What do you like best?

I have appreciated the ability to have Immediate support whenever we have had a question or concern. Everyone is so kind and understanding as we were learning to use the program and very willing to adapt to our personal needs and develop features in the system to help us be more efficient in managing our HR. What do you dislike?

I wish there was one search tab for all employees current and terminated rather than having to click terminated or active. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We really like having the ability to track hours worked, see who is clocked in, track vacation time/sick days earned and or used as well as the employees being able to see the time they have available. I can look on my home page and see who is off that day on vacation or sick.

I love having the ability to send a form or new policy to our Employees requiring a signature and retaining it in their personal file for reference.

What do you like best?

We started our new company not long ago, and EddyHR immediately filled critical HR functions for us such as payroll, employee document tracking, and recruiting/hiring. We could have easily spent thousands of dollars outsourcing each of these roles to a different company but we were really impressed with how all of these functions rolled up into one clean interface with top notch customer service to really add the icing to the cake. What do you dislike?

Our experience has been nothing but very positive from the moment we were first introduced to them. In a world of software automation and impersonal business relations, the team Travis has built is very much customer service-centric and have never been shy to pick up the phone to walk us through a process or explain how to maximize the efficiency of the platform. While we rely on the technology heavily, the personal touch to it all has made us extremely satisfied as customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

HR functions can be very time consuming and expensive to manage for a startup like us. EddyHR immediately provided payroll services for our small company but also streamlined our entire employee onboarding and hiring processes which helped us secure our first hires very quickly. This really helped us maximize our efficiency as a startup by not having to spend more time than necessary for critical HR administrative tasks. What do you like best?

I love having all of my HR information for our company all in one place. It is easy to access, update, and keep a history of information for all of our employees. I also love that our employees can access their personal information and update it whenever they need to or view their PTO balances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

EddyHR is constantly rolling out new features which is awesome! Sometimes I wish they were available instantly, but its so often new things are coming out we are good at being patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The candidate view is easy to understand and navigate. Being able to see everyone's thoughts in one central location makes reviewing and interviewing candidates a breeze! It's helped our organization streamline the hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish they had a built-in video interview tool. Right now we are using a third-party but adding that would be something very useful for our team(s) and overall company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'm not sure how this compares to other HR software as this is the only one our organization has used but it has been an awesome addition to our tech stack. I can definitely recommend Eddy HR. What do you like best?

Eddy HR sort resumes FOR YOU. It solves all of the problems small business owners face in HR and Recruiting. The app actually walks you through creating job postings and managing candidates. The price point is affordable - especially considering how much time it saves and how many features it has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Other softwares have more robust features, but those can get really expensive. Eddy HR was the perfect fit for our small business, and hopefully they will grow as we do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
