I like the ease of use of Adobe Acrobat Sign, making the process for getting signatures as simple as knowing a person's email address and their role designation for the document to be signed. I also appreciate the audit trails provided with each signed document, which effectively make signatures fraud proof. It's extremely difficult to duplicate IP addresses and other technical details included in these audit trails. Moreover, I find the initial setup extremely easy since it's a software as a service, allowing for a simple download and run process. It’s user-friendly and reliable, and it lets me send, sign, and track documents quickly without any hassle. I also appreciate the integrations with other tools, along with the secure, professional workflow, because they save time and make document management feel much more efficient overall. What I dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign is that some of the more advanced features can feel unnecessarily complicated to set up at first, and the pricing may be higher than some alternatives. Adobe Acrobat Sign helps address the challenge of slow, manual document approvals and signature processes by digitizing agreements and automating workflows. Rather than relying on printing, scanning, emailing, or chasing down signatures, I can send documents for signature, have them signed, and track progress in real time. For me, this reduces turnaround time, improves visibility into document status, minimizes errors, and creates a smoother, more efficient experience for both internal teams and customers. Adobe Acrobat Sign improves how we manage our business approval and contract signing into digital form, it is becoming easy because we only need our phone to sign the document and no other special devices needed. Integration with Microsoft 365 document format make the signing process hassle-free, we don't to convert it to PDF first before signing the document and only convert it to PDF after putting the sign, its not only skipping one steps but also save the time by going paperless by not printing the document into hardcopy. Need a new improved dashboard interface that is more interactive and intuitive to pair with the AI assistant features like document summarizer that take-out key point of the contract and detect mistakes on figures or numbers on the contract. I use Adobe Acrobat Sign to digitally sign documents and agreements with clients. I love how it makes tracking signatures across documents so easy. The ease of signing documents, along with the time stamps and verified signature stamps, is a big plus for me. I appreciate the option to create customized signatures and initials, which is enhanced by design improvements. This feature helps me differentiate between different document types. I also find it really convenient that I can type, draw, or upload a signature. The ability to track signatures easily and save locked files after signing is complete is another aspect I appreciate. As it only gets stored on Acrobat drive and needs to be moved manually. When saving a read-only copy of the file it does not get saved locally or on a local server.
