The easy features it has and the quick access to help. Any time there has been an issue I just click on the instant messenger and within minutes my problem is solved. The time glitch that I have on one of the time clock machines had been a bit of an issue. For some reason the one of the timeclocks seems to forward ahead an hour every so often. When this happens I contact FingerCheck and get this squared out. They always help me and fix these issues. My recommendation would be to offer a permanent solution and not just keep fixing the same issue. This would avoid me having to call every 2-3 weeks of so to get this issue fixed. The ease of use - very user friendly! The mobile app has many functions and is very easy to log in and out of the various screens. Unfortunately, I wish that timesheets via Procore was able to sync effectively with Procore. Project Managers put in PTO as an extra control measure via PRocore. And every week there are discrepencies between FC & PC reports aside from the PTO variances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This system is the perfect time clock for our needs as a construction business. The flexibility for employees to manage themselves or use a set clock on site makes managing all aspects of a small business seem more doable. I wish that setting up your business and tax stuff was easier but that's more of a personal error on my end. The platform itself offers everything as advertised and more.
