We provide users a desktop environment with all files, applications, and email on our secure virtual platform. What do you like best?

Good tech support.

You can log in from any computer.

You can use the multiuser feature in Quickbooks, which makes it easier to collaborate with clients who want to be in their books a lot but don't want to switch to QuickBooks online.

Good for Desktop Quickbooks users who need multiuser mode or want to access their QB file from multiple computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Occasional downtime, where literally no work can be done because we can't access the QB files.

Used to happen a lot more about a year ago, but it doesn't seem to happen as much now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Insynq is always easy to work with when we have tech support problems.

There desktop loads quickly and I feel comfortable with our files being in their hands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For clients who have lots of inventory, we don't want to switch them to QBO but we do need to collaborate on the file. We can use Insynq for this. We can also use Insynq for clients who want to be active in their files but don't want to switch to QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Quick Books has been our accounting, inventory and invoicing software for over 12 years. This product works well for our business, by making it very easy to keep up with inventory, manufacturing, supply ordering, sales and invoicing,billing aging, and customer histories. What do you dislike?

We had an incident where the cloud based recovery did not work, and we had to re-do about 9 months of entries. The lack of support's ability to recover the cloud files was very unsatisfactory! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
