    "Great full service eCRM and Marketing Automation platform - with solid support and training: The tools are very straight-forward to use and almost infinitely flexible in terms of their capabilities - from setting up very basic campaigns and automations to highly complex and conditional automations using tagging tied into a membership platform system, AccessAlly, we use, ActiveCampaign allows us to scale easily. But the biggest thing going for ActiveCampaign is the deep support and training they offer customers at no additional cost - I have gone through a series of on-boarding calls with their team which was highly useful and I would normally expect to pay for as part of some extended support package. Additionally, I have been able to schedule one-on-one sessions with their training team for additional questions that come up and then they have a live chat feature to cover any immediate issues that we encounter. They also offer in-person training events at no-cost and so their commitment to their customer base is clear and consistent. It's not just to get you to sign up but there as you grow. I didn't see that level of support from the other services we considered. They also offer a deep level of integration with things like site and sms notification - it seems they are on the lookout for what new innovations are happening across their industry and developing solutions to address those needs. I appreciate that."

    "Couldn't Do Without It: The best feature about Streak is the color-coded labels. It is very helpful to quickly assess where I am in the sales process and check my notes to find out what I need to do next. I also appreciate the fact that I can see the date of my last emails to a lead who is listed in a box. I would like to be able to add notes/comments directly to that box though because sometimes there are extra considerations there (phone call instead of email, etc)."

    "The best software that assists your company: I really like this system because it allows you to record each of the calls made by your sales team in order to analyze them and be able to see and evaluate each detail of all. With this software I can see all the records and the interactions that are made with the clients, thanks to its interface and easy use one can review any error that an operator has committed in order to improve customer service. This system allows me to establish tasks with notifications in order to know when the objectives are being reached automatically, it also lets you carry all your work in an organized manner, in order to manage the work times of your team and reporting on what task does it need to be a priority and what are the activities that you should spend the most time on. I like it because it allows you to have a complete view of all the sales results. In addition, in addition, it is amazing how you can quickly and automatically organize calls with emails.     "Apptivo: All-Inclusive Cloud App for Admin & Operational Success (CRM, Project Management, Billing): I like how detail views are available from most places; call logs, projects, tasks, notes can be associated with a contact or company or opportunity. The integration with email is excellent, right down to making it easy to connect your email boxes. One challenge I had that Apptivo solved for me was how to keep emails related to a particular project or opportunity all together in one place. Apptivo does a good job of this by assigning codes (or project numbers), and allowing you to select whether or not the email you are writing is related .... If you are writing emails using some other application (your desktop client or cloud-based app), you can use the same code in the subject line and Apptivo will pull that email into the app, and associate it with the relevant modules (project, client, case, etc.) They do not nickle-and-dime you to death! One price includes everything. Their tiers are about number of users rather than adding/subtracting features. A more sensible model than some of the others."

    "Excellent all in one CRM and more : I have three favorite areas of Worketc. First, it is an excellent CRM database which lets us keep track of our customer info. We can drill down to a customer record and see all of their tickets, invoices, etc in one place. Second we love worketc for the support tickets. Attached to customer records we keep track of all support requests with these. Thirdly, we love worketc for the billing. We can keep track of time our techs spend right inside of worketc, attached to the ticket. When its time to bill, its jsut click a couple of buttons and boom... customer billed! "

The files can be downloaded to open them on other platforms and analyze the data you have obtained within AdressTwo. This is also important, since by allowing you to download the information you get a copy in case there is a failure and you can also observe the data in more detail using external sources for deep analysis. We have received quick responses from the support when we have had any questions and have also helped us to integrate information from other systems within AdressTwo, we have reduced the time of data integration within their software."
