  ### 1. Amazing Addition

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby has been an AMAZING addition to our security system. It has saved us numerous hours of stopping work to allow entrance to visitors. The vendor, logs into iLobby, receives their visitor badge and alerts the person that they are visiting of their arrival via text and/or email. In addition, it alerts the visitor in the event of an emergency evacuation. Super simple to implement and integrate into our current security system. We use it every day, all day long. I only wish we had invested in this years prior.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The only downside to iLobby is that we didn't get it years earlier.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventing having to stop work to allow visitors entrance. Security of knowing visitors will be alerted in the event of an emergency.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

User interface, customer support, ease of implementation, ability to allow visitors to pre-register/checkin,

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

If you have multiple access points and want to offer those as visitor entrances, each one needs a kiosk and license. It would be nice to be able to link those kiosks as one location/license.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track visitors and contractors at our production facilities - we now have a history of all visitors, their sign off to our facility policies, and they can be accounted for in the event of an emergency evacuation.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Ease of viewing of visitors.  Keeping track of who has visited in the last month.  It was very easy to implement the system and to set it up.  Customer service is outstanding.  Having the ability to record if they are a US citizen or not.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Nothing I like everything about it.  I am looking to have it installed in other locations.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Illegible handwriting when using paper logs.  People not putting in who they are visiting.  Not having a picture of the visitor if a problem rises.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I really appreciated Zach Schendel and teams help through the entire proceess from inquiry to project close. Prisha from the onboarding team was amazing at assisting with setup and onboarding. The software is easy to use and helps drives Ardent Mills value of simplicity.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I cant say there is anything is dislike about the company or product.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from old school, pen and paper method, to have a digital system that tracks all visitors and contractors on site. It saves time and saves paper.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby is a great way to bring in visitors without the need for a receptionist.  This has allowed us to free up time for our receptionist to perform other duties.  It also eliminates the need for coverage during vacations.  The system automatically notifies site personnel when a visitor has arrived.  iLobby is easily integrated with our current systems to allow automatic notifications.  Customer support has been great.  Any questions have been answered quickly.  They have offered suggestions how to implement user friendly options.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Thus far, we have not identified anything about iLobby to dislike.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby allows visitors to check in without the use of a receptionist.  This has allowed the site to do more without adding additional personnel.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Easy way to digitally collect sign-in records for your facilities. Easy to create multiple check-in flows based on your type of visitor. Customer support is readily available.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Since it operates on a per-kiosk basis, high traffic areas can get to be very expensive if you need more than one.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ILobby makes it easy to digitally collect records of visitors at your sites. It can be set up with automated host loading so you do not need to spend time manually adding and  removing users from the system.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby had everything the other softwares, but one of the key points was the hardware ownership. As IT, not having to buy, replace and support the iPads and label printers in several sites Globally is one of the most important factors.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I don't see any downside, project implementation was great, support is fast and responsive, and all users learned how to use it quickly.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We purchased iLobby to replace paper controls on our sites, it was a lot of work to keep track, print, ask contractors to sign and store the documents for months. Using ilobby we make sure all our visitors are aware of our site safety instructions and we can immediately track them in case of emergencies.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I love that the software is clear and easy to use. I also like that the equipment is reliable! I have yet to experience any issue with the ipads or printers - including connectivity.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The biggest issue I've had with iLobby is that it doesn't seem to cater to large groups. For example, this morning we had 50 visitors - and only 2 sign-in kiosks in the area they were visiting. Of course, I can check them in using the software on my end. But doing it that way is very time-consuming - and it doesn't allow groups to view the documents we want them to review during their sign-in. I deal with large groups a lot and ensuring they're all signed in - quickly and efficiently - by 8:00am has proven difficult.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby allows team leads to have better accountability over visitors allowed into our facility. Emergency situations aside - there are dangerous areas in our facility and we want all visitors to be as safe as possible with someone who knows where they are going.

iLobby is a very well designed solution.  The user interface is simple and easy to use.  The sales team is very responsive and easy to work with.  Their implementation team has a well defined implementation process.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

No option to supply our own devices for price savings.  Scanning drivers licenses or a QR code that we can print for visitors to scan cost extra.

Digitizing visitor logs, tracking who reviews what safety materials, speeding up our emergency management.

iLobby is a well-designed visitor management system that makes front-desk operations smoother and more efficient. The user interface is intuitive, and the system is packed with useful features like ID scanning, visitor badge printing, and automated check-ins, which enhance security and streamline visitor tracking. The ability to customize workflows and integrate with existing security systems is a major plus.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

There are a few areas where iLobby could improve. The reporting functionality, while useful, could be more flexible, allowing for more customization in filtering and exporting data. Additionally, the mobile experience could be optimized further, as some users may find navigation less seamless on smaller screens.
Perhaps add capabilty to track the visitors location on site.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The visitor log feature is well-structured, capturing key information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses. This makes it easy to retrieve visitor data when needed and enhances security by ensuring that organizations have a clear record of who has accessed their premises. The ability to automatically notify hosts upon visitor check-in is another great touch, improving communication within the organization.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

It has helped make visitor and truck driver check-ins much more efficient. I've reached out with some suggestions to help us improve our experience and they have been very accomodating with our suggestions, and have helped us implement some of them as well. I would highly recommend this company and service for anyone looking to improve their procedure for visitor and/ or driver check-ins.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I would like to see the ability to customize notifications and maybe a schedule for hosts. Aside from that, everything is great so far.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to easily get our GMPs in front of our visitors so that they can review and agree to them prior to entering the facility. It also allows us to easily track visitors each day.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The iLobby team has been very willing to work with us to ensure that the iLobby solution fits our needs.  The team has gone to great lengths to add some custom options that best suit our organization.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The biggest complaint I've heard is that the sign in process is a little confusing, particularly in that guests are often unaware that they need to scan the barcode on the back of their drivers license.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an ITAR facility and Defense contractor, we have an obligation to our customers, as well as our staff, to provide a secure facility.  iLobby has helped us streamline the process of visitor management by providing ensuring that all of our visitors are logged and screened prior to admittance to our facility.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

It's so easy to set up, it's so easy to implement, it's so easy to get customer service, it's so easy to make updates. Everything about the iLobby experience is easy.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I can't think of any downsides, but occasionally I wish it had a decision-tree level organization as we have lots of documents for visitors to sign depending on their role.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby is helping to connect our large campus of 5 buildings across many acres and reduce the Admin Assistant's time wasted calling, emailing, and chatting with people who have visitors. The system is also electronically documenting our visitors which we are required to do for regulatory reasons.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The swiftness in the program itself is just absolutely incredible. I love how responsive it is and when takes the picture it never tends slow up or anything!!

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Not much probably would like to see a dark mode and also a function to to pair up like workers, contractors and employees with their kids short functions like that could really help the app grown exponentially.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product is not really solving much but it's not lacking a lot either. For me to say that the overall product use is problematic it would have to give me a consistent headache when using it and it just doesn't.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

At our organization, we have successfully implemented iLobby (Visitor OS) across multiple sites. This visitor management system has proven to be an excellent solution, offering enhanced security—particularly through visitor pre-screening—streamlined check-in processes, and improved audit readiness with robust data retention, reporting analytics, and NDA integration.

What has impressed me most about iLobby is its scalability/ease of integration and exceptional customer service. I have seamlessly deployed the iLobby Visitor Management solution at various sites across the United States and plan to expand its implementation to locations in Mexico and Canada in the near future.

The system is user-friendly and arrives fully configured, significantly reducing setup time. Additionally, our account representative, Chase, has been incredibly attentive, consistently providing prompt solutions and thorough answers to any questions or concerns.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

For businesses with the budget to accommodate these additional costs, iLobby delivers a highly customizable and efficient solution. For those with more constrained budgets, it’s worth carefully evaluating which features are essential to ensure cost-effectiveness.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The iLobby Visitor OS solved the challenges of efficiently managing visitor access, enhancing security, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. My company had previously used Sine (Honeywell Forge) and Envoy visitor management systems, but both experienced frequent downtime. This led to reliance on manual methods of visitor management, which were time-consuming, prone to errors, and insufficient for safeguarding the premises.

iLobby automated and streamlined the check-in process, enabling pre-registration, pre-screening, and real-time notifications to hosts. This significantly improved the visitor experience while reducing administrative burdens. Additionally, iLobby addressed the need for heightened security by verifying visitors' identities, maintaining detailed records of all entries and exits, and integrating with NDAs and other compliance measures. This made the system particularly effective in our environment with strict audit and safety requirements. Its robust analytics and reporting tools provided actionable insights, helping us track visitor activity and ensure accountability. iLobby’s scalable design ensured consistent management across sites, making it a comprehensive solution to our visitor management challenges.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

This system allows you to go from a manual process to a paperless one with more efficient approval flows, and it also allows the site manager to have better visibility about the personnel who have checked in. In case of an emergency, it is easier to know who is inside the site in case of evacuation or drill. Ease of integration of a new site and the implementation is very simple, in addition there is relevant information for implementation and very useful in the portal. This system allows a better presentation of your business to visitors.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

If a personalized improvement is required, the implementation time may vary depending on the availability of the ilobby team. The Bluetooth connection between iPad and printer is not the most stable. Customer support is not the fastest.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps to improve safety mainly. During pre-registration the visitor is aware about the hazards at the site tthrough viewing safety videos and recommendations before visiting us and signing the commitment to follow the recommendations. In addition, site security personnel have visibility of all visits.

The support, ease of use from the admin, config, and user interface side, adding custom features without timely and costly backend programming, and overall performance.  The system works great and easily integrates within your network environment, notifications are in real-time, we have taken out the human element of our reception area which allowed us to refocus staff.

I have yet to find any downsides.  The support is great, pricing and terms are great.

Our company is unique in a corporate setting due to the requirements we have to satisfy.  Most companies do not have to deal with the same requirements and a lot of products are not compliant for us to use off the shelf.  Anton and the staff at iLobby have really helped us make their product fit our needs and helped us integrate it into our daily operations here.  Their quick response to requests and thought out answers shows me how flexible they and their product really are.  The system is personalized for our company and very easy to use.  It is something that we use daily multiple times a day.

The system is still rather new to us and again we have unique circumstances here.  Every time we run into a snag, iLobby support has been there to provide an answer or a work around so we can get all of the benefits of their system.

We are currently using iLobby for PSM Access Control. Individuals have a QR code which they present at a tablet in order to sign into our process areas. This allows quick access but also a visual indication of where people are in the plant. We also have the ability to submit single point lessons or documents for people to review and acknowledge. We are currently evaluating how to use the other functions but have enjoyed working with the iLobby team.

iLobby allows for the exact functionality we are looking for with visitor sign-in and alerting to the person being visited by multiple methods. While also allowing for the expansion into more options like emergency OS which can be very helpful for a production facility. The support that you receive to troubleshoot problems is quick and knowledeable, but most of the time its so simple to use youll figure it out anyways before they have to for you. The representative also helps you set the unit up before hand so that when it comes in the mail, its practically ready to deploy out of the box.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

You end up with too much extra time in your day, I finally remember what hot coffee tastes like. Im not sure I like that because it takes longer to drink.

It allows us to sign people into the building and know who is on-site. But also allows us to auto log them out so that they dont remain there forever since most people do not sign out themselves. It creates a nice badge with our template so we can identify who a visitor is.

The iLobby visitor management system, out of the box, is easy to use, navigate and implement.  It integrates with various background checks to validate the guests from a security perspective.  The customer support is fantastic.  Most integrations require working with the technical team at iLobby, but I have had good success with this.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

If you want to do things that are not out of the box, it can be very limited.  For example, questions can not be conditional on other questions.  This can be a challenge.  Notifications are very limited, so if you want a notification to trigger on a particular guest type or question response, it probably can't do it.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to rely on a manual process for registering, background checks, and greeting visitors.  The iLobby VMS has automated almost all of this for us.  Including notifying the host of the guest's arrival via email and SMS message.

The system saves and tracks visitor information, so returning visitors entry takes little time. Additionally, the tracking of acknowledgement of safety protocols for compliance.

The are no dislikes. The system is easy to set up and use.

Management of visitors/contractors and compliance with acknowledgement of site safety protocols.

Singing into the iLobby system is easy to use, real time updates are provided and reports are easily generated.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

1. Not having a phone number to call to speak to a technician in real time.
2. Having to wait for a technicain to return an email.

Time management with signing in  visitors and contartors.

Large groups registering can be tough so pre-registering should always be used when possible.

Helps us keep visitors informed of all safety/emergency notifications and the team members are able to quickly identify the badges associated with the visitors.

Cost for  multiple sites is expensive. each system is seperate was hoping it would be a shared portal minual cost up add additional sites

Also free's up our receptionist todo other tasks instead of qaiting to awnser the door

It is very intuitive to use from every aspect and the customer support has been solid the whole way through.

I haven't really found anything that I dislike.

Getting visitors to their company contact quickly. Even if they don't have anything scheduled, they can still pick a contact by department and wait for them to arrive.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Simplicity in End User experience.
Customer support has been excellent. Always available to answer questions and assist the configuration and questions. Really made a huge difference in making the Implementation a success pre and post. I cant say enough, really.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We use it on an iPad, some times the printer disconnects and we have reconnect it. This has nothing to do with the application, just the connection with the recommended printer and device relationship.

Visitor notification and management mainly.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Ilobby is easy to use and low maintence. It has automated log outs and keeps track of all visitors with an easy to use record. When i have had questions regarding Ilobby the team is Quick to responed and jump on getting the issue resolved.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The only complaint i have had is the amount of time it takes to load employees vendors are here to meet with.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ilobby helps us to know who is in our building at all times and to keep track of visitors.
