You start with your current paper forms, PDF or JPEG and you can be up and running in a short period of time. We tried all the other electronic form options and Goformz is the best for point of sale and face to face with your customer.
Having it app based was a big reason we even started with GoFormz, it makes it so much easier to implement when all the staff have to do is download the app and login. Our training of new people takes very little time.
The attention to detail on how the form is built is second to none, the different variety of fields that can be used makes it very flexible. Once we discovered databases it opened up so many new opportunities, you make one change in your database and everyone has instant access to the new information.
The ability to drag and drop, resize, format fields, fonts, colors is great. The biggest plus is being able to use formula in the default value field that can drive off values in other fields and allows you to do some serious calculations and logic statements.
Next is the reporting feature which allows you to produce reports with data and graphs and then automate them to any schedule makes life so simple.
Probably the thing that has impressed us the most and our customers is the ability to be able manage events and produce automated html emails when a form is completed. In the paper days it used to take us 10 days to get our customer their actual Bartercard account number now with Goformz they get it the same day they sign their membership form. In fact if we wanted to we could do it within the hour.
