It has been beneficial. The usability of integrations and seamlessly blending Adobe Sign with offerings in Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader DC are great, as well. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** As mentioned before, we primarily only use Adobe Sign to execute legal contracts and not much else. If pricing were more amenable and it had the capability of true document and content generation, it would be much more useful. We would then even consider using Adobe Sign as an e-signature solution for internal HR tasks (e.g., acknowledgement forms, Acceptable Use Policies, NDCs, employment contracts). Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case today, and the hoops we have to jump through to make Adobe Sign integrate with other HR systems requires a substantial time investment. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe Acrobat Sign:** It makes the most sense to enroll in Adobe Sign if you already have an investment in the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud stack. Your relationships with account management will be more streamlined, and you'll be able to get better discounts, rates, and contractual agreements as a result of being essentially a preexisting customer of another one of their products. The receiptients can sign from their phone or desktop even if they don't have Adobe themselves. It is not user friendly for older receiptients. But you can always scan in the signed hard copy and it will file it as signed. We're excited to implement our new streamlined and centralized process and our customers and staff are happy with the results. Customers do not need to tailor their apps before attaching them; we can get them up and running quickly. We also like the routing feature, which passes on signed or approved documents, that makes everyone aware of the entire transaction. This way, they know the document's whereabouts all the way through the line. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** In our case, although we are frequently collaborating on multiple documents with the same email address, it is used by multiple participants. I'd like Adobe EchoSign to allow us enable our subscribers to register with a password instead of registering each email address. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe Acrobat Sign:** Sign up for a CreativeSuite so you can copy and paste Adobe PDF documents into EchoSign fields. I can easily send out agreements for signature, add or remove fields, incorporate emails very easily, and also easily reassign recipients if needed. It also keeps a record and allows me to go back and reference documents signed years ago, which has come in very handy. On top of all of that, the interface is very light weight and easy-to-navigate. I've never had any complaints from clients when I send them documents via Adobe Sign (formerly Echo sign). Would recommend. ### 30. It tracks everything, from viewing to signing or if the signer has reassigned to someone else. We also know where the agreement stands in the signature process. We also like it's ease of use. We evaluated several others, including another "top of the line", and the end-user (i.e. the signer) experience with Adobe Sign is far superior than any other solution. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** There really isn't anything I dislike. I suppose if I was to get picky, I would love Adobe Sign to attach to my designated custom object vs. the one built in. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe Acrobat Sign:** Go ahead and look at the others available, but view them from two perspectives: 1) The end-user experience is far easier with Adobe Sign 2) The signer experience is superior with Adobe Sign I don't think Adobe Sign will disappoint ... even if you only use the online solution. **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting agreements executed prior to Adobe Sign was cumbersome at best. The time and cost associated with FedExing documents for signature was annoying ... and added a great deal of lead time to close. We estimate we save about 5 days per agreement signing.
