Pricing. We have more business critical applications that are cheaper. There should be a distinction in price between your administrator who creates templates and reports and your field technicians who can be computer illiterate and only fill in forms. 2. Reporting, even after the upgrade from a few months ago which makes it faster and easier, remains basic. Export only to csv, no grouping, formulas or any calculations in your reporting possible. You need to export data and then work in excel or upload to a separate database to get really useful reporting while the power of Goformz is the database behind it.
