What we like most about Club is how it allows us to scale community-driven marketing without losing the personal connection with our ambassadors.
The platform makes it easy to recruit, activate, and manage thousands of ambassadors across multiple markets. Missions allow us to guide our community toward specific campaigns and product launches, while still giving creators freedom to produce authentic content.
One feature we particularly value is The Wall, which gives us a direct communication channel with our entire community. It creates a space where ambassadors can engage with us and with each other, ask questions, and stay connected to the brand. It helps the community feel active rather than transactional.
Club also gives us clear visibility into results. We can track revenue driven by ambassadors, monitor content creation, and see how our community contributes to brand growth across social channels.

Like any platform that manages large ambassador communities, there is always room to continue improving automation and reporting as programs scale.
That said, the Club team consistently listens to feedback and continues to evolve the platform.
