I am customer of Convergehub since 2021 and very happy with the individual options it gave. I tested a lot of different CRM platform and it is the only solution that covers 1:n relations for co-workers.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

The flexibility of the system. The user interface and the ease of use. It is almost intuitive when you set up the CRM as to how you want it. We took on an estate agent CRM system for one of our businesses. It was 'clunky' and almost painful to use it - within a few days we mapped Converge Hub to do want we wanted and the results have been fantastic. 

Having used everything from Filefinder, Maximiser, Oracle, Microsoft, Vtiger, Sugar CRM, Capsule, Infusionsoft to name but a few, Converge Hub is a 'Breeze'.

In another of our businesses we use KEAP to manage a camping and caravaning business, we are now moving to Converge Hub to the level of automation we need. This purely because of ease of use and integration into the business.

Partners and staff members have found the ease of use and learning to be very straight forward.

Probably the name! Then again Con(In)fusionsoft had its own problems.

Without any reservation, I would start with ConvergeHub for all our future CRM needs.

**What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of CRM systems fail to integrate many elements that are needed to communicate with potential customers and leave you looking for other third-party solutions - bolt-on systems that don't integrate well. ConvergeHub has resolved this by having integrated solutions from SMTP, through to SMS solutions that work.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

What I like most about ConvergeHub is getting the best value for my money; Especially as compared to other offerings such as Salesforce or HubSpot. You just can't beat the value proposition ConvergeHub offers. 

Sales, Marketing, Service and Billing all in one platform. In my use case, ConvergeHub also provides a seamless integration with both my Quickbooks and Phone System.  Sales automation and Drip Marketing Automation make ConvergeHub an easy choice for cost-conscious organizations.

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

As others have mentioned, the UX UI need some more development efforts but in all honesty, it's workable and we expect to see major improvements over the next few sprints. 

There is a learning curve is with all users dealing with a new CRM platform but support is amazing and they have loads of videos and documentation on their website.

**Recommendations to others considering ConvergeHub:**

Do yourself a favor. 
Just grab the 30 day trial, then setup a demo and onboarding session with Shampa's team. 
They are amazing!

**What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ConvergeHub helps us solve our Outbound Business Development, Sales and Marketing Automation challenges. The fact it's an integrated system, not a collection of different softwares saves us time and money as compared to using multiple different products to do what ConverHub already does out of the box with a little customization.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

ConvergeHub can be easily customized and supports a large number of third party apps allowing me to use it as per my needs.
I especially like the automation features available under the Tools section. I have not yet fully explored it but look forward to implementing it soon.
The support team too is also highly responsive. I think ConvergeHub is a very powerful and affordable CRM that can help in managing and organizing small businesses.

Initially it seemed that it required a steep learning curve but the resources available on their website, specially the short videos helped ease the learning process and integrate the tool in my business.

**Recommendations to others considering ConvergeHub:**

ConvergeHub is a very powerful and affordable CRM that can help in managing and organizing your business. It provides a lot of features and functionality. You may not use all its feature rich modules right away but its good to know that they are available and can be implemented in the future when needed.  ConvergeHub is definitely going to be value for money for anyone considering to start their own business and I highly recommend it.

I have been looking for a solid, cost-effective CRM for quite some time now, and I'm glad I came across ConvergeHub!
ConvergeHub provides great deal of customization options along with a lot of third party app integrations, allowing me to use it as per my needs.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

More than any other CRM, ConvergeHub has thought of almost any use case you could throw at it. From being able to create marketing campaigns directly in the CRM, to having a knowledge base and support ticket functionality to quickly and easily answer potential leads questions before they hop onto a call with you (or after if they weren't aware). While giving ConvergeHub a fair shake I was exceedingly impressed and surprised with its functionality.

It's rock solid and definitely a CRM that will help businesses scale.

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

If there's anything to dislike about ConvergeHub (there's not a lot to dislike) it's probably it's UI. It feels a bit dated, but due to the functionality and integrations, it's super easy to wait for a UI refresh.

Take time to think about what functionality you need from your CRM, then find each thing in ConvergeHub and prosper!

**What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After using the free Hubspot for as long as I could bear it, I'd been searching for a more robust CRM to help scale my businesses sales. Finding ConvergeHub was like finding a diamond in the rough. It had all the functionality I needed and some I hadn't thought. The ability to integrate with a lot of my other tools, like my fax service has helped greatly in some rare instances.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

At first i was skeptical, i looked into their trial and immediately enjoyed their breaths of serves that they offer. I can seriously take my current operations to the next level with their platform. what i love most of the centralization of it all. i spoke to them regarding their UI/UX (the looks) and they have a roadmap showing me how they will grow and when should i expect growth. this gives me comfort knowing that i get more value for what i currently pay. 

Lastly they take your ideas into consideration so with ConvergeHub i know i have a voice.

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

i currently dislike how it looks, but it will be changed soon. Also, training material can be improved but that will occur overtime. On-boarding options of varying levels would also be nice. direct API to Canva and stock footage would help.

**Recommendations to others considering ConvergeHub:**

if you need a powerful program to operate out of then this would work as good as Hubspot. they can house your Sales, marketing, operations, finance, they also integrate with Quickbooks.

**What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convergehub is currently solving my centralization issue. i wanted all my departments to have the same information instead of running around to different platforms to get the simple answers. the grief my customers had prior is now gone. if my customers are happy then i'm happy to be a customer of ConvergeHub.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

The personalized service shows care and thought and is probably one of the things I look for before investing in new software. It’s great to have multiple things built into one solution. I like being able to customize the product to suit my needs. Sometimes I feel like Salesforce is overkill so it’s nice to have a solution for clients who are tight on budget.

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

It’s not for everyone. If you’re reliant on certain add-ons/extensions that are only available in Salesforce, then they may or may not have something similar built here. I think you can always bring it up with the ConvergeHub team and they can work with you to come up with a solution. If I’m being nit-picky, it’s not the sexiest thing out there in terms of having a modern, sleek UI, but it’s powerful, intuitive, and gets the job done, which is the most important part.

**Recommendations to others considering ConvergeHub:**

This company is on the right track so it’s good to get in early to help guide the product towards a place you want it to be. Again, it’s not for everyone, but if you’re looking for a good alternative to Salesforce, but can’t afford Salesforce pricing, this could be a worthwhile option.

**What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m looking for an all-in-one CRM+marketing automation+ support system that can get the job done for clients who are looking to get something powerful but with less (budget). I was an early (AS) supporter so I was able to get access to ConvergeHub at a special one-time rate, allowing me to save drastically compared to paying full price for a Salesforce subscription.

Having gone through set up of other CRMs, the flexibility and ease of use of ConvergeHub were unrivaled.  I was able to configure it easily to accomplish all of my automation and reporting tasks.

We use for all of our deal tracking and sales reporting.  The benefits are typical, but the ease of reaching this point without the use of technical experts or CRM consultants is what is more noteworthy.

Here are the three things I like the most about ConvergeHub: 1) The software is feature rich, many of which I expected to see in more expensive tools. 2) The support is excellent - probably the best in class. In fact, they surprised me with the fast response. 3) The price is much more afforable than other similar tools.  Thus, from a value perspective, this tool is excellent.

There is not much I dislike. I would like to see some of the reports that I am used to in the existing tool. But to be fair, we are still in the learning mode.

We are looking for a comprehensive CRM too for our growing business.  This tool strikes the optimal balance between feature rich, ease of use, comprehensive features, good support, and excellent price.

One of the most impressive aspects of the platform is the high level of customisability - it's very easy to quickly create beautiful dashboards ('dashlets')  that track the key metrics that matter to you

Another strong point is that, despite having an almost overwhelming number of options and functions, the customer support and tutorial videos are first-rate and help you to orient yourself quickly.

The UI is somewhat dated but hardly a deal-breaker

It's very much worth trying out if you're looking for a full-featured CRM without the enterprise-level price tag.

It is an excellent ally in the management of all processes that involve sales, billing and customer management since in a fairly easy way it allows me to have better control in all the areas that I mention, not to mention that it also has assistance functions for the digital marketing of our company which is a great plus, since not all applications have as many functions as ConvergeHub, its price has been a great, great attraction when making the decision about acquiring it or not, since It is a much more accessible price than other similar applications and offers essentially exactly the same, with the only difference that ConvergeHub is much more accessible to users in economic matters, learning is something quite accelerated, there is no learning curve since from the first moment your knowledge grows at an accelerated rate

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

Customer service is difficult to contact, it can literally turn into a stone in the shoe if we are presented with a major inconvenience since they take too long to respond to the problems that arise.

It has been very useful to me when it comes to better management and control of my company's processes, since I previously carried them manually and individually, now I already have in one place all the necessary tools to guarantee that My company is a success and at a reasonable price, I am simply quite impressed with all the results I have obtained and in such a short time of use, I recommend them to all, I assure you that you will not regret it.

I like all of the options that I have and that I can now stop using so many different softwares for the same result as being able to use my CRM to bring in leads.  This is huge for me.

I am new to Convergehub so I have not found anything I dislike about it.  I think there is a lot of options and I am excited to get more in depth with the CRM.

Give it a try.  It is an easy platform with a lot of potential!

I can set up direct landing to CRM which will be a timesaver for me and then drip them directly from the platform.  I have had sometimes 4 softwares running to get this result.

A very functional CRM - especially for the price. It provides our growing company the ability to improve our sales and customer interaction process, without going into debt like with other CRMs we considered. The interface is intuitive and the way the system is structured makes sense fairly quickly.

Parts of the UI look maybe a little aged...but that is subjective.

Leads and follow-ups do no longer fall through the cracks. It helps our team to stay on top of where leads are coming from and provides a solid "launch-pad" for all our customer experience pipelines we are building. We are also trying to optimize ConvergeHub's interaction with other tools we use to further improve our workflow.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

What I like about ConvergeHub is that I now have a single platform to manage everything about my Customers, Marketing and Sales Campaigns,Servicing (Tickets), Billing,Documents Library, and much more about my Business. They even have a very comprehensive Report Builder for exporting all data inside my Convergehub platform. The platform is very easy to use and comes with built in integrations for automating flow of data from other platforms into Convergehub.

Furthermore, there are a lot of native integrations that are already available for integration with the Convergehub platform like Mailchimp, Onedrive, Twillio, Docusign, Typeform, Box, and more.

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

Maybe the least liked feature of Convergehub for me is their Mobile app, as it looks very outdated. Although you can always use the convergehub web app in your mobile or tablet. 

Likewise for the servicing module, it is not as comprehensive as dedicated support desk platforms. 

Further, the limitation on accounts, users, and storage is just limiting at this point.

For businesses looking at an all-in-one platform for your Business or clients, I recommend taking a look at Convergehub with all the features that comes built into the platform.

**What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am looking for an all in one platform for all the customer information I have for my growing business. I am moving from my current FREE Hubspot account which has features comparable to ConvergeHub. 

The benefits I realized from moving my data is that I am now able to use the premium features of Convergehub to do Email Marketing which comes with the Convergehub subscription,my own document library, and Automations I can customize inside the Convergehub platform.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

Straight forward. It's ux isn't fancy or that modern but it is very clear where things are and what they do. I use two other CRM's and this one is easily the most straightforward.

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

Native integrations. At the moment it's reserved for a couple projects with a particular strategy, rather than a core business system because it doesn't connect with other Saas solutions we use.

It's too early to talk about benifts but I feel like the main thing (unlike other CRMs Im using) is that it's going to be easier to manage and less bugs to worry about.

The fast support and short to the point tutorials. Also that we can customize the tool / dashboard for our needs.

Sometimes we had error messages importing our big customer list, but with support was handled right away.

Ideal for small businesses. The learning curve it just right.

The main problem we are solving with ConvergeHub is having good control of our workflow from (online) marketing, to lead generation, to estimates, to sales and possible job problems we need to take care of (creating a ticket). We are also using ConvergeHub to involve our many sub-contractors by giving them all the details of the job and a platform they can add images / videos of the job done. This way all is in ONE place :-).

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

I've just started using ConvergeHub, and I like what I've seen so far. The Piesync & Zapier integrations work very well. They allow us to sync data between ConvergeHub and the rest of our tool stack. ConvergeHub itself is incredibly feature-rich, I have only had an opportunity to delve into the CRM & Marketing tools. I'm impressed with how robust this platform is in comparison to other tools I've used. ConvergeHub is lightning-fast, and the Hubs (CRM, Marketing, etc.) work well with each other. I highly recommend giving ConvergeHub a shot.

The user interface could use a bit of an update.

We had great experience using this tool. Majority of the problems were in lead tracking and lead segregation. This was solved by this tool. Also it will remind my sales team and notify me if in case lead was not followed up by my sales team. Love this tool

I like the ability to track all my biz in this tool.  Not just CRM data, but I am able to track revenue as well.

Good value for the cost.

I am able to tracks my leads thru the marketing and sales funnel as well as provide revenue metrics and post-sale customer support into a single tool.

We needed an intuitive, feature-rich, and easy-to-use CRM platform with a short learning curve. Setting up and customizing the suite is straightforward. It's an excellent platform for managing the process of converting prospects into customers. Another big advantage for us is the automation of email sequences. The support team is quick and responds promptly via email.

The user interface/backend is dated and should get a fresher design.

This platform simplifies and consolidates your CRM process.

With ConvergeHub we can nurture customer relationships intuitively. Our team efficiently manages all core sales and marketing activities via this CRM platform. The automation of email sequences reduces the workload.

**What do you like best about ConvergeHub?**

We have been looking for a CRM that could provide an ALL-IN-One solution.  Convergehub has provided that solution for us.
Easy to use and integrates with my Google Suite.  The customization of fields seems to be unlimited.

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

The interface is a little outdated, but we were informed that they would be updating that soon.

**What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see our sales goals, and Convergehub keeps us informed when to reconnect with our clients, so tracking our leads is done automatically.
We have only been using Convergehub for two months now, and we are still learning all the features, so we will have more to report soon.

ConvergeHub allows you to not only engage four levers in your revenue generation efforts: marketing, sales, service and billing (in one platform), there are unlimited ways you can push data into ConvergeHub (Zapier, Import, API, Webhooks, etc).

I wish you can send emails thorugh ConvergeHub but they integrate seamlessly with 3rd party tools.

I have a robust-enterprise CRM that is not hard to learn or use.

Convergehub works well, is reasonably intuitive, and the support is fast. A feature was added within an hour of asking for it! On that basis, I can only see this product improving.

Users are limited but I will upgrade it to the next level soon

ConvergeHub offers great dashboards and an intuitive interface.  

**What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?**

Lack of real-time notifications.  Difficulty in pulling data via API.

We were looking for a CRM with a strong feature set.  As for benefits, we were able to figure out what was missing in the business processes and were able to quickly adapt.
