**What do you like best about EmailSuccess?**

I love the amount of opportunity it opens for better email exchange. The entire software is very intuitive and the support couldn't be any better. I find our team members to be a lot more productive on a day to day basis due to a more efficient workflow.

**What do you dislike about EmailSuccess?**

I wish it had better UI and features as well as the ability to improve deliverability. I feel like, for a 2019 product, the aesthetics could be a lot better.

**Recommendations to others considering EmailSuccess:**

Take your time to really go through it thoroughly! You will not regret giving it a shot!

**What problems is EmailSuccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better email engagement, better email deliveries, overall a seamless workflow.

Used for our work email and calendars.  Works good with outlook.

Sometime software froze up, but support assisted with problems.
