**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Ilobby was easy to deploy and simplifies the reception problem in a big facility such as ours. Timely notification of visitors and the paper badge for visitors is great. Having the system cover rules about our facility is another key feature... exit doors what to do in case of emergency... what you can and can't do on our shop floor is a time saving feature.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

No real dislikes of Ilobby system. I don't have anything negative to say.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

no need for receptionist. no surprise visitors. cuts down on solicitation.

The downsides would be the the requirement to pay for a separate license for each kiosk.

There are so many options available to create a curated experience.

There are so many options I may never have the opportunity to use them.  I guess there's nothing to dislike about this system.

There is no longer a need for me to unplug my laptop or the sign in sheets.  I know at-a-glance who's accounted for and who's not during a fire drill.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby has been a game changer for our company.  We started with a test in our corporate office to help out with visitor management.  Our rep Eli helped us by providing all the information we requested and made sure we had the right configuration for our needs.  The iLobby team walk us through the set up and help get the system up and running.  It has been in place a couple of years now and our users love the system.  They are able to simply add iLobby to the attendee list for meetings and the program takes care of the rest.  The admins in the biuld really appreciate the multiple notification options and don't need to be tied to their desk waiting for a visitor to show up.  Our Security group utilizes the dashboard to keep track of the visitors in the building.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The set up was a bit of a challenge but that was more because of our IT requirements and not so much iLobby.  Their team help us get the configuration set up to meet our security requirements.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The iLobby visitor management system helped to take the processing of visitors and meeting attendees off the front desk receptionist.  It gives the meeting organizers better control over their meeting invites.  Our visitors can go straight to the iLobby pads and sign in and don't have to wait for the receptionist to be free to process them.  The automatic notification to the meeting organizer cuts down visitor wait time in the lobby.

- Easy for visitors to sign in quickly and efficiently
- Visitor visibility
- Identify visitors with badges
- Required documents get filled out more efficiently and reliably
- Easy to roll out, plug and play with a few configuration details for each location
- Fast and reliable support
- Great integration with our Azure AD tenant to import host information

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

- Printer connectivity is hit and miss sometimes especially the WiFi models.
- iLobby relies on WiFi by default which can be spotty sometimes

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby is helping us modernize the way we track and manage visitors. We are moving away from the traditional pen and paper visitor tracking and iLobby is instrumental in this transition. It also helps us with record keeping as a database is a lot more robust & easier to navigate than paper. Emergency notices are also a big feature that we use in the case of emergencies at our sites to communicate to our employees.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby houses our documents that need to be signed, allows pre-approval of visitors, and allows us to select if we want to print a guest badge or not. Having the visitor's picture taken is very helpful when it is not someone you regularly see. Being able to change the version of some documents and visitor's that had already signed the old version was forced to sign the new version. 
Reports of visitors help us to decide who needs to be placed on the main page as an easier selection.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We have not found any downsides at this time. We have been using iLobby for over a year and everyone has loved it.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to keep copies of all contractor's and visitor's documents and that was becoming tedious. We also had a log in sheet that we needed to take with us when we had an emergency evacuation. Now we can go to iLobby and see the documents that have been signed and who is signed into the plant during evacuations.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Best things are visibilty from any device to see what visitors are on site, when guests arrive you get an alert via text and email that lets people know when someone has come on site.  The set up survey completed prior to the device being sent let the iLobby folks prep the device and account before it even arrived, so implementation was as easy as getting it onto the network and then it was plug and play. The portal for admin was intuative so did not need any support, but the iLobby team was very good about checking in to see how things are going.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Could maybe have some more mobile access features for regular visitors to easily sign out remotely.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our managers/supervisors to get alerts when people have arrived on site without someone in the office having to call them.  Electronically stores our visitor logs and allows access from their portal to see who is one site.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The system allows us to keep track of all personelle on-site in the case we have an emergency and has a "role call" and messaging option that is very convenient. Our site uses this system every day for all employees and requires every visitor on-site to sign in and prints them off a badge for identification.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Sometimes the layout of the questions when signing in creates confusion for our visitors/vendors when they arrive.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby has provided us with an easy emergency notification system that can be adjusted to fit our sites specific needs. Ex. we have a shelter in place protocol in the case that the ammonium sulfate we have on site leaks. The iLobby system allowed us to create a specialized alert for this emergency that notifies all staff on-site and provides us with a site attendance list.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The iLobby system is easy to use, the software is user friendly, and there are multiple ways to take advantage of the capabilities of the system.  It takes very little time to set the iLobby system up, literaly unbox it, plug it in, and go!  Instant messages to colleagues lets them know immediately when a contractor is onsite so there is no searching for where anyone is or how to contact them.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Users struggle if cell or wifi signal is weak, but overall there isn't much we do not like about iLobby!

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With iLobby we could manage contractors who were on site, and when they had left.  No one was left standing in the lobby not knowing how to get in to see their contact.  We even used the iLobby system to warn us if contractors had not left the site after a certain period of time, but typically should have.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby has been a great improvement on our visitor management process since day one. The kiosk system has significantly improved efficiency and reduced the time spent on handling visitation. Customer Support has been very attentive and fast to respond to any questions or issues durring the process of setting up. The kiosk provided offers a non-intrusive experience for visitors while simultanously ensuring safety for our members with the verification of I.D. and ITAR compliant checks through MK Denial. We encounter various types of visitors at our location daily, and iLobby has enabled us to efficiently collect and navigate the information our site requires to stay compliant with our contracts.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The reliance on internet connectivity for all operations leaves you vulnerable to outages or connectivity issues. Unstable wifi connections may delay the time it takes to process information.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby is assisting with ITAR compliance and visitor management. iLobby has created greater effeciency in gathering information, a more robust and streamlined experience for the visitors using the kiosk, and a faster notification system for the sponsors of those visiting.

ONe feature in the niw user interface is missing. Invite User field is only available in the old one

It helps to manage the visitors present and to evacuate everyone present in the event of a possible emergency

I love that iLobby does everything we need to keep our visitors safe, and it allows us to make the on site iLobby spcific to our needs.

My only wish is that we could get our iLobby to intigrate with our access control system.

iLobby allows our visitors to log in, and sends a notification directly to their Host employeee.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The customizable features of the UI tablet as well as reporting structure to capture different data points as well as provide PDF or documents that are required for a vistor to sign and store that information for future reference. Sites with CTPAT or other compliance needs for visitors should consider a solution like this

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

deployment was a bit challenging, mostly self guided with some teams call support. It would be helpful for it to be more turnkey. Even offer a solution for a tech to come do 100% of the setup onsite and charge a premium for that service. My time is more valuable than money in a lot of instances.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking away a manual tracking system and making it automated is the biggest benefit. Digital record keeping and a strong user interface to query reports and manage data.

iLobby was able to not only fulfill our need for reserving hoteling spaces but also to effectively handle evacuation needs as we have remote and hybrid workers now.

No downside but a template for announcing it and how to do basic procedures when the various OS's are rolled out to employees would be helpful.

With remote working it's nearly impossible to know at any one time who is in the building for an evacuation or other emergency. EmergencyOS and WorkforceOS gives us the tools to immediately know which workers, contractors and visitors are currently in the facility.  EmergencyOS can produce an immediate list of building occupants and gives two way communication access to all.  In an active shooter situation it can save lives.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

We use iLobby to keep track of staff head counts on a daily basis and it also keeps a record of visitors / contractors entering and exiting the facility. The emergency OS makes for easy head counts during evacuation drills (staff and visitors) and keeps everyone in contact with each other. I have found the iLobby team to have great customer service which helped get my system online in a few hours. The system has been easy to use and intergrate into our daily routines.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I appreciate the dashbord for analytics as well as the touch free features as thsi came in very handy during covid.  I like the QR code on the main screen to reduce line ups and allow for more than 1 person to register at a time.  Support was great during teh set up process and tech support after install has been prompt and rofessional.  We implimented iLobby at all 6 of our office towers both in the dock and the front desk and they integrate well .

Not a huge fan of the older mounts, the newer ones are nice, but i feel they could be more sleek and professional for our usage

iLobby is extremely versatile and easy to use.  We have multiple sites all with different needs.  This software allows us to track visitors, ties into third party vendor verification processes, notify our employees in case of emergency all with one simple set up per employee.

I have yet to see a downside to using iLobby.  It has checked all of the boxes for our need across multiple plants, offices and even countries.

We are able to replace manual, paper visitor logs with downloadable reporting.  We can also have our visitors watch our safety video and it will keep track of how long it has been since last watched to ensure we are compliant with our requirements.  It also allows us to verify visitors and their qualifications in real time.

iLobby has made EHS/Security management of contrctors and visitors much more streamlined which saves me time and allows me to get more work done each day.

So far I dont have any complaints.  Most of my early issues were understanding how the system works and setting it up to be efficient and value added without going overboard.

Before iLobby I did most of the contractor/visitor onboarding.  This took a considerable ammount of time.  Using iLobby takes away other team members excuses for not  onboarding contactors and visitors themselves.  The system is consistent in message, each person responsible for bringing in contractors or visitors gets notifications of arrivals and iLobby shares information with everyone in the same manner each time.  Prior to iLobby everyone deferred to EHS to do this task.

I'd like to be able able to put a second device at another point of entry at a reduced or bulk price instead of having to purchase the full system for each point of entry.

The kiosk is so much more attractive and efficient than the register book.  We are able to easily capture visitor sign-in, training and notify the host in a single step.  This has saved our receptionist a lot of time tracking down the host for the visitors and meeting our regulatory compliance.  I really like that you are able to personalize the screens.

Removes the paperwork found at our reception / front desks and enforces visitor sign off.  Easily customizable and deployed to multiple sites.  Centralized logs for visitors at all locations.   Initial deployment with the technical team was relatively easy.  Integration with Azure / Okta for SSO and host directories make administration easier.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We had difficulty reaching the right support person when switching from Azure SSO to OKTA for authentication for our account, but once we found the right person the change was simple.  There are also some UI improvements I believe that could be made relatively easily (for example, if visitor types out email address on the first page, it would be nice if it auto-populates or allows you to select it in following forms where it asks you to enter it to receive a receipt.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to digitize the reception process for visitors, and enforce safety documentation review before anyone enters our facilities.  If we know a large group is coming in advance, we can have them pre-register, which can be very helpful for large groups.  Centralized logs for reviewing historical visitors and managing documents centrally is also a big plus compared to the old 3 ring binder / paper approach.

We have been using the iLobby Visitor OS system for over 6 months now and have found the adoption of the system very quick as it is an easy system to use for Visitor check-in. Not only from an end user standpoint but from a set-up point of view, it was also very easy to set-up. Any updates to the system or data is very easy to make and quickly in effect. We moved from a paper Visitor logbook to the iLobby system and it has been a great move for us. Visitors have been impressed with how easy and advanced our Check-in process is. I most enjoy how simple iLobby is to use it generally just works with no human intervention. To be honest the iPads need more maintiance than the software does. Traning my staff on how to use it was an absolute breese and I have recived nothing but positive revies aboutit. Implimentation was super simple.

I would like the text to speech to be a bit better. Would be nice to see it link up with something like google translate or something smoother. I also dont like that the lable printer only works through bluetooth as it would have less issues if it was a network connection.

It gives us clear visibility into who is visiting our complex, who they are here for, and alerts them that their visitor is waiting. Also gives us the ability to see who is in the buildings in the event of an emergency so we can pass that information on to EMS officials.

iLobby helped us with our goal of reducing paper waste by putting all of our sign in data online. It also keeps a copy of safety sheets and NDA acknowledgements that we need to track from a compliance standpoint. It's very simple to setup since it's just an ipad that needed power and wifi. It's always available even when we don't have someone sitting at the front desk so it reduces the time a visitor needs to wait for their host.

It's not easy to get reports on certain things we're focused on - specifically reporting on when the last time a person acknowledged our safety policies or NDA. It's set to renew on an interval but doesn't tell you when the next time a visitor is up for renewal.

I love that you can build in as many sites as are needed. You can then fill those sites with users at whatever user role permissions you like. It is easy to establish custom check-in paths for different types of guests and to collect required document signoffs. It is easy to pull down data.

There are a few features (such as displaying company names below guest names automatically) that are fixed. It would be great if this system offered even more customization as to what was collected/displayed.

ilobby's solves three issues:
1) Record keeping - everything is digitized and easy to pull down rather than keeping drawers filled with paper.
2) Communication issues - system sends messages to hosts when visitors arrive.

What I like most is the easy registration process for visitors and how it instantly notifies relevant parties about visitor arrivals. We also recently purchased the EmergencyOS module, which we will use for emergency notifications and fire drills.

Starting as a solution for COVID-19 screening in the reception area of our old office space, when we moved to our newly renovated hybrid office, which does not have a reception area, we were able to convert the mounting stand that was included with the iPad into a wall mount and place it outside of our front door.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

There is nothing I dislike about iLobby. We've been using iLobby since 2020, and I'm happy to report that it just works and serves its purpose. The iPad we received in 2020 runs 24/7 and still functions perfectly.

Initially employed for COVID-19 screening, we have transitioned to using iLobby as a tool for managing visitors, package deliveries and emergency notifications in our newly renovated hybrid office without a traditional reception area.

My favorite part about the platform is the ease of use, from initial implementation to go live. iLobby has a simple process to gather requirements, equipment is delivered ready to go and the site is simple and easy to use.

We aren't able to fully customize our notifications but the iLobby team was responsive to our request to edit email verbiage.

Ultimately we needed an automated visitor check-in process for multiple locations that could be centrally managed. At our headquarters, we are moving our reception team from our main lobby to behind locked doors as a matter of security. At our other manufacturing locations, we don't have reception staff at all buildings. We also wanted a way to send emergency notifications to visitors at our facilities. This was an emergency response prepareness opportunity our EHS team identified.
We chose to implement iLobby for visitor management to enable guests to our facilities to directly check-in without human intervention. We are now also able to send emergency notifications directly to checked in visitors. The benefits are enhanced security for our reception staff, increased visibility to our visitor metrics and enhanced emergency communications.

ILobby solves alot of our business problems by allowing customers to sign in before they arrive

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

- Very convenient specially the notification of sign in and sign out option as well as the customization of the sign on screen. 
- Love the web future to be able to customize the iPad
- Emergency feature
- Customer support is very helpful specially via email or teams
- We do use it daily and is loved by our company 
- It was easy to connect the printer and ipad as well as teach the receptionest 
- easy to change roll

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

- It can be a bit pricey 
- We should be able to change the pinned users on the iPad since people come and go within the company. 
- Sometimes it randomly goes offline.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guest managment, no more calls by the receptionest to users
hosts get an email when there guest signs in so they will go to meet him

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

The system provides very useful data on the visitors at our facilities and whenever there is a problem, support is quick to react.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

While we do like that our sites can customize the system to their needs fairly easily, we do encounter a fair amount of times where we need to involve support to implement something we are trying to accomplish.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby allows us to pre-schedule visitors through an email pre-registration that allows them to complete our NDA, review our safety/security policies, etc. before they arrive onsite. This speeds up the badging process when they arrive for their visit and allows us to quickly process large amounts of visitors. Additionally, the robust reporting allows us to pull metrics for our senior leaders on how many visitors we serve on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Customer support and how user-friendly the portal is. It is very easy to navigate without instruction. We enjoy the notifications for when visitors arrive. When we had to implement temperatyure screening there was also an add-on feature that was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

N/A I can't complain. We enjoy using iLobby and I can't say that there's anything I would change.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with iLobby we were able to not have a physical person at the front desk. This had our site more secure. Having the automated arrival notifications has also been great as visitors don't have to have someone physically try to find their host, they are notified in multiple ways.
