ServerAvatar has been wonderful. Among server management platforms, I started with Cloudways, which is very good but lacks Litespeed and competitive pricing, though its support and UX are excellent. I then tried Xcloud.host, which offers competitive prices and great server availability, but their support is lacking, with slow response times. RunCloud, besides being expensive, bans your account for inactivity, which ended up being frustrating for me when conducting tests. ServerAvatar has been fantastic, striking the perfect balance of competitive pricing, good server availability, and highly knowledgeable technical support. My WordPress site was facing slowdowns, even with expensive plans (HF, 8 clock), while bulk posting products on the e-commerce platform. Neither Cloudways nor Xcloud.host could resolve the issue, but ServerAvatar’s support spent hours with me, running tests until the slowdown problem was completely fixed. I’m very grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone needing scalability with excellent, helpful support. As far as I’m concerned, my partnership with them will be long-lasting. Their interface is slightly less intuitive than the others. For example, when adding a domain on other platforms, they notify you when the domain has propagated and you can proceed. With ServerAvatar, you need to keep checking DNSChecker. Additionally, there are a few other minor issues, but they’re completely negligible. Compared to xCloud, Cloudways, and RunCloud, ServerAvatar still comes out as the best I’ve tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
