I love the power and versatility of SuitDash. I originally was attracted by the ability to create individualized portals for communication with our customers, but as we discover more tools SuiteDash is quickly becoming a valued tool for everything from invoicing to lead generation

Learning about SuiteDash transformed the way we run our business, and our pockets. It is a CRM where we can track leads, manage client interactions, and follow up on deals! The integrated LMS is another nice feature, making it effortless to onboard new hires, train our team and customers, and keep everyone aligned on new content. All in all, SuiteDash has become the right tool of our sales, marketing and training.

First and foremost from the top down the company cares so much about the success of its customers that it's unrivaled in anything I've ever experienced. From the Founder and CEO Mike to the entire team and system, there is everything you need to achieve max productivity with training, tutorials, on-page guides, and even direct 1 on 1 coaching/training. I was looking for a CRM initially but found that SuiteDash offered much more in the way of customer experience interacting with my company and brand through the Customer Portal that is fully custom branded. One of the absolute coolest features called "Circles" made my customer segmentation, and content delivery so easy, and was more robust for our customer experience as it allows us to deliver a personalized fully custom experience to the user when they log in to their portal. I can share docs, resources, invoices, downloadables, and even a learning section that could be used to walk a customer through an orientation and training of sorts. All of these things really enhance our relationship with our users. I've hardly scratched the surface of the potential and every day I discover new ways to use the platform to grow our reach and influence. The Portal is #1 for me but I say that because all of the other functions are there too, email automation, customer milestone progressions, behavior conditional content delivery, and sales automation. invoicing, proposals, seriously almost everything. It's akin to a fully custom-developed system that would cost multiple 6 figures or more. This thing is the cat's meow! I can't thank the SuiteDash team enough.
