At the beginning, it might seem like a lot of work, but once you get the hang of it, it goes just up and practically becomes your best decision as a brand. The participant shouldn't be blocked from being a brandbassador because they asked for clarification from the parent company & reported the clarification to the chat/messaging entity. Brandbassador makes managing a large group of Ambassadors a breeze!! The platform allows step by step instructional missions so your Ambassadors know exactly what you expect and what you are looking for. In the past, we tried to manually manage our Ambassadors with no success. We have seen a huge decrease in the man power needed to manage our 600+ Ambassadors. They provide a great on boarding process and their touch bases are always informative. Brandbassador has helped us gain amazing content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels. Occassionally, ambassadors will run into issues with Mission submissions failing but I can see they have completed the task. I wish there was an override that allowed me to provide the reward to that Ambassador for completing the mission. Currently, a support chat is needed which can take a few days. This unfortunately flooded our program and did not allow us to focus on the ambassadors that love our brand.
