

 ### 37. Firstup's tools for internal communications revolutionized the way we engage with our employees.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah E. | Internal Communication Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

I love the functions in New Studio. The publisher tools are great; the possibilities are endless. We are also excited about the advanced permissions and new insights/metrics.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Occasionally New Studio (the new publisher) has bugs, and sometimes it can take a long time for those issues to be addressed.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the largest solutions we get out of Firstup is expansive metrics/insights. We're gathering data we would have never had access to before. This allows us to be more strategic in our content creation and communications.

Also, shout out to intelligent delivery!

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Sarah - You say you wanna revolution.... and that's what intelligent communication is all about. Studio. . .advanced permissions. . . the metrics & insights. . . all part of the secret sauce!

 ### 38. A game-changing communications platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

It's not just a messaging tool; it's a comprehensive employee communication solution that engages employees and offers a suite of incredibly useful tools. I appreciate how the developers solicit feedback and how my account rep helps us with campaigns and other strategic ideas.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Technical support can be frustrating. It's not easy to open a ticket (the system doesn't remember me) and the answers are not always what you are looking for. Navigating metrics is harder than it should be.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting to our employees on our business priorities.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Linda - we're always working on making our metrics easier and expanding their use. Thanks for being patient with us. I'll share with the team your feedback about technical support challenges. Nobody wants that. It's great to read that the comprehensive solution is making a difference by connecting your employees to the company's priorities.

 ### 39. Modernized Digital Communications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

FirstUp allows us to create a centralized hub for news and information in ways that are efficient for us as content creators and conveniently for our associates.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I dislike that the metrics aren't always consistent.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating one true, centralized hub of news and information

 ### 40. Firstup is simply the best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Great tech, we currently use Dynamic Signal, and I would say it's one of the best in the industry for employee advocacy based on what I've seen and heard. We've also had a wonderful experience with our Customer Success Manager, and Expert Services team. They are very attentive and responsive, and always happy to help where we need them. They support us with reporting and insights as well as keep constant tabs on how we can optimize our program, user experience, and ways to best execute our key initiatives to grow engagement and adoption.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

With merging two companies and having two platforms, it can be difficult and confusing at times to understand where the technology is headed and how we can plan accordingly for an optimal user experience in the future.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup's Dynamic Signal platform supports us with our employee advocacy goals, including advancing and protecting the company brand and reputation, attracting talent, capturing significant engagement and reach through authentic storytelling, and influencing employee advocacy's impact on sales leads and opportunities.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Cue Tina Turner! "Simply the best!"

Thank your for sharing your positive experiences!

 ### 41. Great Communication Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Very easy to use - Firstup's app UI is very clean and makes navigation easy for everyone. Posts can be submitted and sent to large audiences within minutes. Besides that, there is a lot of good information that can be extracted from Insights (Reporting). Customer Support is also a plus as they have consistently responded quickly and thoroughly to insure our tickets are resolved.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

From an Admin/Content Creator perspective, there are some limits to customizability of image blocks and other assets that we import that I wish we had more control over. There are also some glitches when trying to adjust text that can be frustrating to deal with when trying to create new Campaigns.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not everyone in our Company possesses a company computer, laptop or work email, but everyone has a Smartphone. Firstup helps us to reach all of our workforce and communicate all kinds of relevant information quickly.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> I'm glad to hear that you find Firstup easy to use and that it has been a valuable communication tool for your company. I appreciate your feedback on the limitations you've experienced and will pass that along for future updates. I will also pass along your lovely comment about customer support. Thank you for leaving a thoughtful review.

 ### 42. Best customer success team in the industry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa Y. | Senior Manager, Social Media, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Ease and simplicity of use. FirstUp is easy to post to, interact with, and manage. Their customer success team is the best I've ever worked with. They meet with our team regularly to check-in and ensure you're getting the most from the product; they set up strategy calls to ensure your maximizing adoption; and they set up meetings with the engineering experts to build automation into the platform so the tool seamlessly integrates within your IT tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

It would be great if social sharing was more optimal.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a global hybrid workforce with over 2,500 employees. FirstUp enables us to bring together all employees under one tool to communicate company news and foster our culture.

 ### 43. Essential workplace communications tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup makes it easy to communicate with all of our employees with both desktop and app options. Employees know to go to our platform, called inSpire, to see the latest company news and information, and to share their life at Spire. We can easily share information and employees have a place to ask questions, so they feel seen and heard.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Support tickets often take a while to get resolved and additional communications about the new Studio platform -- the portion that you use to manage the site and send emails -- would be very helpful and appreciated. The site has been through several evolutions, so we haven't spent a lot of time with it and nearly every part of the experience/workflow for content creators has changed.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup serves as our intranet and is the one-stop shop for all company news and infomration. It helps us communicate with all employees, no matter if you sit at a desk or in a work truck.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> I enjoy reading reviews like this one. And thanks for sharing that employees are receiving important information both on desktop and mobile. Everyone should feel seen and heard - that's baseline culture stuff there. Please connect with your CSM about Studio updates. The more you know, the more prepared you will be.

 ### 44. Firstup has transformed communications at Valley Health.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike M. | Corporate Communications Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

For us, the ability to customize our platform so it looks and feels like Valley Health was huge. Our previous vendor had zero customization, forcing us to use their branding. Also, topics have been a huge factor in our platform's success. Previously, we had a "one size fits all" tool. Thanks to topics, we are able to sector information based on location, role, and care setting (hospital vs. urgent care, etc.)

We were immediately drawn to Firstup because of the ability to like, comment and tag on posts. We've never had a way for our team members to interact with one another until now. Questions are being answered more quickly, employee and team recognitions are a breeze, and a new level of transparency has been reached across our organization.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

All technology has glitches and downtime from time to time. This is to be expected and is the nature of working with such complex systems. To give credit where it's due, Firstup's technical team has a ton of responsiblities to keep hundreds of clients' platforms online and functioning. Sometimes, we feel our technical issues aren't resolved as quickly as we'd like or in a transparent enough way.

For example, we recently weren't able to view our Insights dashboards for about a month. This left us doing a lot of guesswork for our analytics and how those numbers typically play into our content development. Our CSR was great about providing the analytics we needed during our check-in meetings in the meantime. This issue has been resolved as of October 25.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup has transformed internal communications at Valley Health. Previously, we relied heavy on hospital-wide and systemwide emails to deliver important information. We also didn't have a place, aside from our weekly email employee newsletter, to put deep story-telling and employee recognitions. Firstup has fulfilled both of those gaps, and then some.

Since implementing Firstup in January 2023, our team members have greater access to important information that is relevant to them and their specific location. Before, it was a "one size fits all" model that employees eventually tuned out. This way, they are getting a customized feed of what's important to them, in a manner that best reaches them.

In addition, we've noticed an increase in tranparency and communication from leadership. Our leaders are now able to engage with the frontlines digitally by creating videos, photo galleries and responding to comments. While they can't be everywhere physically at once, they can maintain a digital presence across the system, all thanks to Firstup.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Mike - It's fantastic to see how Firstup has transformed internal communications at Valley Health, filling crucial gaps in information delivery and employee recognition. The shift from a "one size fits all" model to a more tailored, engaging approach is exactly what we aim for. The increased transparency and communication from leadership, facilitated by our platform, is something we are particularly proud of. And you should be, too.

Thank you again for choosing Firstup and for sharing your experience. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us continue to evolve and better serve our clients. We're excited to be a part of your journey in enhancing internal communications and employee engagement.

 ### 45. Modernizing the Employee Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan L. | Director, Stakeholder Communication, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

FirstUp has allowed my organization to bring together our clinical and non-clinical staff onto one platform where they can connect with each other and our mission on a deeper level. We've been able to better segment our information to various stakeholders and make more informed decisions on our content strategy. The platform is very easy to use, and has modernized the way we communicate with our organization. Gone are the days of emails that get lost. We're able to reach our staff where they are and how they want to be reached.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

Getting the data to work properly takes some skill, though once the algorithms are built it's a breeze. Continuing to add more features onto the web experience will allow for the platform to further become an intranet solution.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FirstUp is allowing us to turn the mundane communication into something engaging and easy to read. Through a social-media style envirnoment, we're able to communicate in a way people are used to receiving information in the 21st century. We remove the pretense and communicate with them more authentically.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Nathan - Thank you so much for your detailed review on G2! We're thrilled to hear how Firstup has helped bridge the gap between your clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a deeper connection to your mission. It's wonderful to know that our platform has streamlined and modernized your communication, moving beyond the traditional email clutter.

Thank you for being a part of our journey towards continuous improvement and innovation. We look forward to achieving more milestones together!

 ### 46. Great service, comprehensive platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

Firstup allows us to share the same content with our employees regardless of their preferred channel. Our company uses email to reach many employees, but we've seen increases in engagement by offering that content in a place where users can comment and interact. The service we receive from our CSM is fantastic and we feel really supported in our first year.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

We adopted it to take the place of our intranet, but we've had to develop some workarounds to most appropriately create static pages with company information.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup allows us to reach employees on devices that are not company-owned, while still adhering to our governance and compliance policies. We see this as a benefit to reach our frontline population.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> BYOD will sometimes be a challenge for organizations but it's great to hear that Firstup has helped your organization connect with employees while not crossing the lines of governance and compliance issues. And truly awesome to hear that you love your CSM's support.

I enjoy the ability to track metrics through the platform.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I dislike the inability to control the cropping on thumbnails for posts.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less graphics needed across platforms, more consistent styling to newsletters and communications, metrics/engagement figures.

 ### 49. Review of FirstUp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

It allows our teams to engage more easily with team members across our entire organization, to share their own voice and to receive important messages from leaders.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

It is always a challenge getting employees to utilize a new platform / download an app to their own personal device.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cascading communications and user-generated content allows employees to be more engaged with their teams, their locations and the organization at large.

 ### 50. Great customer support and platform for communications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephani A. | Content Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Firstup?**

The support team and our account manager are excellent. They are very responsive, communicative, and quick to resolve questions.

**What do you dislike about Firstup?**

I think there are some improvements with the social sharing capabilities that can be made. The team has been working with us and updating us on new features which is great.

**What problems is Firstup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstup helps us provide strategic communications that are targeted. It's great for making sure that the right people see the right content so they don't get overburdened with communications.

**Official Response from Chuck Gose:**

> Stephani - thank you for the very kind and honest review. And love reading about the support you're receiving from your Firstup contacts.
