What do you like best about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

Brandbassador is an impressive tool if you are looking to create an ambassador program for your business. It's extremely versatile and has so many customizable options to do *exactly* what you want to do with your community.

In 7 months we've achieved:

-$63k in revenue

- 247 social posts and stories

- Increased engagement on social posts

- 75+ pieces of usable content

The level of detail and support provided by the team is amazing. Our onboarding with Charlotte was seamless and our quarterly calls with Maria are ones that I actually look forward to! She is always available to help, has great ideas and insights and really has helped us be successful.

The customer support in general is also incredible, they are always avaialbe to answer questions, help out Ambassadors and fix little things here and there that sometimes go awry. What do you dislike about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

The only "negative" thing I can say about the tool is that I wish it was possible to create your own templates for missions so it would be easier to create certain missions onthe fly. Brandbassador is a very easy tool to access. The tool is easy to use and keeps track of everything regarding the ambassador's activity, and mission updates and even all the help available anytime we want. What do you like best about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

The team, customer support and the level of service is amazing... In just 3.5 months we have accomplished with their expertise:

There's no way we would have been able to achieve the success we have as fast as we have without both the platform and the Brandbassador team to implement it.

We were severly lacking an overall method of getting customers to support with UGC. Brandbassador through their missions makes it a breeze. We determine where we are lacking, put together a mission and voila we get exactly what we need.

Additionally, we have a very loyal base of customers and before implementation they were yearning for a way to get involved with the brand... What do you like best about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

The possibility of creating missions to collaborate with the ambassadors not only gives you the ability to become more creative but also your community to always create better content as guiding them in what kind of content you want them to create has never been easier. Reaching such a broad audience has never been easier. Also, it is very easy to keep in touch with the community via the message center, so any problems ambassadors might encounter can be solved very fast to encourage growth from both sides.

Except for the bugs that sometimes appear which can show down our processes, there is not much to dislike. But nevertheless, the chat support is always there and usually, every small bug is fixed quite fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brandbassador is helping us to grow in both top-performing and new markets in which we have just launched new products. It's a very good addition to our influencer marketing in that it gives us the possibility to very quickly grow our community in all markets. We have ambassadors with mostly less number of followers. It would be greate if we will be able to get famous ambassadors with high followers count for our brand so there should be some option there where we as a brand can approch ambassadors.

What do you like best about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

The organisation and how seemless it is to pull the data is easy, the tech teams response to fixing and glitches & taking ownership of helping with ambassadors makes it a lot easier.

Rob Fox and Janey that help us within the UK daily, are the most fast paced & brilliant people that I have worked with compared to other ambassador platforms, if it wasnt for them consistently taking ownership for us on behalf of the brand its likely we wouldnt be performing how we are today Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
