What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

We were recently awarded a bid that involved a privately owned American company and a public company in Colombia. Part of the process involved complex compliance procedures and a myriad of legal and technical documents that required revision and completion on our part, ensuring that the process could be conducted in a secure and monitored manner. What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

Now that we have to use this software in a more intense, result-driven situation, I'd recommend that changes be made to its interface to make it more amicable to users who interact with it. It would also help a lot if there were more possibilities to customize the workflows and templates. Apart from that, it is our go-to software whenever we need to securely sign and manage contracts. "Effortless and Reliable eSigning for Everyday PDF Needs"

What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

What I like best about Foxit eSign is that it is straightforward and does the main job without overcomplicating things. When I need to send a document for signature, I can upload the file, add sign fields, and send it quickly. I don't have to go through many confusing steps. Another thing I like is that it works well with PDF documents, which is what I mostly deal with. Since Foxit already has a strong PDF ecosystem, eSign feels natural if you are already using Foxit tools. The signing experience for recipients is also simple. People don't need to create a account to learn anything new, they just open the link sign the document and submit it This helps a lot when dealing with clients or external partners. I also like that it supports multiple signers and signing orders, which is useful for agreements that need approvals from more than one person. What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

One thing I dislike about Foxit eSign is that the interface feels a bit basic compared to some other eSign tools. It works fine, but visually it could feel more modern and polished. Another downside is that advanced workflow customization is limited for very complex approval processes or conditional workflows, it may not be flexible enough. Reporting and tracking are also somewhat basic, you can see document status, but deeper insights or analytics about turnaround time or signer behavior are limited. Sometimes the notification emails feel minimal, and customization options for email branding or messaging could be better. And also integrations with third-party tools are available but not as extensive as some bigger platforms, so automation across systems can require extra effort. Foxit eSign solves the problem of slow and manual document signing. before using e-sign tools, documents had to be printed, signed, scanned and emailed back This process wasted a lot of time and often caused delays. Foxit eSign removes all of that and makes signing fully digital. It also solves the issue of tracking document status. Instead of asking people whether they signed the document or not, I can clearly see if the document is sent, viewed, signed, or completed, this gives peace of mind and reduces unnecessary follow-ups. Another important benefit is convenience for both sides, I can send documents from anywhere, and the other person can sign from their phone or laptop without installing anything. This makes the process smoother, especially when working with remote teams or clients. Fixed design also helps reduce errors in signing. Required fields, data fields, and signer order make sure documents are completed correctly. This avoids mistakes like missing signatures or incomplete forms. It improves speed in business processes. Contracts, agreements, and approvals get completed much faster, which helps move projects forward without waiting days just for signatures. Another benefit is security compliance. Digital audit trails and secure document handling help ensure that signed documents are legally valid and safe to store. Foxit eSign also helps save physical resources and storage. There is no need to print or store paper documents, which keeps everything organized and searchable digitally. For me, the biggest benefit is simplicity. Foxit eSign doesn't try to do too much. What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem my organization had was that Adobe e-sign would only send an email to the signatory requesting signature, but there was no portal where they can log in and view all 50 documents that they needed to sign. They needed to find each individual email to find the document to sign. This required a lot of the team to chase signatures and follow-up, resend documents, etc. We have a large research department, so the other issue we found were that similar programs (Docusign) that do allow for a user to log into a portal to see all the documents they need to sign was very expensive, since they only allow for like 100 envelopes at $300 (starting cost). Some of our signatories signed 50 documents a month, so that would have not been as cost efficient as Fox-It. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well-Organized and Effective Once You Learn the Ropes"

What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

It takes some time to get the hang of it, but once you do, it works very well. I appreciate how it is organized and the logical sequence of options that help tie everything together. It takes more time to learn because it isn't as intuitive as some other programs. Additionally, accessing the font options in the editor can be challenging with many of the applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accessing fonts across different applications can be somewhat challenging. I've also encountered problems where the text unexpectedly switches between horizontal and vertical orientation while typing. What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

The best part of e-sign is how easy it intergrates with Foxit pdf editor.

Being able to view a PDF saved to your desktop and request signatures direct is a great feature.

What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

Foxit e-sign does a pretty good job at what it is designed for.

There isn't much I would change on this program.

Maybe the worst thing is that PDF Editor won't show the status of multiple envelopes and requires you to login online but that is the only complaint.

I would 1000% argue that completed documents need to have their file name changed to include "SIGNED" that way i can drop them into the same folder as the unsigned versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

Happy with the e-signature process, fast to sign digital paper, reduce physical paper usage, and cut the cost to print document (each document need three copies), all this saving has saved us around $12,000 a year. Smooth integration with document generation software like WPS. Good support for any problem regarding the platform such as inaccessible Android apps. Easy to access with multiple platform implementation is making everyday work on the software feel easy and beneficial, use the e-signature features at least 5 times a week. ow to Flatten a PDF ("Print as Image") in Foxit

Open your PDF in Foxit PDF Editor (or Reader).

Go to File → Print (or press Ctrl + P).

Select Foxit PDF Editor Printer (or Foxit PDF Printer) as the printer.

In the print dialog, click on Properties/Advanced.

Check the box for “Print as image” (sometimes labeled “Print text as graphic” or “Print as grayscale image”).

Hit OK to return to the main print dialog, then click Print.

Few simple click and the document is ready to be signed by the customer.

The drag and upload option is great too.

Main problem Foxit is solving for me, is the fact that I don't need to have my customer print the document to sign, then scanned and reattach to the email.
