we dont have a receptionist on sight and the i lobby resolves this.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

It is very easy to understand and use. The UI is simple and effective and can be taught very easily. Lots of features and easy to start up. The customer service has been great and are always able to help us with any problems we may have.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The ability to REALLY get creative is not there. Editing buttons and pictures and the screens that people are seeing on the tablet usually required us to contact support. This was fine because the support team is great and our requests were niche/uncommon but would be cool to get more options to the users.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to look at all our shipments and gives us a good track and trace ability. Also allows us to see who is picking up shipments and allows the facilities to contact the truck drivers by phone, if provided, if they need to.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

We have experienced zero issues with visitors checking in which is all you can ask for with a visitor mgmt platform!  The system was easy to set up and has never gone down. Of course there are small tweaks needed as with anything but it has been seamless for a system that typcially employees might complain about.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Preregistering must happen via the portal to send invites rather than sending a separate invite. We never send invites from Ilobby so don't really use that part at all

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a receptionist so iLobby checks guests in and notifies hosts.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby has a great system that can be applied to various applications.  It worked great as a screening tool during the pandemic, but also has great applications that are applicable to emergency preparedness.

The system is easy to use, and works well with mobile platforms.  The customer support team is great and always willing to help, which is important for those that use the system daily.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Initial setup can be difficult for certain settings that have strong network privacy settings, but once it is set up it is reliable.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recordkeeping for emergency prepardness, pandemic prevention and visitor registration.

I like how responsive and helpful iLOBBY is.  I have had the system not working and they quickly shipped a new unit out. Anytime I need or ask for help they are quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I don't dislike anything about iLOBBY at all.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue with visitors not signing in at all. Now almost 100% of our visitors sign in.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Setup and onboarding was quick and painless.  The product is an excellent value.  It allows us to be compliant with our visitor logging needs.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We needed to go through sales to get started even though we already had a device we wanted to use.  The ability to sign up with a credit card and get started immediately would be a nice option.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to start tracking visitors for industry compliance and wanted to be able to quickly and easily pull logs.  iLobby provided a technology-forward alternative to a paper visitor log and made is convenielt for returning visitors.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The software is very intuitive for guests and individuals with Administrative controls. Costumer support has been instrumental with setting up the new system. The ability to print badges and track users is a phenomenal feature. Our company has not yet instituted the system but through test trials is seems to work very well.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

A better way to disable the ability to close the application would be preferred over using controlled access on the ipad.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are installing an access control system that will limit areas individuals are allowed to access. When this begins, iLobby will be used as our electronic receptionist to greet visitors and allow them to sign in while alerting staff a visitor is here to see them.

The use of an electronic device instead of pen and paper has catapulted our organization into the 21st century. Using the system, we are able to record more detailed information about our visitors. It also aids with privacy and confidentiality.

Customization and help from the technical support and set up team. I LOVE working with Jessica. All questions are answered quickly. 

Specific things about the system that I love are-

Customization of visitor agreements

I am excited for the conditional questions, we had to delete a question we wanted asked because of this not being an option for visitors.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

It's a SaaS solution, so no delays to provision Infrastructure components.
It comes with its own devices (iPad and printer) and the iPad is already secured (no need to purchase additional equipment).
No heavy investments up-front, just low monthly fees.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Our iLobby environment is not yet integrated with our LDAP, so manual accounts sync-ups are required.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a human receptionist to greet our visitors and iLobby provided us with a solution to fix this.
The visited employees are now the only ones being alerted that their visitors are waiting for them in the front lobby.
Once they meet, visitors are already checked-in and identified with a badge.

I have been very pleased with the ease of use with iLobby and the dashboard is very easy to navigate. I appretiate how simple it is for our guests to check in and it give a great impression about the facility.

There arent any dislikes at this point. The system does a very good kob for our facility.

iLobby creats a trackable system to log the guests and contractors who frequent our facility. iLobby gives a posotive impression for attendies and helps with acess control for the building.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

When evaluating a product for use there are several important factors to assess.  One is the product itself and the other is the team behind the product. In this case while the product was not exactly what was needed the team was who we invested in. Thus answering the question the team led by Zach Schendel was what we liked best.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The usage for us was an exterior atmosphere this is not a fault of I lobby as this product is used mostly in interior enviornments.

iLobby is allowing us to analyze data and create a data base of visitors to our property. This data collection has allowed us to go from doing things on pen and paper to collecting information electronically.

The look is much cleaner than a Binder with crumpled paper.
Ease of use and customizing for building needs
Cloud based accsess for multi site support
Ease of deployment once connected at new location push the profile needed for that specific site
Print solution for quick identification for visitors at facilities

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

could be our set up and how we decided to use it, but would like the ability to use the APP or website to presign in associates for training and speed up reception.  Presign in users find their name but are still required to fill in all of their information just a if they sign in.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

print on demand for visible badges easier to quickly identify those that did not check in and may be a potential security risk. Versus just a temp badge and number, yes you can cross reference on the log in sheet, but I can see it and also prevent badge sharing.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Its ease of use and user friendly UI. Overall when a visotor arrives, the process is seemless and they requrie little to no instruction to get signed in.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The app freezes from time to time and the bluetooth printer requires some work to keep it connected after power outages, etc.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed for visotor checkin is much improved, tracking of visitors, blocking of high risk situations, documented visitor requirements, data gathering on who is visiting who and why.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

We use iLobby to manage a large number of visitors, contractors, and truck drivers that enter our facility every day. We have integrated their EmergencyOS notification system too which helps us to feel confident that we can contact everyone on site in the event of an emergency, large or small, which is extremely important on a chemical manufacturing facility. 

iLobby was easy to set up, is simple to manage. Our security staff uses the software all day, every day. Their customer support team has helped us every step of the process. They have even added a number of customizations to the visitor sign in process which we integrate with other systems. 

iLobby has been a tremendous help and support for our company.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We frequently need to run reports on individuals and companies that visit our site. The data exports are not very pretty, but do contain a lot of good information. I would like to see additional reporting and filtering on visitor records added to the program in the future.

iLobby helps us to keep track of who is on our site.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

My plant has been using ilobby for about a year.Ilobby has been great for our company. It is very easy to use, the company sets up everything so it is ready to go when it arrives at your business! The customer service has been top notch.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

there is nothing I have found right now that I do not like.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to not have visitors fill out a pack of paper which we then have to file everytime they visit. In annual forms, or questionarrie  can be filled out once electronically and stored in the system for us to easily refer back to.

Its easy to use, very customizable and was very quick and simple to implement.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The real only down side I have found is the limitations of the iPad.  Every time there is some hiuccup with our WIFI, we have to go reboot the iPad, or if there ids a software patch we have to manually download.

We really arent having any problems requiring iLobby support.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The configuration of the software was self explanatory and their support was great. Never had an issue while getting this implemented into our system.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I have not ran into anything I didn't like about iLobby thus far

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ilobby allows us to view what visitors we currently have onsite and what visitors are coming onsite this week. Allows the visitor to interact directly with the employee and bypasses anyone in between.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The most helpful thing about iLobby is getting away from manual sign-ins and sign in books.
Once going digital it's hard to go back.
Easy to Use, Easy to setup, Easy to give role-based access (HR/QA/etc) for viewing the dashboard. Easy for visitors to use (manual sign in or pre-register)

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Some of the features or settings are basic and still need to be improved on for more customization.
Some integrations are not available yet.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby has helped to solve the issue with manual sign-ins and notifications.
No longer do we require a receptionist and host are notified of visitors automatically with no need to be contacted

What is most helpful about iLobby is that it has solved a situation where we do not have a front desk receptionist. Knowing who is at the door and who they are looking for without the need for someone to greet them has been extremely helpful. The ability to print out badges for visitors to alert others has been helpful.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Things have been great over the past few years, no real downsides to discuss.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of a person at the front desk. Tracking visitors. Alerting hosts. This has benefited us by not needing to hire an individual for infrequent visitors.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

It is so simple to use the iLobby tablet to sign and and find the designated site contact. The app then promptly notifies the site contact. As an administrator it's so helpful to see who is onsite and for tracking purposes to see history.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The only improvement I would offer is the ID scanning can sometimes be confusing to the user/visitor. Not much iLobby can do but it does create some confusion

iLobby was easy to roll out and easy to manage. We rolled out 90 locations quickly in about 3 months with the help of iLobby's support team.

We have 95 locations using iLobby and making changes can be tedious at times. Customer support is able to help with that quickly.

The signing in of contractors and visitors is simple and easy. It is able to cover multiple points of entry and can also be used to ensure the visitors are confirming your site rules and policies. It can help to cover you during an audit if needed. The customer service has also been great. They typically reply within the hour and follow through until your request is completed.

A visitor can check in and input the name of their company instead of pulling from a directory. This is an issue because visitors can mispell and or abbreviate information that they are inputting. The Admin can provide a list but the issue here is if that this would require a continual list management.
First and Last Name fields do not auto require the first characters to be capitalized.
View Only access features are not available.

Utilizing the iLobby app has provided a transparent view of who is coming on site and the nature of the visit.

Its a very easy to use product that my company and I use on a day to day. 

We had a very easy time implementing this as our visitor management solution.

There was a period of time we recieved wifi printers which were not ideal. The customer support team quickly helped us to switch them out for Bluetooth option instead!

Certain fields are limited, for example - we have multiple muster areas for emergencies.  In each muster area, we assign a point person and that person may cover multiple areas.  The iLobby system will only allow you to have (1) person cover multiple areas.

We are able to cut costs by using the iLobby platform.

I think it is very easy to keep track of who enters and leaves our facilities, as well as how quickly visitors are registered. I like it, I think it's one of the best pages for this.

We have been informed by visitors that sometimes they don't receive the invitation email and in this case, we have to resend the invitation. Maybe you could add an option to get an Excel or a file from all visitors who have been invited.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the facility it has helped us to be able to have a control of the people who visit us, in making them reach the visitors quickly the invitation, and that they are more aware of the way in which they work in the facility.  In the same way I think it is a good idea to be able to renew ourselves as a company, since previously they had to write down in a notebook and this caused long lines to be able to sign.

I like using iLobby, because it streamlines and simplifies the check-in process for our visitors by minimizing the check-in time for visitors. Visitors can enter their information quickly and digitally, increasing the efficiency of the check-in process and saving time!  It’s incredibly easy to use and manage. The streamlined dashboard makes it easy to view activity, quickly identify who is visiting, scheduled to visit, and view visitor lists and event records.  I appreciate being able to access this information quickly and effortlessly. Overall, iLobby is an excellent tool for visitor management.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

As I tend to schedule visits for most of my managers, it would be nice if I could change the name of the Host to reflect Manager's name. Or, if possible add an alternate name in the Host category.  This would allow them to receive a notification when the guest arrives rather than waiting to hear from me.  This is particularly important when I have conflicting priorities and may not immediately see the notification.  Right now, I use the notes section to add the Manager's name, which is not helpful.

It makes check in time for our guest much quicker and gives our Security team a heads up on who will be visiting campus, where they are coming from, and how long the visit is expected to last.

Lack of integration would probably be my least favorite.  For instance, when a vendor logs in, he is unable to access any doors due to lack of CCURE integration.
