What do you like best about Elastic Suite?

Prior to adopting Elastic, our order placement process was highly manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Real-time ordering was a challenge, as inventory levels could change by the minute. With Elastic, customers can now log in to their accounts and create orders from curated catalogs tailored to their needs, complete with real-time product availability. Immediate order confirmations provide peace of mind, while the seamless integration with our ERP systems ensures accurate order entry and eliminates the need for manual processing. What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?

Being completely transparent, it’s difficult to identify any negatives when it comes to Elastic. Whenever we’ve encountered a challenge, the Elastic team has been quick to provide effective solutions and enhancements. What do you like best about Elastic Suite?

I am primarily using Elastic's collection tool. This tool is awesome and highly customizable. Elastic has a default template but you can also pay to create custom templates (for a reasonable fee). Not only does this GREATLY simplify the creation and accuracy of seasonal sales tools, but it also empowers reps to easily create assortments that are more curated to their individual needs. A very cool and powerful tool.

I've also been very impressed with their customer support folk. Gina in particular has been an amazing resource. She is very communicative, knowledgable, and realistic in all requests. When we had a particularly messy ask, she was instrumental in making it happen. I am very grateful to work with her! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?

The issue I encounter the most is that because Elastic's primary function is a selling, you are constrained by pricing. This makes a lot of sense, but as the collections tool has become so popular, our reps would like to be able to use the tool for early sell in assortments. This is often before we have pricing available, so we are not able to add these products to Elastic unless we essentially create fake pricing. This has become extra challenging as all of the US tariffs this year have made locking pricing much more challenging for our business.

Again, it makes sense for their platforms priority, but it would be awesome if they found a way to "lock" a product so it could not be sold but was still available in their collections tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
