We have needed their technical support a couple of times and they were always friendly and eager to assist with issues we had. The issues we have had so far was just learning how to create and use the forms and/or database. Having the database filled with parts that we use is very helpful when filling out a form. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** I can't think of a downside right off, only thing is I have asked for an answer about a possible enhancement and have not received a reply as yet. I would like to setup a login for my customers so they can see forms that we have completed for only their business. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before GoFormz, we took notes on our phones which I then had to tranfer to an Excel form. Then I would print that for my customers. With GoFormz, I simply print the GoFormz report and send that directly to my customer either by email or attached to my QuickBooks invoice. Saved a step, now the technician is basically preparing the form for the customer as he enters time and description of work performed. Their calculations have been very useful in making old and new forms very efficient. They are always updating and adding new features to their template creation to make forms easier to use and faster to complete. Their calculations can work together to make very complex actions happen in the background. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** Some of the calculations are not as flexible as I would prefer and limit how we want a form or part of a form to function. The reduction in the physical paper is a significant improvement in efficiency. On the administrative side, we have seen increased benefits in auto-emailed reports and the ability to pull data downstream. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** There are some struggles on the administrative side, like mass deletion is an issue. However, GoFormz folks have been great about listening to needs and improvements. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a mobile workforce across the country. Compliance and inspection reports are completed daily. Before GoFormz, the paper forms would have to be shipped and distributed. When forms were completed, it would take many hours to gather, organize, and transport them to a central office to be sorted and stored. Our customers love the photo-documented service reports that we can now provide them. Goformz also allows the right amount of customization--it's flexible, but not overly complicated and doesn't require expensive developers to customize it. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** The software is still being developed so it lacks a few organizational features that I would like to see, such as the ability to organize reports into folders, but the team at goformz is always improving their product so I'm confident they will get this feature added in time. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us capture good data from the field and enables efficient workflows within our company. If someone time in a job name it should show all time sheets with that job name on it and GoFormz time sheets do NOT. Which is part of the reason why we switched to Netsuite. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a nice way to submit pto request and easy to go back and review the ones you already submitted. Uploading the form was easy and I love the option to create the "fill in" sections and to have them transfer throughout the document so you aren't typing the same thing over and over again when doing the client's intake. Once the form is created it's really easy to share and it has made our intake process so much easier! **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** The system is a little confusing at first. I haven't tried to create a form within GoFormz as we just uploaded our own but I don't love that you have to edit it offline and then uplaod the new pages. I DO love the fact that you can simply replace pages versus having to complete re-upload the entire form. **Recommendations to others considering GoFormz:** If you're looking for a cost effective online forms partner GoFormz is a great option. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** This completely replaced our paper intake forms which was a huge savings - both monetarily and time - to our business (not printing 34 pages every time we had a new client). Have training for the Prime Contractor to use forms is good, but training for trades could be better. Many construction workers are not computer savy, not even a little. So telling them to "Scan a QR Code" is not an easy thing. Different languages is also an issue, many constuction workers don't speak/read english, so we need to now consider how to get the forms used by those workers. It's not just a matter of translating the form to a specific language, because then the form will be saved in that language and English speakers/readers can't read the translated form now. The sales team is also a great resource to get help if you are not sure what to ask for, they keep in touch, and I've found it helpful. I also get the impression that GoFormz is growing so even when I knew it wasn't a good fit, I've been posting my requests in their features board and seeing good improvements to the software. Licensing is also versatile, we onboard and then offboard contractors frequently and being able to add and cancel licenses as needed, it has helped us keep the costs for using this software in the project and not the general department fund. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize GoFormz to capture data in the field, previously all of our efforts in that direction were on paper forms that we then had to digitize.
