
What I like best about FirstUp is the customer service with a partner in strategy and product development team that's always trying to improve and listens to customers. I just got off a virtual meeting with a product development team yesterday, who reached out to ask if we would give them feedback on new features they were working on. Beyond that, FirstUp was a game changer for us in Employee Communications in terms of being able to publish once and push it to email, text notification and our Sharepoint intranet -- and also being able to measure effectiveness. There's a ton of metrics but it needs someone who is knowledgeable about data mining and has the time to get the most out of it. New improvements just came through that look much more intuitive and visual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
