**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

I love Go Formz because it is very easy to keep track of all my work orders and keep my tech organized as well as the office side. I have no complains or have had any issues with the system. It is also very easy to use .

Go Formz has helped my company by being able to go paperless, and the billing process is much quicker. I can access from anywhere as well which makes it convenient

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

I use GoFormz because it's extremely easy to use, especially if you already have a PDF form. You can just upload it, put some fields over it, and literally be paperless within five minutes. I love how it minimizes the time spent creating new forms by allowing me to add fields to pre-created forms quickly. The setup was a breeze, and the onboarding team was incredibly supportive, being there every step of the way. When I had complex tasks, help from the agent, Darren, was just a quick email away, and he responded extremely promptly. The best thing about the platform is it doesn't rely on the Internet, which is crucial for me as I'm often in places without coverage. The onboarding team offered great help and advice, making the transition smooth.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoFormz to go paperless with a reliable platform that doesn't need internet. It's easy to convert PDFs to forms, saving time generating new forms. Setup was simple, and the GoFormz team helped promptly, which I appreciate.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

For my AI team, GoFormz has been excellent.  Our biggest problem has been resolved: gathering structured data from everyone while keeping everyone in sync, such as performance insights, feedback, and updates.
 No code is needed because I create all of our forms myself.  Our templates ensure that all of our reporting is consistent, and the drag-and-drop tool is easy to use.  Whether they are in a client meeting or on the job, my team uses their phones to complete forms.  I never have to inquire about the status of our projects because that data is sent to our dashboard in real-time.
 For immediate data visualization, we have also integrated it with Power BI and Google Sheets.  Our entire process has been streamlined by this straightforward, dependable, and quick system.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

Despite how much we depend on GoFormz, I've discovered a few places where it could be improved.  I've wished for more customization, but based on my experience creating our forms, it's strong.  Deeper branding options, such as the ability to embed media, and more sophisticated control over conditional logic would be fantastic.
My team thinks the app works well on mobile devices, but we've noticed some lag when using our more complicated forms or attaching big files.  We simply need to be aware of that, particularly if our connection is slower.  Additionally, it takes some time for new users to become accustomed to the form builder, but they eventually get it.
 To be honest, these are minor obstacles.  Their support staff has been prompt and helpful each time we've contacted them.  These trade-offs are well worth the time it has saved us and the organization it has added to our workflows.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our largest data collection issue was resolved by GoFormz.  Updates were always disorganized and messy because we used to rely on a combination of spreadsheets, emails, and notes.  Everything is in one location now. In order to guarantee that all of the data we receive is accurate and consistent, I create forms for our sprint retros, check-ins, and client feedback.  Workflows that we have automated have changed everything.  Our dashboards receive data directly, enabling us to monitor sentiment and trends in real time.  Additionally, it has greatly improved compliance as we have removed the problem of incomplete or missing reports. GoFormz has transformed my team's manual, disorganized process into a digital one that runs smoothly.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

It has made our existing ISO 9001 systems management easier to maintain. Mature persons on Site who wouldn't have a background with Tablets quickly embraced the reporting functionality. The ability to replicate existing company forms to a digital format was assuring to Parties, so they knew data that was to be captured.
The days of collecting hard copies of reports and daily returns is a blessing to say good bye to, with the associated delay & loss of time in chasing data.
Poor administration is greatly mitigated, accuracy enhanced in reporting and data is transparent for management in a timely way

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

Self teaching of tasks is required (and best), but guidance is easy by the logical layout of the web pages, and guidance available via Account Contacts & Tutorial aids

Timely returns of timesheets to payment Clerks, data collection for Audits, daily H&S checks & general Data cooperation within Company Teams

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

GoFormz makes it easy to turn paper forms into digital versions, which saves time and reduces errors. I like how simple it is to create forms, collect data in the plant (even offline), and push everything straight into cloud storage. The mobile app is especially helpful for plant teams, and the drag-and-drop setup makes customization straightforward. It has helped streamlined submissions of documents and pictures which save money and time.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

The platform could feel more modern—some parts of the interface are a bit clunky compared to other tools. Integrations, while available, can take extra time and effort to configure. Pricing may also be a hurdle for smaller teams.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoFormz helps eliminate the hassle of managing paper copies of forms and documents. Instead of spending time printing, distributing, and scanning paperwork, everything is handled digitally and synced to the cloud. This makes it much faster to collect, share, and store information, while also reducing errors that come from manual data entry. For me, it saves both time and money by streamlining document handling, cutting down on wasted materials, and ensuring my team always has real-time access to the latest forms from anywhere.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

The system is used daily by our teams and is highly customisable and the overlaying features, ability to develop databases, common options with the intention to reduce the user's time when completing documentation continues to be developed and improved. 
Overall the system is simple to use, although some aspects need a bit more time and patience when developing and testing to suit your specific needs. 
upport for the system is continuous, even though we are not based in the UK, and someone always comes back to us at the next available opportunity. 
We continue to explore the systems potential with the support of their teams more specialist adivsors with the overall aim of reducing data entry to multiple systems and allow for interrogation, analysis and reporting that is required by the business.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

The user licensing costs! Perhaps a review of the structuring of the costs where the costs reduce depending upon the number of users meets certain threshold quantities would be worth consideration.
The only other downside is that templates are not able to be setup as dynamic so that the report expands to suit the range of findings rather than being fixed.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently developing an automated reporting systemt that combines information from several templates into one summary database to analyse and prepare financial applications for our commercial teams

It’s paperless and allows us to gain required signatures

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

We don’t like that you are only able to select one employee to send a form to at a time, we would like to be able to select multiple employees at once so save us time.

As all the paperwork is now digital we are receiving data much faster so is saving the company a lot of time especially when it comes to getting documents signed off. We are also using less paper which means a lower environmental footprint and saving money.

What I appreciate most is how the drag-and-drop form builder, along with the ready-made forms, makes creating new forms incredibly fast. All responses are stored securely, and there’s no need to configure anything extra to save the data.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

It's just a normal form, not a chatbot there, so people might not finish long surveys. Also, if you want very special designs, you can't change as much as you can if you write the form code yourself.

It helps me to make forms fast and easy, without needing to code. It saves your form answers right away. This is great for collecting simple form information from your team or customers.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

I’ve implemented GoFormz at two different companies and both times it was very quick and nearly seamless. The fact that the digital forms are identical to the paper forms employees were already familiar with made the transition very intuitive and comfortable. The level of support has always been outstanding whether I’m dealing with simple or complex issues. For me, the best thing about GoFormz is how intuitive it is, from building your first form to the end-user experience it just makes sense and is very user-friendly from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

My biggest dislike is not finding the platform sooner! I genuinely have no dislikes, the only issues I’ve had with the platform are my own limitations and learning curve.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoFormz has helped us solve a number of problems. Some of the top solutions are allowing our employees to spend less time completing paperwork through form automations. This allows them to spend more time interacting with customers and staying focused on tasks they need to accomplish. It has also solved a number of document organization needs. Through out-of-the-box integrations with OneDrive, Box and other platforms, we’re able to automate document storage by project, form type and more. We are also able to set up external customers to receive complete forms in real time so communication to our clients has been significantly improved and is no longer reliant on manual methods.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

Our company started with GoFormz about 10 years ago, we have continually evolved our forms and even set the precedence for other contractors we work with due to it's products. It is very easy to navigate & create forms. Their internal help desk is great to work with when issues arise or if we want to customize our forms. Implementation was easy & has continually evolved over the years as our company grew. Our field staff is using GoFormz daily & we use it internally & externally with vendors & customers.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

We do see drawbacks when it comes to customization but if we would with the held desk they are usually able to help us resolve or find a different solution.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

Goformz is very user friendly application. Any type of forms can be setup on it very easily. It is very powerful tool to record date crucial for business. 
It is our main tool for recording daily production.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

Administrators cannot manage the passwords of the other user.
Sometimes it becomes very difficult to manager/reset or setup passwords for field staff.
Like other apps (google, Microsoft) admin should have access to managing and setting other staff passwords.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goformz provide us evidence of daily production works completed by our field staff everyday.
Quantities, Images and signatures makes it very credible data for our production claims.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

The ability to create interactive, user-friendly forms on the fly. I most enjoy business continuity without relying on our business ERP platform and specifically tracking customers and projects daily without spending weeks and months of development work. Information from these crucial data sources can easily be uploaded to our ERP.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

As a new user, I am working on understanding everything possible. I do not have a good response yet.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales and customer membership. I have the ability to track sales efforts, vendors we use on a daily basis. This is then shared with all functional departments to ensure a good customer experience. A crucial part of our business is customer retention through club membership. GoFormz allows for fast sign up and tracking back to our ERP system. Vital for pricing and dispatching technicians.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

GoFormz has made it possible for our Inspections to go digital. I just uploaded our form and prepared some dropdown boxes. I made space to add all the picture I want and room for notes. I added current jobsites to a Data Source and the inspection process is super streamlined. As soon as I complete the inspection, it automatically sends me a copy. It is date stamped and editable. Then I can forward it to all necessary parties. What used to take hours of paperwork and tracking takes mere minutes.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

I am not the most tech savvy person, so I had some struggles with setting up the form to do what I wanted. Fortunately, customer service is very responsive.

As a Safety Professional, the least enjoyable part of my job is paperwork.
GoForms saves me hours of paperwork each week and gives me professional documentation.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

The system is very easy to set up and run across our company. We use GoFormz to create forms to be signed off by clients on a daily basis, allowing us to save out as PDF forms for easy processing. A huge range of features that allows users to make in depth editable forms. The system works brilliant with form trasnfers allowing myself as an admin to transfer forms that are required to specific users and take control back once complete.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

If forms could be organised into folders as well as the templates this would make it easier to organise, although there will likely be a logistical reason why this is not possible. If the product could be a little bit cheaper as well it would make it easier to allow further implementation across the company.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoFormz allows me as an admin to create templates which can then be used by managers on site to create different forms to be filled in and signed off by clients. By allowing files to be transferred between users it enables me to control who can see forms when and save forms out as PDFs when complete before deleting from the system. It has revolutionised the admin side of our company by stopping forms having to be filled in by hand and then emailed across. The ability as an admin to be able to see which forms are currently open allows me to provide support to managers when required as well.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

Our business started out using paper making tons of copies, sending our traveling technicians with only paper copies to perform jobs. Since we singed up with GoFormz, it makes it easier on us as the office personnel and the traveling techs to view specific jobs and make sure certain fields/boxes are filled out before they leave that location. We have a different work order for each job they do, so GoFormz makes it easy for us to upload the correct work order and obtain information from that specific job without getting confused with other jobs. Our techs have not complained about anything with GoFormz at all, and trust me, they like to complain. Anytime that we've run into something we thought was an issue, we used the customer support and had immediate response and immediate help. We use this on a daily basis as this is literally part of our job completion process.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

The only thing we've noticed as a down side to GoFormz is when the app needs updating on the techs ipads, it tends to not sync at all, but as soon as they update the app, it all works properly.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to move completely from paper to electronic. Our techs travel across 5 states each week and we rarely see them. So using GoFormz makes it so easy to upload new jobs for them or move to another techs folder. We are able to allow each tech to only view what's specific to their weekly schedule to prevent any confusion on where they are to travel to next.

Working with an existing PDF form to turn it into a mobile app with the relevent work flow was easy to do with the help of the suppot team both at the onboarding stage and once we were up and running. The form was easy to implement with the team and will save time due to the high frequency of use. 
We started with a simple idea though the number of features available has enabled us to create a sophisticated method of collecting data from site and integrating it into our head office systems

As yet i have not found anything i dislike and any issues we have come across were always solved by the support team

This forms software is exactly what I've been looking for years.  My technicians can perform safety inspections on equipment and provide a report back to the customer and me instantly. Their support staff in particular, Dan Crozier, has been outstanding.

Nothing, it answers my needs absoluyely perfectly.

We used to do every single traceability form in all of my stores by hand. It was a long process and not to mention having to also date all products, so we needed a solution to make the traceability portion of it quicker and save us some time. It has made the process in all 6 of my stores so much more efficient and quicker. And I can also manage/monitor all of the forms remotely from my laptop to make sure it's all being done correctly!

GoFormz can be a bit tough to get ahold of somebody. But once I got through to our account manager Rami, he has always been there to help through whatever issue we are having. It is a fantastic tool that allows us to save an incredible number of labor hours every year. It frees up our people to do more of what they love and less of what they don't.

1. Help page is very little help
2. Need to get a real person on the phone to recieve quality support.
3. Very tough to get number two the first time, but once you have your account managers contact info  - I found ours to be great.

I had to find a quick and easy way that our employees could complete forms for badging at secure sites. Our employees all have mobile devices but are not tech savvy. This process was super easy and now employees can easily and quickly submit the documents I need from them!

The functionality is not completely intuitive. I learned several things by trial and error. An interactive tutorial on how to use the product would be useful. It is also difficult to find receipts for billing charges and there is no one easily identified as a contact.

Our new account manager is solid.  Ryan has responded timely and with answers to all my questions and has made the product better than before.  A good account manager makes all the difference in the world.

If I could dislike one thing, it would have been the account services I was provided long ago.  It never quite worked right, and I had to fix most of it myself.  With the help and suggestions of Ryan Lovelace I have been able to further repair and troubleshoot some broken programming on some of these forms as well, making GoFormz much better to use.

It keeps tabs on all the crane inspections we perform.  Record keeping.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

The most helpful aspect of GoFormz is the ability to take preexisting PDFs of company forms and convert them into digital forms. This greatly increases user adoption of the platform throughout low tech areas of our company.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

GoFormz has many features and abilities. This leads to the expectation that some basic features are present, but not all are. Some examples are: input validation (for numbers), sub-folders for templates, and required table columns.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoFormz lets us consolidate facility-specific data and make it accessible at the corporate level. GoFormz also ensures that the correct fields are filled out and increases the speed at which the form can be completed. Lastly, GoFormz lets us create reports on data which we were previously unable to do (through collecting in in SQL).

I love having all my forms on my iPad.  I can fill out the form and email it immediately.  GoFormz saves me time and paper

I wish I could tweak my forms right from the form instead of having to go onto the website.

GoFormz solves the problem of keeping track of all the lesson notes for my students, as well as all of their Performance evaluations.  Everything is convenient - I fill out the form, email it to them and have a record of it all in one place.

**What do you like best about GoFormz?**

I like everything about Goformz tbh. The ability to edit form templates and keep the previous version of that form's data intact for reporting is hugely important. Making form revisions is a weekly task of mine, as the project managers don't necessarily know what they want on their forms at the beginning of the project. Having the ability to have separate databases for the form fields makes it easy to update employee name dropdowns. The ability to have formulas in form fields makes custom calculations so much easier than entering Javascript into PDFs. The amount of coordination required to do what Goformz does for you is unmeasurable.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

I wouldn't say I like that the formula syntax differs from Excel. When writing extremely complex formulas where one is trying to eliminate field calculation or retrieving estimated data into a form on 20 different rows, the formula references will change every time you change rows on a table. To overcome this, one could utilize the functionality of Excel by having the references change as you drag the formula down. Since this is not the case, you have to break the formula apart in Excel, drag down the components that change, concatenate the parts, copy and paste them as a value, and then copy and paste every iteration of the formula back into the Goformz webpage. Once you get the hang of doing it, it's not too bad, but I spent too much time figuring out a method of how to do this. I would say that is one of the things that prevents beginners from being able to utilize Goformz  to a greater potential.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The last time I brought a technical problem to Goformz that they did not have a solution to, I was placed in a meeting with their CEO and development team. They listened and took notes about the issue and quickly resolved the problem. The problem was related to one of our teams working on a remote construction site that did not have access to the internet. I requested to have the ability for each tablet to communicate with each other over a local network as opposed to reaching the primary server first before updating the forms. The forms we created compared an estimated database's value and subtracted field data to give us a completion percentage. Our unique problem was that we didn't know which tablet would pick up where the other tablet left off for any given equipment item in the estimated database. Having the tablets share data at the end of each shift, allowed each form to be accessed by any tablet and showed the amount of competition previously logged by another user while disconnected from the server.

I love that the mobile forms can look like the field forms.  The ability to upsert (send data to a formatted spreadsheet document) or use the API route to insert data directly into our SQL database is a must-have.  The technical support has been great as well!

The cost is pretty high compared to similar companies and the documentation is limited.  I have learned other mobile applications simply by watching YouTube videos and yet GoFormz has nothing like this. Their technical documentation is very broad and difficult to understand unless you already know how to use GoFormz.

There seems to be a move away from using the public forms credits, which is a pity as this is one of the best features for my business. I need the flexibility of these links to power my system, for one-off users.

I can get forms sent out to individuals quickly for completion and bring these forms delivered straight back to my inbox. This means I can get an overview of the system quickly. The ability to capture data/pictures from the field and input into a clean PDF is exceptional. It prevents the "paper" paperwork nightmare, and keeps technician devices clear of multiple photos, documents, etc.

I've had difficulty setting up workflows and/or gleaning data in an automated way (mostly due to my own lack of training with the product), leaving me to manually sift through the hundreds of submitted forms and glean my data one by one.

This site is super easy to understand and use whether you are starting a form from scratch or uploading a pdf you've created elsewhere.  There are tools to maximize efficiency to auto-label and sort forms, which is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about GoFormz?**

There isn't a way to alter the pdf forms that are uploaded so if you need to add one small thing you have to upload the original pdf, reupload and add text and signature blocks all over again.

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoFormz helps me onboard employees from anywhere.  With a large coverage area it is hard to get employees to come into the office.  This helps mitigate the delay it would take in the traditional way to capture signatures.

Go Formz has changed how we do business, connecting our consultants to our office in real time. Their systems have supported everything we have wanted to do thus far. There is also potential for use in other business areas, which is very exciting. 

We appreciated their assistance with setting up and ensuring everything was perfect before rolling out. Despite the time zone differences, they do an excellent job of staying connected with us and our rep Sam, is great at getting back to us promptly.

I made a suggestion a while back and noticed the addition of a button on the last update. Whether from my input or not, I'm pleased Go Formz listens to their clients and act on feedback, as the software is constantly improving.

The only issue I've had has been with setting up the workflows. However, I sent a message to Sam, and it was fixed.

Goformz has proved to be a great tool for us.  We have forms filled out by people in the field and have them available to us in the office. And we can see them almost immediately.  It has been a very smooth transition to using them .. with tablets.  It took a bit to set up the forms, but the support team is great.  Highly Recommended

I would like the initial set up  of a form like an invoice to be a little less complicated.  Fitting information "boxes" within the lines is a little tricky.

The problem we have had is getting our invoices into the office in a timely fashion.  We have been  using paper.  So the turn around time has been awful. I really love using GoFormz to get around handwriting non-computerized forms

The thing that I like the most about GoFormz is how much you can actually do with it. When most people think of a form, they think you fill it out and file it. There are so many more options when using GoFormz. We use GoFormz every single day at our business. From employees checking out equipment to signing contracts with our customers. GoFormz is invaluable to our company.

I haven't really seen anything that I haven't liked about GoFormz. GoFormz is very "programmable," so it can fit in a variety of situations. And if you are stuck, customer service is very helpful.

The main thing GoFormz does for our company is getting the forms to the right department in our company with very little effort. The aftermarket of the GoFormz team is awesome. I have individual support when needed and help desk chat also. The GoFormz solution completely changes our work, generating significant value for our company.

We have completed three months of the GoFormz implementation, and I can confidently say it was the best solution in the last few years.  Some improvements that I would like to see are: 

1) Build an option that only allows a barcode capture and not typing;
2) More features to set up filters on the section "REPORTS";
3) More features to integrate different forms;

**What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All process records were made on paper. As a result, we have a high incidence of filling errors, loss of forms, difficulty understanding the spelling and the generation of a large amount of printed paper. Another point is the absence of a verification flow for these forms. The entire process is done manually, separating all the paper documentation, scanning it, and uploading it to OneDrive so that it can later be checked. Some of these forms need to be sent to Petrobras; for that, they are manually typed by the administrative team to be sent to the customer.

I like the customer service and the familiarity of the interface. We deal with a lot of blue-collar older generation people in our company, so the similarity it has to paper combined with a powerful API and a good developer team has made Goformz a core tool in our business process.

There is a lot of space to grow, especially in the permission and workflow area of the forms. I would like to see more granularity in who can create forms, maybe some automation on where forms go once a certain parts of them are completed, or an automated transfer form that delivers forms from a user to a group. Anything that makes older less tech-savvy user's life easier.
