iLobby is easy to comprehend, a great replacement if you dont have an onsite receptionist, very easy to implement on multiple floors, Customer support provide great service wehn needed.

Making vendors/guests/employees more aware of the technology and how it makes there job easier.

The visitor notifications. I know exactly who is in the plant.

The visitor is not told on screen that they have to sign out. They should sign that page acknowledging that they have to sign out.

Using this software benefots us by letting know who is in the plant visiting.

iLobby is very efficient and has allowed us to streamline the visitor registration process into our facility.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Scanning IDs are challenging since the iPad's rear camera is used and it is difficult to get the ID placed in the correct position with the bracket provided.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor management is crucial for us especially if we have an emergency or emergency drill. We are in the process of implementing EmergencyOS to use as a way to ensure all of our employees are safe also.

The App and program are light and sleek and perform well. The company listens to feedback and continues to evolve the product as needed.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

At the moment, there are a few places where there are extra steps to get to a certain point that could be streamlined. There is no need to take pics of the packages twice. We have a lot of packages that do not have tracking that we have to merge the instances together form where they are signed in and signed out. this is a huge hassle and takes up a lot of time.

Keeping a chain of custody of important packages and checks in our mailroom.

We use it from Italy. The startup is in Canada.

All is automated. The customer signin very quickly. Badge are printed in the best way possibile. Emergency procedure is very fast. Table and printer are both fantaastic.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The system is straightforward and user-friendly.  I like that I can quickly tweak features from the client portal.  Above all, the level of customer service has been exceptional.  Every feature request, addition, email or edit has been quickly acted upon.  We used a different lobby tool prior to iLobby, and the experience has been night and day.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Nothing so far.  Every feature we wanted was either built-in or was able to be easily added.  If I need to get nitpicky, I would like the system to provide different instructions for scanning passports instead of driver's licenses.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a secure facility, and prior to iLobby, we had a visitor management tool that would CONSTANTLY go down, requiring our staff to log in visitors manually.   This created inconsistencies and issues with recordkeeping.

It runs itself - Once I installed it, it has ran perfectly for a year.  instant viewing of everyone coming and going plus everyone can add visitors in advance.   Software OS is great.

I would say maybe the holder for the tablet could be upgraded or raised, its a bit short and photos of people are always looking down.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Visitors are not allowed to sign on their own.  It also doesn't tie up another PC.  Once a visitor is signed initially, the returning visitor makes signing in painless.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We haven't found many downsides to the system.  If there is a downside, maybe the price, but even there I think it is reasonable for what it has done for us.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It isn't forcing us to tie up another PC with a visitor sign in.  Being able to access from other mobile devices makes it easier if we ever have an emergency situation.  We can access the system after evacuating and it will also send visitors a notification to evacuate as long as they have entered the correct info.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I like that iLobby takes the signing in of guests off of my hands. It is something they can do completely unassisted, as well as something that can be done ahead of time in some cases.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I can't think of very many things about iLobby that I do not like. I know that most guests proclaim about how neat the system is when they come to sign in. I like the system the way it is.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby has solved the problem of admitting guests and notifying the person they are visiting when I am not here or at my desk. Having the system notify the person they are visiting really takes the pain out of dealing with visitors when no one is here to receive them.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The customer support is amazing; during the setup process, we had plenty of questions/issues and always got a reply within hours to resolve the issue. I can't say how that compares to their competitors, as they are our first foray into visitor management software, but you'd be hard-pressed to get that kind of response time with any company.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Customization would probably be its only weakness. Our company has very specific brand management and we were limited in what the badging component printed out.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally getting a visitor management platform that accounts for our visitors, vendors and contractors. The pre-visit training significantly cuts down on time spent when visitors first arrive, and we have accountability of all the people in our facilities now.

I like that I do not have to try to read someone handwriting, I like the safety aspect of the system, that you can setup visitors a head of the visits and the alerts that it has when it comes to emergencies

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

There is not too much that I do not dislike, but the one thing I wish it was a larger ipad or that it switch them out every year for an updated model.  Also, the returning visitors do not show up and that frustrates them and lastly a shorter version of signing in, it is time consuming.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away from manually signing visitors, and provides protection of knowing who is in the building during and after business hours.  We get alot of compliments on it.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The best part of utilizing iLobby is that it is simple and easy to use. Set up doesn't take long. it is simple to use so that even those that are not computer savvy will still have a simple time at accesing what needs to be accessed. Contractors and visitors all have an easy time and the document control and management of iLobby allows places like us that are food grade to verify that everyone understands the requirements before stepping foot into restricted areas.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The biggest downside of using iLobby would be the accessory equipment that is needed. iLobby doesn't sell stands, so it may require you to get a stand (they have recommendations on a business they partner with that has a nice sleek design for both the iPad and the printer). The iPad randomly disconnecting from the printer is also known to happen periodically so that has also been an issue to deal with.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby problems being solved is the basic safety training for all contractors, vendors, and visitors. This will also track who is in the building at any given time so that if there is an emergency an easy alert can be sent out to make sure that all visitors that have inputted their phone number.

The ease of using the system and it works flawlessly.  My sales manager and their customer service department goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied.

The original font that was used on the tags was a little small, but the customer service team along with my sales manager made a change with no problem to the font size to make it more legible.

iLobby is solving the problem of having a physical person as a receptionist to greet people as they enter your place of work. This program works great and it's very cost effective.

Some of the on-screen prompts need to be more visual or noticeable.   Things like NEXT or advance prompts are not easily noticed by some users unfamiliar with the process.   Using RED indicators that BLINK would assist in drawing the users attention to the buttons more readily.

With no reception facilities, it allows our visitors to notify their host of their arrival and run the visitor through any on-site requirements prior to their entry.

We experienced difficulties with the printer. Still not able to print visitor badges. We will need to contact iLobby for help, haven't done so as it wasn't priority why we implemented this tool.

I highly recommend iLobby not only from a people management perspective but also from a safety perspective. Knowing who is at your facility and having the ability to alert them to evacuate if necessary is exceptionally beneficial. The system is easy to use, easy to install and interacts excellent with all types of visitors. iLobby is constantly expanding its product portfolio, and customer service is excellent.

From a user experience perspective, mobile device sign-in is convenient as I can complete our sign-in flow and screening questions in my car and proceed inside right away.
From a technical perspective, the sample script is fairly simple to configure for synchronizing AD accounts to iLobby.
From a purchasing perspective, it was the only Canadian-based option at the time of acquirement which is preferred by our organization due to compliance reasons.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

From a user experience perspective, the app sometimes doesn't update recently signed-in users unless the app is force closed and re-opened.
From a technical perspective,  it would be good to have frontend software that handles AD configuration and scheduling synchronization. I had to go read up on AD attributes and brush up my PowerShell in order to get this going, which made setup take a bit longer than our HR department would have liked.

**Recommendations to others considering FacilityOS:**

If you require a quick-to-implement self-service sign-in process with a low-cost kiosk and visitor badge printer in Canada, iLobby will meet such requirements.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to implement daily in-office screening and field screening of all active employees to meet changing health and safety measures required by HR and our customers.

How difficult it was to get an account. It took almost a week to get my team and me a way to log in. I also don't like how I receive 'end of day' summaries with no way to turn that off, it makes me think I'm receiving an important email at the end of the day when it's just a report from iLobby

> Hello and thank you for the review.  Account management is completely at customer's discretion and existing admin users can easily create new users for other employees and delegate access.  Our support is happy to do the same, but they do need to validate account creation requests in order to make sure that the user making the request is actually authorized to do so.  This can easily take a week or more because we contact existing admin users for approval.  The daily reports can be turned on/off in the portal by user with sufficient access.  This is also at the discretion of the customer and completely self-managed.  Support can help with this too so do not hesitate to reach-out to support@ilobby.com if you need assistance.
