It’s easy to use and navigate. Having EddyHR really helps managing tedious HR tasks. **What do you dislike about Eddy?** It’s not as robust as other HRIS or HRMS systems. It’s simple and basic which is nice for very small companies. **What problems is Eddy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eddy HR keeps the hiring and onboarding process all digital. ### 2. It solves all of the problems small business owners face in HR and Recruiting. The app actually walks you through creating job postings and managing candidates. The price point is affordable - especially considering how much time it saves and how many features it has. **What do you dislike about Eddy?** Other softwares have more robust features, but those can get really expensive. Eddy HR was the perfect fit for our small business, and hopefully they will grow as we do! **Recommendations to others considering Eddy:** Really good ATS.
