Brandbassador have been flexible and adaptable in allowing us to use their platform as our company has grown and changed. They have been very accommodating in helping us set new goals and creating new ideas for missions along the way. The Customer Support has been key to this and the number of new features. The quality of UGC can sometimes be hit or miss for video content, as the ambassadors usually have a smaller following so aren't as technically strong in video creation. Here's why we love it: Ease of Use: Brandbassador's platform is incredibly user-friendly, making micro influencer campaign management a breeze. Exceptional Support: Their support team is always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth experience. Monthly Updates: I appreciate the monthly update calls, which provide valuable insights for optimizing campaigns. Maeve is a great Customer Success AMnager, always has an open ear and finds a solution for every topic. Micro-Influencer Management: Brandbassador is an excellent tool for handling micro-influencers, helping us achieve great results. What do you dislike about Club (formerly Brandbassador)? There isn't much I don't like about Brandbassador. The tool is incredibly user-friendly, and you can achieve great results with minimal effort. It would be great if there could be an option to set another app language, as most of our ambassadors prefer it in German. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could include the social media account names in the exports, as this information is crucial when downloading the data. Brandbassador has always been willing to work with us where we needed and had questions whether that was somethnig with the account or finances etc. The team is awesome and always really helpful with trying to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep our community thriving and up to date! Maria and Maddie are who help manage my account and they are just absoltuely awesome. They have bi-weekly meetings with me to make sure everything is on track and go over things if anything seems off. There is not much to not like about Brandbassador. The one thing I would highlight to be aware of is that you still have to do the work to build out your ambassador program. That it is so easy to use. The gamification in the missions is very attractive to the ambassadors that are in the app and that helps a lot when you growing a community. The customer support is amazing, our csm is always there if we need anything. The start with Brandbassador is also really easy, with a few clicks everything is integrated. I would just point out one thing and it is that it could be easier to filter, segment, and go throught your own missions, especially when you have a lot of them.
