**What do you like best about uxpertise LMS?**

Easy to use once you get used to it. All available tutorials = very appreciated. Customer support is always quick and efficient. Several nice improvements in the last year. I use it practically every day. It's great to have automatic login and to be able to have multiple windows open at the same time. Being able to take control of another person's account is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

Many details to learn for my new colleagues. Learning curve to use is quite long at the beginning. The sales report is not yet 100% functional for the needs of my colleagues in accounting.

**What problems is uxpertise LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly called on support when we wanted to know how to do something for the first time.

I really appreciate the ease of use of uxpertise LMS, which makes it easy to upload and manage training courses, even without technical expertise. We find the platform reliable and the customer support of high quality. The setup experience has been generally positive, and the smooth process allowed us to quickly start our online training. Additionally, uxpertise helps us centralize and efficiently manage our online training, as well as automate registrations and payments.

Documentation or even more detailed tutorials would also facilitate adoption for new users.

**What do you like best about uxpertise LMS?**

Very solid LMS solution.  Easy to install and easy to learn.
Excellent customer service, technical support and training.
Comprehensive solution, stable plateforme. No bug.

has all the features we wished for, and we have a very complex setup.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

Lack of flexibility on billing per active users to reflect high and low peaks of activities during the year.

One license is one portail so can't customise for different audiences.

**What problems is uxpertise LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a community organisation that regroups 47 other organisations.  The plateforme allows all our members to register their staff for all the training activities we are offering.  These are private activities reserved for members only.   About 30-35 training activities to 45 organisations, each with about 30 employees.

We will also be using uxpertise to showcase the offering of our soon to be opened Institute.  The institute will offer training and learning activities to a number of different communities (medical, judicial, police, academic and non profit).  Those will be public offerings to a wide audience.

**What do you like best about uxpertise LMS?**

We decided to go with Uxpertise's LMS solution since it has a simple interface to get up and running quickly and had excellent onboarding support.  Its more advanced features and a robust set of APIs will allow us to expand its capabilities when we are ready to take advantage of them. It is a good mix of a well-designed interface, excellent support, and allows us to do enough ourselves to make it the right solution for our needs.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

I would say the reporting features could be more customizable to allow us to create more tailored infographics to present the KPIs to management.  By no means are they bad in any way, but since I am being asked which area causes some friction, this is about the only thing I can think of.

**What problems is uxpertise LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connection to our SSO is flawless, and the tracking of our learners’ progress is key. We also needed something flexible to allow many different types of content to be added, as well as handle schedules for online webinars, videos, SCORM packages and in-person training. The benefit of this is that we have been able to retire some legacy applications that performed some of these tasks into one that does it all.

On the user side, the platform offers a smooth and intuitive experience. Our clients find the environment easy to navigate, thanks to a well-thought-out design that promotes autonomy.

As an administrator, I emphasize the great ease of use. No advanced technical expertise is required: the guides are clear, well-structured, and effectively support each step. Adding online training is done without difficulty, and the learner tracking tools are both comprehensive and easy to consult.

Finally, the technical support is a real asset: responses are quick, the service is professional and always offered in a friendly spirit.

I highly recommend UXpertise to any organization wishing to offer an effective, accessible, and well-supported online learning experience.

The interface is clear. In addition to training, it is a system that also allows for event management. The customer support is very good.

This platform is not very intuitive. You really need to refer to the guide and train yourself a little.

Centralized information for the team (everyone can see the registrations in real-time), payments are made automatically on Stripe, it is easy to discover all of our training courses (categories, layout of elements...).

I appreciate the impressive amount of options offered and the speed of their response during technical support and inquiries.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

They make a lot of updates and the reports are increasingly complex to use. For many, it is becoming a bit too complex. The completion of the training is indicated at 100% even if a student has not passed the exam. There is still no easy-to-see success mention in the reports that would avoid having to enter each profile one by one.

**What problems is uxpertise LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a great possibility of customizing the training sessions and above all, I can use SCORM, which is a necessary requirement for my type of clientele.

Uxpertise saved our life when we needed super quickly an LMS. They have a really great customer service and it's easy to to implement

Some features are missing like conditionnal questions or global retroaction at the end of an exam, but I think they are working on it.

It has enabled us to combine a platform for transactions and proctored evaluations, and to have a better visual than before.

The ease of putting training courses online. Setting up training becomes quickly intuitive to use. Surveys and questionnaires are quite easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

no tracking on courses open to everyone - no choice of characters and colors in course titles - Courses in subsections not in the desired order - report poorly adapted to our reality - billing and payment difficult to follow

Allows for continuous training rather than just a single presentation. The visual is much better than a simple file transfer. The possibility to reach more people now that we have asynchronous capabilities.

**What do you like best about uxpertise LMS?**

Update a year later :  
A major update this November has added a lot of functionnality that helped me manage my exams easier.  
- It added the option of scheduling access to an exam, very useful for exams given in different countries with different time zones.  
- It now more easily shows which questions were not answered to let the participants know when reviewing his exam.
- It has now added a text editor to add images, styles to the questions and answers.  A really great addition to make the exam easier to use by adding graphs, titles, etc.

All these examples show that the platform continues to evolve year after year.
If you tried it in the past and were not convinced, I would suggest giving it another look because the additionnal changes resolved pretty much every problem I had with it.

This was my previous review :
The website is very easy to use and can create professional-looking exams without any efforts.
It is also easy to use for our clients who use it to pass their exams.
The technical support responds rapidly to our demands and offers quick and easy solutions for us.
They listen to their community since a lot of problematic cases I opened were resolved later on with the new updates.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

Update a year later : After more than a year, most of the concerns I had were resolved, especially since the November 2023 update.

The website is still in its early days so some configuration are yet to be available.  We are confident in their capacity to improve years after years to offer an even better service.  We've seen major improvements last year between the start of the year and at its end where a lot of previously problematic decisons were resolved with a new update.

It gave us a platform where we can create professional-looking exams for our certification programs.  Creating easy-to-use exams was the principal focus on using a dedicated platform.

The platform has revolutionized our approach to induction, staff integration and professional learning management. I highly recommend Uxpertise as a registration management platform for your training sessions. The service is excellent and very useful for those starting in the administration of an "MLS" site. Uxpertise is constantly evolving as it ensures development in line with the most recurring needs of its users.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

The downside of Uxpertise is the quality of French in their automated notifications. There are often errors to correct, and you have to spend your own time to do it. A general linguistic review would help them gain credibility in this aspect.

Uxpertise facilitates registration for training sessions and offers a very engaging tracking environment for participants. Several actions are automated, such as sending confirmation emails, self-unsubscription, or managing the waiting list. Our team has saved a lot of time thanks to this efficiency provided by Uxpertise.

**What do you like best about uxpertise LMS?**

The help desk usually responds within 24 to 48 hours. When they are bugs or if you're not too sure how to do something, they are there to help.

**What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?**

It's exceptionally long before they make the necessary changes to better the platform, ex: there was a problem with the certificates that I brought up to them when we first started using their LMS, and it took over a year for them to fix it; we were asked to pay for serval things we asked for which we think should have already been integrated into the platform, like for instance the option of making questions obligatory in the questionnaire, and as a non-lucrative organization, we cannot afford to pay the fee to make the changes that all their clients will profit from.

**What problems is uxpertise LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently offer over 20 classes through LMS, and only 1 out of those 20 + classes for which I find LSM convenient because the participants subscribe to the asynchronous course, follow the course online and receive their certificate automatically...I have practically nothing to do for this course.

The uxpertise team is always ready to answer my email questions in a very timely manner and with clear explanations. They are also easily reachable and always available for a call on more specific matters.

There no feature allowing a participant to register by themselves and send the invoice to be paid by their manager, which is something that is very much asked in our market. The invoice can be sent to a third person, but not for payment.

We love the simplicity of use and modern design of uxpertise LMS. It's easy to learn how to set up activities and courses, and it's really helpful when it's time to onboard a new employee. It lets us assign tutorials and documents to users which saves us a lot of time.

I wish there would be a way for learners to communicate or interact with eachother, but I think that will be coming!

It is very easy to upload and customize courses. The Uxpertise team is always available and willing to help find solutions to better manage and exploit the LMS.

Certain functions that we thought would be available straight away are not possible and would cost a certain amount to develop. That said, Uxpertise has shown open-mindedness to help find specific solutions for us without having to be a costly alternative.
