I love how it minimizes the time spent creating new forms by allowing me to add fields to pre-created forms quickly. When I had complex tasks, help from the agent, Darren, was just a quick email away, and he responded extremely promptly. The best thing about the platform is it doesn't rely on the Internet, which is crucial for me as I'm often in places without coverage.
